It was a nice place to grab a quick bite when you’re strapped for time. It’s always busy and the food was ok not a big wow
Really polite, sweet and positive people serving you food and cashing you out, can't say the same for even a single other restaurant out of hundreds I've been too. Food, portion size is really great with a lot of actually good options, and each one tastes amazing. Definitely recommend and will visit again.
Will surely go back; one of the few places where music isn't too loud and I still get to enjoy my family's company, kind staff goes extra mile regarding customer service, and food is sooo good that it doesn't contain MSG. RECOMMENDED! 🌟 P.S. My bowl's gone in a second - super yummy food!👌
I was craving some orange chicken and decided to stop by. I was helped by smiles from Joy and Mini was so wonderful and helpful. They were beyond accommodating and so friendly from the first meet to check out. So happy I stopped by and had a wonderful experience. Will be back soon, thanks so much!!
The staff is always very warm and welcoming upon entry. They always encourage you to try some samples before making your selection. The food is always fresh and hot. The restaurant is kept clean and has a modern looking setup. Most definitely recommend to anyone looking for quick Chinese.
Pablo is doing a great job, makes a difference at this store. Thanks for maintaining great taste, excellent customer service and generous servings!!!! Angelina is just an awesome human being doing an excellent job at her work. Thanks Raman too
One of my favorite restaurants. I've been to Panda Express in Arizona, California, and now Mississauga, and the food is always consistently good. I just wish there was a Panda Express closer than a 3 hr drive for me.
I 😘 love Panda from Chicago....first time eating in Canada. Taste is not 100% matching as US but it's certainly close....and best Chinese for sure.
Both me and my son are a huge fan of Panda Express!! It’s absolutely VFM nice portions for the price you pay!! I got a plate on Sunday dinner for my son, his preferred choice is always Terriyaki chicken and honey sesame chicken unfortunately they were out of terriyaki by the time we were there!! So we went with orange chicken instead!! All of the items tasted fresh and hot. They were kind enough to provide a sample of sweet & sour chicken which was also well liked by my son. We actually wanted to have it at home but my son preferred to dine in. The dine in area was sparkling clean and they had wheelchair friendly seating area as well marked with appropriate symbol which I don’t see in lot of restaurants.
The staff was very friendly. Plenty of parking space. And the dine in atmosphere was quite clean and very modern. I highly recommend this place to friends and family
Ambiente limpio y agradable, porciones generosas y personal amable
Riquísimo, un trato.muy amable!
Felicidades a todos merry christmas
Panda is one of my favourite go to spots. The food is always hot, they are constantly cooking up more in the back so you never have to wait. Plus the staff are extremely kind and helpful. They are so kind, you know they love working with their manager. I love going here and I would recommend Panda to anyone who is hungry and in the Sauga/Brampton area.
Update: Another awesome meal here! Staff here always super nice. Highly recommend doing the survey on your receipt as then you get promotional money saving emails. This place really surprised us! The orange chicken was just as good as one that cost a lot more at a popular factory restaurant! You can try a sample piece from the dishes you’re interested in ordering. Love love love the cream cheese wontons! You can also do 1/2 noodles, 1/2 rice as your side dish if you want to enjoy both. Reasonably priced, great portions. Do the survey on your receipt to get a bonus offer for next visit!

One of the best places to eat for fast food causal. Healthy options without the guilt of fast food eating. Service is always good and they will make up for any deficiencies you experience.

Consistency in the taste is an advantage of food chain and it's true for Panda express. Got takeout from here after over an year and it tastes the same and good portion. A plate ( with 2 entree and 1 side) worth $10.80 is really filling. I like that with the side we can choose 50/50 so I went with half fried rice and half chowmein. Fried rice was average. Orange chicken is good. This time tried the chicken with string bean with sesame and it is good. Overall decent place. Service was fast.
Pretty good fast food chinese food. The restaurant was clean with an open kitchen and the food on display looked fresh. Tastewise, not bad. Not the best but it satisfies that chinese food craving you get. I always get the orange chicken and thats what they're known for. They used to give out fortune cookie back then but not anymore i guess.
