I ordered the 4-sub promo through Rappi, but they didn't follow the instructions for each sub. They used whatever bread they felt like—it looked like plain white bakery bread—and they didn't toast it. There was way too much flavorless dressing; it tasted like bread with just a topping. The whole package was awful. The wrapper had no logos; it looked like tortilla paper. Everything was terrible.

I don't know how it is that being a franchise doesn't have some control, the old bread falls apart as soon as you grab it, they don't have most of the ingredients, vegetables and sauces.

You order food through Rappi but they don't have it in stock, then the restaurant calls you directly to cancel, which means they charge you through the app and don't refund your money. Terrible service and on top of that, they're scammers, good for nothing.

Good morning, today is November 28, 2024. I arrived at the Subway across from the UAS (Autonomous University of Sinaloa). The service was indifferent. They had no variety of bread or cheese, and even then, it was served cold. It was toasted, and everything was poorly arranged. Terrible service.

Poor service, poor food handling. They need a supervisor. They don't pay attention when you tell them what you want; you're literally served by the skin of your teeth. They don't issue a ticket. They need good staff.

Amid all the bad reviews, I didn't have to set foot in the restaurant to see the incompetence and poor service of the staff. I ordered via app: * The receipt DID NOT arrive, and I had to beg for at least a photo. * The receipt CANNOT be billed on the website, and I have to beg for an invoice. Avoid a bad time and a bad taste in your mouth, and if you can, eat somewhere else with better service. 0 stars

I ordered through an app; I ordered two combo meals and specified the type of bread I wanted. They sent a supermarket roll instead, and obviously the portions were smaller. The vegetables weren't what I ordered, and it took almost an hour. I don't think I'll order again. I'm going to be suspicious of not receiving what I want. Plus, they don't take responsibility or resolve the issue.

The reasons for this rating are: *Terrible customer service *Their wait time is excessively long (it was only two subs and it took approximately 35-40 minutes). Also, even though there are people waiting, they prefer to gossip rather than serve the customers. *They serve you whenever they feel like it *Spoiled ingredients *Missing ingredients *Unhygienic establishment. This place urgently needs an evaluation, especially since I think it's the only one left in the city. In conclusion: Think twice before going to this establishment. P.S. In my case, I'll never buy from there again.

University branch, Sunday, June 4, 2023. My children and I went for breakfast. We arrived at 8:10 am. There was nothing at the counters. They said they had to be there at 8 am and would start serving after they got everything set up. They brought out trays and went to chat in the storeroom. The vegetables were bad; they chopped onions with the peel on, the lettuce was oxidized, they didn't have all the proteins, and only one type of cheese. We waited 40 minutes, and since they weren't coming out, we decided to go somewhere else where we would actually be served. We left at 8:45 am, and they still hadn't started serving. Terrible service and customer service.
