Found this gem inside of Sears. Had a great view of Palacio de Bellas Artes. It was a warm day, so we ordered the mangonada and tamarindo. Both were delicious and refreshing. They control the seats at the bar so everyone gets a chance to see the great view, and listen to the hustle and bustle below. Overall great experience, I’d go back.

This a small café on top of the shopping mall. Outdoor café, I didn’t see any opportunity to sit inside of the building. People are coming here mostly because of the view but the food and drinks are tasty too. The service was kind and they tried their best when we told them we have to leave soon. They are as fast with the service because you can stay only for a given time period to give a chance for other visitors too. I went there exactly for sunset so I saw the beautiful view with night lights too. Usually they have a huge line but we got lucky and the waiting time was only 5 minutes for us.

Ubicado justo frente a la alameda central...tiene un segundo piso donde puedes tener vista parcial al teatro de bellas artes...tienen buenas promociones..es un lugar grande limpió y de buena atención..tienen cenas desde 139 ... también promoción de rebanada de pastel con café capuchino por $99...sin duda muy buen lugar para disfrutar buenos alimentos...buenos precios y estar muy cómodamente platicando ..

El horario de atención es interesante, muy buena atención y servicio por parte de su personal. Buenas opciones para degustar el arte culinario mexicano, sin embargo, en algunos platos se pierde la esencial original y tradicional, sin querer decir que sea feo o malo.

El servicio fue bueno, la comida un poco fría y el chocolate no fue el mejor :)

Todo bien!!! Había más gente de lo habitual por lo cual tardo un poco el servicio pero todo bien. Lo único malo fue que una persona, no sé si el gerente o algo por el estilo le grito al personal de cocina lo cual me parecio bastante desagradable.

This cafe offers a gorgeous and photo worthy view of Palacio De Bellas Artes. There is a bit of a wait to get seated at the bar but it’s definitely worth the experience. I had the mollete, which was okay and the Marzapan Latte, which was delicious!

You definitely go here for the views 10/10 and they have a great system where everyone gets to sit by the rail to get the whole view. The coffee is alright. We ordered a Mazapán Latte and the waiter said that it does not contain coffee!! A Latte by definition is coffee haha Ended up ordering a Mazapán espresso and it was more milk than coffee. The four stars are for the view.

Came here for the view honestly. They had a system placed for how people can sit and have the view. Ordered the taro frappe and would recommend it if you like taro.

The coffee at Finca Don Porfirio was good, and the treats were decent, though there weren’t many pastry options. They limit your stay to 45 minutes, but we didn’t end up there long enough to get asked to leave. Overall, the coffee was enjoyable, but honestly, you’re there mostly for the view. It’s definitely worth a stop if you’re looking to capture some great photos of the Palacio de Bellas Artes.

This place is pretty organized, but we also got lucky with the wait time since it was raining. The cafe is on the 8th floor of the Sears department store. If you can't get in, you can walk around the department store for a similar view. The moka frappe was delicious! Service was a bit slow tho…

If you really want the VIEW, then maybe it's worth it. But it's not the best coffee or pastry in town. When they let you in they give you 30-40 minutes from when you receive your order to leave out of courtesy to other diners who want to see the view. The bathroom is upstairs

Good place to overview the art place. [Tips] It opens 11am and there is a long long long line to enter. If there are no seatsof terrace, then the table seat first and they will guide you the seats of terrace turn by turn. Coffee is good but in case of cakes...I don't recommend it.

De paso por Ciudad de México en el centro histérico pasamos por unas enchiladas campesinas del Sanborns bellas artes , esta vez la ración me pareció más pequeña de lo que acostumbran pero igual estaban ricas , el Servicio es cordial y las instalaciones habituales del lugar , es un lugar tranquilo sin ruido y limpio si Necesitas cargar tu celular o usar el Baño, bueno ora hacer un break del ruido y ajetreo de la calle antes de seguir tu camino

The view from the place is amazing, 5/5 for sure, great perspective on the Museum. They have a system that in theory is a good idea: you enter, wait at a table without a view until some chairs with the view become available. However, some of the staff was a bit rude, the place with the view was tiny which can make someone in need of a bit of personal space kind of uncomfortable. The coffee and beverages are ok. I would definitely recommend the place for the view, but don’t go with too high expectations other than that.

This place is just meant for the views and super touristic.. get the cheapest coffee you can find ,take pic, and leave. We ended up spending lot of money on getting speciality coffees with Bailey's and other drinks and none of them were good. It's quite disappointing that menu is so big but the coffee quality is not worth it.

Las tostadas de pata son ricas, me toco medio dura la pata pero muy buenas. Carísimo sii! Ir es a gastar bastante, $250 por 2 tostadas se me hace excesivo, la cerveza $70. Desgraciadamente me toco una fila inmensa para pasar al baño porque dejan pasar a la gente que pasa, que anda en la calle. La atención pésima, tardadisimo y ni siquiera el plato recogieron, teníamos toda fea la mesa.