I absolutely love this place. The service is fast and the servers are very friendly to the point where they'll even give you extra pieces of food. The food is awalys serverd hot and the amount of salt is just perfect. The seats are very comfy and it has a nice ambiance. The only down fall is the washrooms that are small and only have two stalls. I wish they would also add more soap since it was over. I reccomend eating orange chicken with noodles in a medium sized box if you're looking to eat only one thing.
I hate that Panda Express is really good because I know the food is still fast food, and probably not the freshest. But it’s really good… honestly it’s expensive too. A bowl is $12 after tax and it’s not that big of a portion. A plate is even more expensive ( 1 main 2 sides ) but really, their food is very very yummy
Make sure you ask of fresh dishes and if you do food is nice and hot. Good portions
Haven't been to Panda Express in a long time, so I decided to see if it was still the same. I'm not sure if the time of evening had anything to do with it, but I would have to go back during the day to try it again. The food was ok but not as fresh as I expected. Just warm enough to dine in was definitely not hit enough for takeout. Service was good staff seemed nice. Like I said, I would have to go back during the day to see if the food is better.
For a fast food restaurant it’s a 4/5, a good break from the fried chicken or burger joints that’s already flooding the market. For a Chinese food restaurant it’s 2.5/5 go to the nearby congee queen instead of that’s what you’re looking for. Food court style Chinese food with all the favourites, sesame chicken, chow mein, Beijing beef, nothing really worthy to note. The cuisine is very Americanized with lots of starch and fried food, but hey if this is your thing then go for it!!! Venue is well maintained and clean. It’s also a great (and tasty) way to sober up.
Fresh and tasty food !!! Consistency in the taste is an advantage of Panda express. Got takeout from here after 3 months and it tastes the same and good portion. A plate ( with 3 entree and 1 side) worth and is really filling. chowmein is good but Fried rice was average. Kung pao chicken and black pepper chicken is good. Overall decent place. But reduced one star because of the customer service
Taste was living up to the hype. Quantity is less considering the prices. Tried the world famous Panda express orange chicken, and I would say it's one of the tastiest things I have had. Fried rice is okay, but the noodles were so good. Chilli prawns were crispy and tasty. Chicken Teriyaki on the side is a must try.
This Panda Express was soooo busy especially during their lunch rush! But they did not skimp on customer service and got the line through. They were fast and worked like a well oiled machine. They even had someone go around to the tables offering fortune cookies, sauces, and napkins. Something you don’t normally expect at a fast food chain! Would definitely come back! Even during a lunch rush!
I went for a rice platter with the side of pepper steak, sweet and sour chicken and sesame Honey chicken. All Three sides were good but that sweet and tangy flavor in the chicken was awesome. The portion was good for the price but would have been more amazing if the portion was a bit bigger. Overall, no complaints and was good.
Panda Express on Mavis was a good experience, the staff was quite attentive and suggested few options. Thanks to Amandeep for her suggested food items as they complimented well with Noodles and rice. I would have given them 5 stars the only issue was the fried rice as it was under-cooked and left a raw taste in the mouth. The order was for Orange chicken, fried rice, egg rolls, black pepper chicken, Veg Noodles and Kung Pao Chicken. The restaurant was nicely kept, clean and was spacious. I’ll highly recommend this place. Please keep up the good work 👍🏽
honestly, I was expecting a better taste! this is my first time trying Panda Express after seeing all these American Mukbangers make it look amazing. and I was underwhelmed in the taste especially with the orange chicken and the noodles. orange chicken kinda tasted.. old? but the BEEF was great!! broccoli was great but ya the noodles and chicken could use some extra care. I'm overall satisfied but wouldn't come back in another month ... 💯💯

Not sure if we just had a bad experience but the food was a bit bland and tasteless and the place was a bit dirty, we had to wipe off our table before sitting down since there was a couple of food pieces leftover.
