This Jamba Juice location is hands down my favorite! The staff here consistently goes above and beyond with their friendliness and service. Emily provided excellent customer service, Jose made sure everything was quick and seamless, Davin welcomed me with a warm greeting, and Amsi was so kind and sweet. The team here truly makes the experience special, and on top of that, you’ll always get the best quality drinks!!

I love Jamba Juice!! My favorite drink is the Protein Berry Workout with Whey! It is perfect every time. Even though I've tried to add something or take something out, it's perfect just the way it is, don't change it! The staff here are friendly and fast! They're helpful in terms of suggestions and their own recommendations/favorites Even though they were pretty busy, my drink came out very quickly and prepared to perfection. I've Postmated from this location a few times and even then it comes out perfectly. My only suggestion is that they make sure any time someone Postmates from here that they include or stick in the straws. I've ordered smoothies from here a few times and they arrived without straws which was frustrating because you can't use standard or small straws. We will definitely be back soon!

very friendly staff. I asked whether their products were kosher and everybody was looking for it and even one of them try to learn for future customers. One of them name that I was able to catch was Rae and she was super nice . It was good experience and looking forward for to going there again.

So many things wrong where to start ? Went in today at 12:15 pm 7/13/21 was helped by the guy working the front. In the middle of me ordering my two smoothies a random guy yells from behind me he wants a specific drink. The cashier tells him to hold on and the guy walks off to his kiosk ( he obviously works in the mall and gets free drinks made when he feels like it. Yet I had to pay 2 extra dollars for mines!!!!. I get my drinks and I don't taste peanut butter at all ! I don't appreciate the price change, the waste of product that could have been made into a larger drink (this is what other stores normally do) and I most definitely don't appreciate that cashier obviously handing out free drinks to mall employees. Jamba Juice is becoming a joke with their frequent increasing prices (during a pandemic) and its unprofessional employees/stores ! Please do better.

Took forever to get my drink and I did a mobile order. The African American guy working there looked lost and confused, like he didn’t know what to do. The only worker working there, that knew what she was doing was a girl with glasses and maybe Hispanic the other people working there looked lost and confused and weren’t doing anything. The lines are long and the wait is long. Really disappointed because I come here often and this always happens.

TERRIBLE customer service. I walked up with my wife and our child and the worker didn't say a word and kept filling sample cups with granola. Not only that but he looked right at us and kept singing the song that was playing on the radio. 3 more people showed up behind us and he still didn't say a word so we left. It's very easy to say "sorry, just give me a moment please".

Worst jamba juice in CA i got there 20 mins before they closed and the worker was being super rude and said im closed already so I was like come on bro I just want one drink and he said I CAN'T walking away without even looking at me

The two young ladies working there need to improve on their customer service skills. I walked in both were talking with an employee from hot dog on the stick about food, etc. I waited about 5 minutes or more when finally one of the ladies came to help me at register while the other lady continued to stand there and talk instead of preparing my drink. The cashier proceeded to make my drink without washing her hands after handling money. I asked her politely to wash her hands. Then other lady decides to pour my drink and put her hand on top of my lid without washing her hands either. My mother said something to me. I then asked young lady about washing her hands as well. She proceeds to tell me she did, but was standing there the entire time talking with her hand on her face and counter. Both ladies end up having a negative interaction with my mother. I will also call customer service to explain more in detail.

I wish I could rate this zero because the customer service was pathetic. I drove from the Slauson and western location for a particular drink that had coconut whip unfortunately I was told they didn’t have it in stock and would when inventory was restocked Tuesday so I drove to the Westfield Culver City location. It was 737 at the time and that was plenty of time from the location where I was. After parking and walking to the Jamba Juice in the mall we got to the counter at 7:48’ plenty of time before 8pm. As soon as we walk us the lady who refused to provide her name was making three drinks and said they were “done” and not making any more. I told her we just drove from another location and it’s plenty of time before closing she said oh no sorry we gotta go early. I said I’m looking at the Google map now that says you close at 8pm so said no sorry. I asked her to please write down the store number and number to corporate. She finished the drinks she was making have them to the customers then walked to the back where I can still see her took a long time (see attached photo) then came back with a piece of paper with the store number and address and said I can’t give another employee name who isn’t here. Not sure if hat that to do with what I asked her which was a he store number and number to corporate. I said what’s your name? She repeated what she said I said what is the manager name she repeated what she said I said so you can’t provide the store manager name? She said no. So I left with a piece of paper which info I could have looked up on Google. Very terrible customer service. If she worked for me - she would be out of there because this was totally not cool. I own businesses and have been on the other side serving customers. This behavior is totally unacceptable. I’m starting the review here in the parking lot of this mall but I will also be leaving this on yelp and calling into corporate office Monday morning. One more thing that’s note worthy- there was an elderly couple that came after us at the time of 7:51pm. My husband and I told them she said they were not taking any more orders they were just as baffled and disappointed that it was about 10 mins before closing time and this was happening- their words- people are just lazy and don’t want to work. That’s exactly what appeared to be happening. She had plenty of time to remedy the situation and say you know I will make your drinks instead she continued on with this foolishness half providing requested information and playing this game. Please excuse typos/

I work in the mall and I normally go to Jamba Juice. Today when I went there were 3 ppl working. No one said hi or I’ll be right with you. They were just chit chatting between themselves. I got tired of waiting so I went a cross to wetzel pretzel. They helped me right away. I work in retail over 20 plus years so I know things can be hectic, but a “I’ll be right with you or thank you for waiting” goes along way to a customer. I won’t be revisiting this location again.