La verdad no lo recomiendo en mi caso el servicio fue pésimo; nosotros estuvimos en la parte de arriba ya que había menos gente, la mesera que según nos atendía (Lorena) se olvidaba de uno ,incluso la mesa de junto pidió su cuenta y para que la trajeran paso demasiado rato , yo pedí salsa para mis tacos dorados y termino trayéndola otra señorita que nos confesó que no le gustaba trabajar con esta mesera porque así es, atiende a todos y luego se olvida de ellos. Los guisados no tenían nada de espectacular ni en sabor ni en presentación sobre todo la sopa de tortilla que se veía muy batida.

La atención de los chicos es muy buena. La comida también El problema es que creo que eran los gerentes o no sé, pero se la pasaron regañando horrible a todos los chicos No entiendo qué les pasa. Les hablan muy mal y no les importa que los comensales escuchen Yo me senté justo al lado del área de cafetería y en verdad no hubo momento en el que no los regañaran. Es extremadamente incómodo ésto. Un gerente o no sé quién era, hasta hizo llorar a una de las chicas

De verdad bajo mucho su calidad y servicio, tardaron mucho en servirnos, las bebidas estaban mal, la comida dura (la carne), lo único bueno fueron los cacahuate que compramos empacados por que tardaron más de una hora en asercarnos algo, ahorrence la visita

Estuvimos sentadas media hora, y en media hora ni siquiera nos pudieron brindar un menú. Solo pasaban de largo, terrible atención, mejor optamos por salirnos a otro lugar, de los peores lugares en los que he estado.

Pésimo servicio. Pedimos enchiladas las 3 personas que venimos y tardaron 50 minutos en traernos la comida, la mesera pésima y encima de todo con sus caras a los clientes, estábamos por cancelar la cuenta y tuvimos que llamar a la encargada para darle la queja, los alimentos muy regulares las naranjas y limonadas son sabor, todo mal, no tires tu dinero mejor ve a otro restaurante

Pésimo servicio y al momento de pagar fue otro precio. Contexto de los precios: para empezar no te dan carta de menu, en la mesa hay un pequeñito código QR que ni te dicen, el código QR no agarró y solucioné metiéndome directamente en la página de Sanborns.... ERROR!!! Para que sepan, los precios de la página son de DELIVERY, yo había pedido un tamal con pollo y en la página decía $150 y al momento de pagar fueron $300 y algo!!! Mal mal mal, no vuelvo a ir. Luego para que nos tomaran nuestro pedido tuvimos que buscar a las meseras para pedirles que nos tomaran el pedido.

Quice darle una oportunidad a Sanborns, pese a la malas experiencias, y esta fue la gota que derramó el vaso. No es un lugar confiable, olvidamos un artículo, pasé a recogerlo y no me lo entregaron con la excusa que no estaba el "encargado", volví en otra ocasión y ahora me entregan el artículo todo quebrado, desecho, no es un artículo frágil, como rayos dañas algo así. Si así tratan los artículos de un cliente, no quiero imaginar cómo es su higiene para preparar alimentos, descuidados, sin la mínima atención, no es el costo del artículo, tiene un valor sentimental. Ni la cara me quiso dar el "encargado" tuvo que pasar por 3 o 4 personas para darme la noticia. NO RECOMIENDO IR. Sus pertenencias no están seguras.

Mala experiencia, el día de ayer entre a cenar con mi esposa, la de la entrada nos pasó a una mesa, y estuvimos esperando como 15 minutos sin que nos atendieran, varios meseros estaban platicando enfrente, llame a uno y le pedí una disculpa por interrumpirlos en su platica, su contestación qué Andrés el mesero de esa mesa no estaba, por eso no atendían, me salí del lugar, ojalá tomen cartas en el asunto, referente a su servicio del personal

Pésimo servicio. Tardaron mucho en atenderme, y cuando vinieron de mala gana, resulta que me dicen que no tiene agua de sabores. Le dije: en serio?? Mejor que me digan que no quieren atenderme por mi apariencia. No sé por qué estos meseros se ponen así, no es su negocio, sólo son trabajadores. Deberían capacitar a su personal. Fue hoy 25 de febrero a las 18:30, acabo de salir de ahí. Ese Sanborns es malo. Ahora me pasé a los azulejos.

View was good but service was shit. Idk if they're racist or what but we were not fairly treated. First of all, after we sat down nobody came to take our orders. All waitors went to ppl after us so I had to go find staff who sent me back to my seats, and because of that ppl who came after us moved to window seats before us. Second of all, when we finally ordered and moved to window seats because we saw everyone who came before and after us moved, a waitor said there were two ppl before us so we had to move back. However after we moved nobody went to the window seats we vacated and after a few minutes two girls who came in around 15 mins after us went to those seats🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️