Seen this place many times decided to give it a try as was hungry post shopping. Spacious, clean, and superior customer service. Everyone was ordering the mushrooms chicken but i'm not a fan of mushrooms was about to get the honey shrimp but it looked weird unusually gigantic. While waiting I saw them put the orange chicken so that instead with rice on the side.Came to about $10 big pieces of meat but very average not worth the hype in my books and I got a stomach ache later that night.
Foods did not taste right. The noise inside the restaurant is pretty loud and I could not hear other person saying. Some tables were left dirty.
If you like to try out some really decent chinese food, then you should totally visit this place. They have "make your own bowl" concept apart from regular ala carte, where if it's a bowl you get to choose one main and side and if it's a plate you get to choose two mains and one side. I'd totally recommend the mushroom chicken and grilled chicken teriyaki. And for the sides you can either opt for grilled veggies/ noodles / fried rice. ( You can also go for half rice and half noodles - incase you want to try both 'em) The mains as i said which i have tried were good, but the noodles and fried rice could be better. The entrees portion size could be better though.
The food is very tasty and enjoyable but the serving portions is very small for the price
Stopped by Panda Express for a quick bite on a Wednesday evening. No complaints about the food. I ordered 1 side with two entrées: honey sesame chicken with noodles & spring rolls...👌🏽 My only complaint is the lack of clean tables during dinner hours. Granted, the staff tried their best to maintain order and keep tables clean, but I noticed this on my way out of the restaurant. Initially, when I arrived, It was hard to find a clean surface.

I ordered through Uber Eats because of a special that encouraged me to try this place. I ordered Mushroom Chicken and Beijing Beef. When I arrived, the order was ready and labeled correctly. While I was there, I also decided to buy two Chicken Egg Rolls. They were the last two available, and although they looked okay, I asked if they were fresh and was told yes. When I got home and opened the food, I was very disappointed. Both meals were Mushroom Chicken—there was no Beijing Beef at all. On top of that, the chicken egg rolls did not look fresh, were not crispy, and didn’t taste very good. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience
I ordered 1 bowl with 1 rice, buy 1 get 1 free. White rice on both bowls, and Beijing beef and orange chicken for each bowl. While the food tastes good, the quantities are small, and its overpriced. A small bowl with 1 side costs $12, when realistically it should cost $9. The staff hardly puts any meat inside it. I used coupons for this deal, and I'd only eat here if I got a nice coupon deal. If you're looking for local Chinese takeout for cheaper, there is Fortune Dragon restaurant 5 mins that will give you more options, quantity, for a lesser price.
Definite Must tries: Beef and Broccoli, Honey Walnut Shrimp and Sriracha Shrimp. The beef and broccoli was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The beef was tender. The shrimp dishes, although you have to add extra to get, were delicious. The chow mein lacked flavour and the sauce was underwhelming. The sauce of the orange chicken was overpowering that you can hardly enjoy the dish and taste the chicken. The servers were nice. Sometimes they would recommend the best ones. They also have vegetarian options like mushroom etc. I wish they can serve pork too. They also have unlimited fountain drinks!
We recently visited Panda Express in Heartland and had a mixed experience. We ordered a variety of chicken entrées including the Orange Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken, and Mushroom Chicken—all of which were flavorful and hot. The Orange Chicken stood out for its signature sweet-spicy glaze and crispy coating, while the Kung Pao had a nice kick with crunchy vegetables and peanuts. The Mushroom Chicken was milder, but still tasty. However, the big disappointment was the chow mein noodles. They arrived hard, dry, and clumped together—almost inedible. It was clear they had been sitting too long. When we brought it up to the staff, they were polite and quickly replaced them with a fresh batch. The replacement noodles were much better: soft, seasoned well, and a much better complement to the entrées. The staff at this location were courteous and handled the issue professionally, which we appreciated. The portion sizes were generous, and the service was relatively quick, even during the dinner rush. Overall, the visit had its ups and downs. While the entrées met expectations, the initial noodle quality was disappointing. That said, the prompt resolution helped improve the experience. If they can maintain consistency, this location could be a dependable option for a quick, flavorful meal.

