Two double hamburgers prepared without buns with extra tomatoes, pickles, and onions is a perfect gluten-free lunch for a celiac like me. The food was prepared quickly even though it was a busy lunch time with many couriers and drive through patrons. The food was hot and fresh and presented nicely on the platter. Staff were polite and friendly and the restaurant was clean and well maintained. Follow up visit for breakfast two egg McMuffins without the muffins and tomato slices added. Served on a platter hot and fresh and very tasty. Staff are still very well trained polite and courteous.

Always hit or miss with service. .sometimes really good others waiting. 1 self serve drink machine is always warm and no one seems to care after telling them. Bathroom are old and never look sanitary. Drive thru is slow after 7pm.

Ordered a simple junior chicken (add slivered onions) and a small fry…..waited 7mins for sandwich which was delivered without the grilling done……this after waiting forever to receive my change. Brought sandwich back (dined inside)with grilling sticker stating “slivered onions” and asked for the onions to added (did not want a refund) and waited forever….. Ended up asking for a refund…..one cashier on one till while the manager could not open the others the drawer was stuck🤦🏾‍♀️. All this —while another customer came to complain about his order as well👀 Order was not complicated therefore..🤷🏾‍♀️

I ordered mcspicy veggie burger. The taste was average. In my opinion a&w masala veg burger is more better than this.

Came for coffee, and it was cold! Who wants room temp coffee during the winter? Every other McDonald’s I have been to gives piping hot coffee, no issues. Not sure what went wrong here, but please don’t become like Tim’s!

If I could give a zero star to their service I would give it. The only reason I'm giving five stars to the food cuz everything is the same, It took them 15 minutes to make one Junior chicken and there's no line. Nobody here in front of me

Ordered a McVeggie, Spicy McChicken meal, and 8-piece nuggets. Confirmed everything was in the bag before leaving. Fries and nuggets were missing when I checked later. Very disappointing service and poor order accuracy.

Disappointed – Check Your Bags Before Leaving! I just went through the drive-thru and ordered a 10-piece Chicken McNuggets for my son, but to my surprise, when we opened the box, there were only 8 pieces. While two nuggets might seem small to some, it’s a matter of service accuracy and getting what you pay for. It’s incredibly frustrating to get home only to find the order is incorrect, especially when you have a hungry child waiting.

I visited your McDonald’s location on January 21 between 3:20 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The girl,she was wearing eye glasses at the delivery counter had extremely poor manners and an unacceptable attitude. She was very rude, which made the interaction unpleasant and unprofessional. This is not the level of service I expect from McDonald’s.Because of this experience, I will not recommend this location to others, and I will not be returning in the future. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

Messed up my order 4 times. On top of that my burger tasted fishy. I do not recommend coming here. The inside is also a mess. Mcdonald’s needs to watch who they hire cause the people who work there suck at their jobs

I wish I could give them a zero I ordered a Big Mac COMBO!!!!! And 2 happy meals and who hash bite and this is what I got why they mixed it together I don’t know even the person at the speaker couldn’t understand what a COMBO is and the person at the windows was very ignorant and rude

This Mcdonalds should be banned. Their manager working at around 4:00 pm on Dec 11. These people have no respect for food delivery driver. They think we are not even a human being. I waited 30 minutes for my order. I asked the manager working there couple of times how long my order going to take. She lie to my face saying someone is packing its gonna be ready. I end up waiting 30 minutes. And the worst part is the order was just 1 small big mac combo a $10 order. For which they took 30 minutes. After all this they just can’t be sorry they can’t justify why it took 30 minutes all they care about is their drive thru. I wish Canada can be something it used to be atleast people being nice…

Ordered $62.00 in food. Drive through server ask I circle back around as they need more time for 5 combos. After getting the food we drive away about 12 minutes away- ready to eat - sandwich’s were all hard. Food was not eatable- all food had to be thrown away!! Very disappointed!!

Staff is just don’t care about delivery drivers. They don’t know the people who are ordering online are also their customer. They will just make the order super late. I can see the order on screen but they will just ignore it and make other people orders. They are just people who love to discriminate. Really hate mcdonalds because of this. They can never train their staff properly to treat everbody with respect and smile

I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru today. The girl at the window showed unnecessary attitude. We’re paying customers, not getting food for free, and the least we expect is some basic courtesy. The staff didn’t even greet properly or show respect — very unprofessional behavior. McDonald’s should really focus on training their employees in customer service.

i would highly recommend the manager to take some english lessons so that he knows the difference between a door and a window. Please change ur uber instructions from asking diver to come to side door which is locked. U should write drive thru window there and its a little unsafe to walk near cars.
