Service is 10/10. They couldn't be friendlier or more attentive. The meat was spectacular. We went on a recommendation and ordered grilled meat, and it didn't disappoint—it was delicious! However, it wasn't just the meat; we were delighted with everything. The burrata and pesto salad with cecina powder and the beef dumplings were delicious, and the cheesecake for dessert was the perfect way to round off the meal. A great choice! If you're in the area, don't hesitate to go!

A true experience for meat lovers. Everything we tried was spectacular. The ribeye steak, the star dish, takes the cake, as it has an incredible flavor. Plus, the staff gives you a great explanation about the ribeye steak and helps you choose. 100% recommended and a must-do for meat lovers.

Delighted is an understatement.... My brother-in-law took me there and I was fascinated. I ate very well, I loved the place. On a minor note, it was a normal weekday, but it was quite crowded and a bit noisy. The food was spectacular, with unparalleled quality. The waiters were very friendly, polite, and efficient. They advised us on what to order, and they gave us some olives seasoned with cheese and breadsticks as an appetizer, which were delicious. I will come back...

Very good steak house. The starters were amazing, with some delicious croquettes of meal. The we ordered meal at hot stone, and it was delicious. Also the artichoke and burgers looked very nice, and for sure the Chuleton, a big piece of food

La Brasería is worth the detour and the stop in Cuéllar. They have their own “buey” meat, and from start to finish they care for the animal and control their growth. If you order the chuletón, they first show you the raw meat with the “ID” of the animal. You know all way through what you’re eating and how it’s going to be made. They have their own “punto” (doneness) - cooked literally to perfection. You can see 3 colours in the meat but melts once you bite and you can even smash it with your tongue. With an exquisite flavour to it. We mentioned it had been my birthday recently and our waiter came with complimentary starters - mussels, salchichón & chorizo de buey and croquetas de buey. The experience has been awesome and the service unbelievable. We’re already planning our next trip here and what we’ll order!

La Brasería is an expensive restaurant in Cuéllar, but one that is totally worth it. We had the chuletón de buey, which was cooked to perfection. We also had a "Ribera del Duero" red wine (Lágrima Negra) to pair the meat, and it was just amazing. Anyway, this is probably the best restaurant in Cuéllar and definitely worth a detour when in the area.

El otro dia me dejó mi mujer ( cuernos ) y tengo 4 hijos y uno en camino ( no se si es mio ) Fui ahi a comer por que estaba muy triste quiero aclarar y pregunte si estaba abierto el local y me miraron de mala forma y me dijeron que no ( estaba abierto ) Nose si fueron malas intenciones pura maldad o que desconocian si estaba abierto o no. Bueno independiente de esa confusion fui a buscar un poco de consuelo ya que como comprendereis me fueron infiel Como resulto que estaba abierto pedi comida, primero pedi un colacao con macarrones pero me dijeron que no tenian , obviamente me entristeci mas asi que pedi vino y un bifrutas naranja con boquerones. La comida muy buena 99,7/100 Los camareros un poco bordecillos ( por lo visto no sufrieron unos infidelidades de parte de su mujer/marido asi q no me comprendieron ) Muy bien todo y felices años

Fuimos a comer un grupo de 6 personas. Sitio con comida ESPECTACULAR! Increíble el carpaccio de buey relleno de foie, las croquetas y el chuletón. No es barato pero la calidad lo merece. Le pongo 3 estrellas porque desgraciadamente al final de la comida uno de los camareros insistió en que nos tomásemos unos chupitos en varias ocasiones. Le dijimos que no pero como no paraba de insistir, finalmente aceptamos pensando que efectivamente por su gran insistencia nos iban a invitar. Cuando vimos la cuenta de casi 500€ en la que por cada chupito nos cobraron 2,40€… Que pena que en un sitio tan bueno pasen estas cosas.

Muy decepcionante. Restaurante pretencioso con un servicio muy por debajo del precio. Pedimos un entrecote pequeño para dos personas que nos costó 80€, sin guarnición incluida. Las patatas fritas, plato pequeño a 8€ sabían a pescado. No recomendable.

A terrible experience. Don't even think about ordering the steak on a hot stone. It was defrosted kid goat meat that wasn't worth two cents. The service was okay, but the atmosphere was quite cold.