I was ordered chow mein with orange chicken. It’s unbelievable the food they were using totally yesterday food . Chow mein was so hard. It’s really worst food . Don’t waste your money. Thanks
I tried Panda Express because of the hype, but I was seriously disappointed. The fried rice was completely bland with no flavor, and the chow mein had hard, dry pieces and also lacked any taste. I eat a lot of Chinese takeout from places like China 8, Manchu Wok, and Mandarin, and trust me—Panda Express is by far the worst. If you're expecting good-tasting food, don’t waste your money. Honestly, I'd only eat here if I were starving and on a tight budget because it didn’t even satisfy my craving for Chinese cuisine.
Average tasting Chinese food at Panda Express. Staff here are really stingy with the quantity of food served. The taste itsself is no better than any other Chinese food joint in the cafeteria of a mall. I would actually say some Cafe food in the mall is better to be honest. Not impressed.
This afternoon around 3 we picked up food from this place. The service was reasonable however the food was really disappointing. The noodles were the worst- cold, hard, no taste. The chicken dishes were not up to the standard as well. The quality of the food has gone way down.
If the owner is looking at this review please take it seriously as it harming the brand. Guys seriously like what happened to the quantity? It was a plate and it hardly had around 6 shrimps. Also no honey and walnut, they just dumped fried shrimps. The pepper chicken was cold and so was the rice as well. I had to get it warmed up for a fresh order in the store. It used to be good earlier with enough quantity, it’s just turning into a bad place. Putting this up after experiencing it twice. Please save the store before it is too late.
I ordered a Bigger Plate, which I always thought was 3 entrees and one side in an a la carte box. When I tried to order the side in the box, they refused and put three little pieces of chicken on top and called that my third side. Didn't know I ordered a SMALLER Plate?
Noodles were bland and chalky. Orange chicken and Sweet'n'sour chicken were confusing. Service was okay.
My god this was terrible. S&s chicken and fried rice should be easy to make. I could taste whatever powder they coated the chicken in and the rice was dry and flavorless. I couldn't eat it. It was actually in the disgusting range for me and I will pretty much eat anything. Adding to this disaster od a meal was a fly hovering around my meal in the dead of winter. Note to self: never come here again.
Don't even try the bowl; it's way too small. Just go for the plate if you want a decent meal size and not just a snack. I took the chow mein with broccoli beef, and honestly, it was just cooked noodles and some tiny slices of beef with broccoli. I don't think I'll go back. Around them, there are other food options that are generally better.
I heard so many good things about Panda express and decided to give it a try. I ordered the orange chicken, sweet and sour chicken, rice and noodles. It was quite disappointing. The food came cold and the noodles was stiff and lacked flavor. That will be my first and last purchase from there.
brant spit in my food the food wasnt good wouldnt let anyone go here its so bad the customer service was really bad and he rubbed his stuff all over my food

Chinese take outs in general have generous portions. Not here. The way they serve, sorry skimp on the entree and the fried rice is a joke. Only half the scoop makes to the box. Not my favourite shop. I would rather support small family owned Chinese local restaurants going forward.
Honestly, this place isn’t bad, it’s clean, it’s quiet and overall not bad. I spent 20 dollars here, got a box of orange chicken, their most well known dish, I thought it was gonna be great, I was terribly wrong. I opened the box and was met with a pure putrid smell. It had a strong vinegar smell and taste. I thought it would be fine and continued to eating, however I was sorely mistaken. It tasted worse than what it smelt like. It made me actually cough like it was my first vape. Would i recommend this place, idk maybe, im sure their other options are great, but ive been extremely disappointed.
Cannot even give it a rating. Thats how bad things were with my experience on Friday November 29, 2025. DO NOT GO THERE!! VERY IGNORANT AND LAUGHS AT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!
I used to eat panda Express regularly but haven't had it for over 5 years. Wow has it ever gone down hill or maybe it's the location? Undercooked noodles, rice as bland as can be, chicken is supposed to be crunchy but it was all soggy and fall apart ( orange chicken and Beijing beef). I was sick all night and following day after this meal.. never again. Beware!
Ordered a plate on Ubereats just to get barely any meat on my plate. Mostly overcooked vegetables. They also skimped out on rice and noodles
What a horrible meal. Bland rice, noodles were decent. Sweet and Sour Chicken.....rename to lime and sour (what it tasted like) "famous orange chicken".....gross. Nothing more to say there. Best part of the meal was the fortune cookie and me closing the box and throwing it away. Store: great staff.
Waste of money... Customer service, food not so great. They'll rather be on their mobile. 15 dollar wasted on mediocre food quality & garbage customer service.
Haven't had Chinese food in a while so I decided to find a place to get it and I find myself at panda Express since it was close to my location at the time. Biggest mistake... I choose 3 entrees and a side. Scaracha(spelling might be wrong) shrimp, orange chicken, beef and noodles since the fried rice seem to have missed the frying part. Nothing was seasoned, I'm sure it was even clean with some lemon juice or vinegar to kill that freshness. Who ever is cooking at that place don't know how to cook. Then you have premium meats like it's a better quality smh this place should be shut down. I tried eating the food because I didn't want to waste my money, I added some garlic powder seasoning salt and home made hot sauce. That didn't help I threw that in the garage where It belonged. (pictures are included) definitely won't be going back there again Visit golden krust restaurant and you will understand what real flavorful food taste like.
Very disappointed with my experience here. The portion sizes were incredibly not enough for the price—definitely not worth it. When I politely raised the issue with the staff, the customer service was poor and dismissive. No effort was made to address my concerns or offer a solution. I had high hopes, but unfortunately I left hungry and frustrated. Not likely to return or recommend. If you happen to crave for Chinese type takeout like Pandas, please look elsewhere. Make your money worth.
I found a long piece of hair in my food I ordered. It was disgusting and I had to throw out the entire plate. I don't recommend eating here!
I've been coming to this location for years and have always enjoyed it. After a few months away, a co-worker and I decided to grab Panda again since we both really like it. Unfortunately, I was shocked by how much the portion sizes have changed. This is one of the most noticeable cases of shrinkflation I’ve seen. Sadly, this might no longer be a go-to takeout option for me. Hoping things improve
Ordered a buy one get one free bowl with orange chicken and fried rice on Uber Eats, after waiting two hours for my order to arrive, I received the wrong order, the order had the same first name with the a different last name. I had called the uber driver to see how this could’ve happened and was told the employees at panda insisted to take the wrong order. I was directed to call the store and told the employee what had happened, she just said “oh yeah we gave him the wrong one, sorry” they told me I couldn’t come to the store to get the actual order that I paid for, they didn’t reimburse and were insanely rude and didn’t resolve anything terrible service.
We were disappointed with our experience at Panda Express. The food was cold and lacked flavor, and they were out of almost everything we wanted. We ordered beef and broccoli, but had to wait an additional 10 minutes. Overall, the food did not taste the same as Panda Express in the United States.
The manager Jessie is the rudest most unprofessional person I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with in all of my years of dining out. I ordered a plate with steamed rice, beef, and broccoli and Kung pow chicken I paid for my food and my family’s food. We sat down to eat. I took one bite of my beef and then a bite of one piece of broccoli and I was absolutely disgusted. I immediately brought it to the staff’s attention. Jesse. The manager proceeded to taste. The beef and broccoli had another staff. Member taste the beef and broccoli to tell me that the recipe is always the same and it’s not her problem or panda expresses problem if I don’t like the beef and broccoli she then told me there was nothing she could do. She wouldn’t replace just the beef and broccoli as I had requested And she would not give me a refund. She was rude disrespectful and absolutely unprofessional. I always order the beef and broccoli and Kung pow chicken. I’ve been a customer at the heartland Mavis Road panda express location since it opened and I’ve never experienced bad beef and broccoli before instead of being helpful and accommodating like any other restaurant I’ve ever been to even if I go to McDonald’s and I have an issue, they’ll replace my meal or replace whatever didn’t taste right if I go to the grocery store and buy a carton of milk and it’s no good and I’ll bring it back to the store, they’ll replace it for me. That’s called customer service I paid for my food. I wasn’t trying to get a free meal or cause a problem I was trying to have dinner with my family. I am absolutely disgusted. She should be fired. This is my full Paid for plate of food. She told me I already ate my food and she wasn’t going to do anything not her problem I didn’t like the beef and broccoli. The beef tasted sour. Whatever sauce was used was spoiled. If I treated my loyal paying customers this way I would be out of business. Unacceptable.
I visited this location today around 825-830pm When I arrived there was barely any food and no one was cooking in the back. There were 4 staff that i could see and 3 were upfront. The hot tables had very little noodles, rice and meats. No orange chicken, mushroom chicken, etc. When it was my turn to order i asked if they were making more fried rice, they said no and was directed to the noodles. I thought they were closing soon but they close at 10pm. I guess they stop cooking at 830pm.
I ordered and waited long for the beef. I got home and received 3/4 full with my two order of large. This has to change. Pablo was the only person that made sure the serving is right.
Ordered takeout — no forks or napkins were provided. The food tasted awful; it used to be much better a few months ago. Portions were small, and we couldn’t even finish what we got. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Definitely not going back.
I’ve been coming to this Panda Express for years. The food is usually good and the service is fine, but the portion sizes have gotten worse over time. Bowls and plates are often half full at best, and it makes no difference if I order in person or online it’s always the same result each time. I’ve brought it up to management and even showed photo proof, but after that it returns back to half empty plates. At this point, it just feels lazy. Very disappointed at this point no point in coming back.
Zero stars, ordered 1 bowl . One entree and one side the portion of entree was soo little, for 12 dollars didn't even get at least 4 small pieces of chicken. When raised concern they told me it's one scoop, and the girl serving me selected the scoop that only has vegetables with almost no chicken. Very bad experience. Not worth it.
For the price you’re paying, you barely get any meat. The portions are unacceptable and the taste is decent at best. I will not return here. Pretty disappointing.
If I could write this food, zero stars, I would because me and My wife ordered a family meal and just gave us a small tray and they just wouldn’t help us staff was so ignorant really this is a scam. Please keep away from this restaurant. Then they called me back five minutes later. I told me. Daddy have everything and he would not give me my food. This is a scam. Please keep away from this panda express took my money and gave me nothing disgusting and disgusting service.😡
I ordered orange chicken and shrimp. After the first bite, the flavor was just way too complicated. I honestly don’t understand why it’s so popular in the U.S. It has nothing to do with real Chinese food—it feels like a completely separate cuisine. It was my first time trying it, and I ended up throwing away half of it.
Placed an order online through the Panda Express website. I ordered 2 Bigger plates and 4 regular plate. Drove there myself to pick up the order. Once I got back to work we noticed that 2 of the orders were shorted. The order website stated for us to call the location with issues with orders. I called and explained my situation. They directed me to a manager. She stated that whoever packed my order did everything right and that was not the case. They had the stickers on there with no actual little boxes. All I wanted was the difference returned for the error. The manager tried to gaslight me saying that an Uber driver picked up and if I had an issue to go through with Uber Eats. I had to explain to her that I was the one who drove there and picked up the order. Then she tried to tell me that I have to go through corporate to get this resolved. So I asked for Corporates number and she refused. I asked for the managers name and she refused. I don't understand why this person is working in customer service if they are not willing to assist when they messed up. I will be bringing this to Tiktok if this does not get resolved Heartland Panda Express. Edit: Turns out the person I was speaking to prior was the assistant manager. That person should not be working in customer service if they don't know how to handle people and their issues. I will not name drop them. I will say the actual manager was lovely and able to resolve my issue when I called back. I don't know why the assistant manager felt the need to do all that when they could've just did what I requested the first time.
