Unmissable Neapolitan pizza. 🥇 It's become one of my new favorites for both its flavor and lightness. 🔝 So good that you should plan on getting a second pizza, which you'll probably order after the first, at least if it's your first time here. Forget about drinking liters of water after eating here, because the dough is classic Neapolitan with thick crusts, super digestible and incredibly flavorful. 📃 Varied menu, always with sensible and well-chosen options, with off-menu options that vary depending on the seasonal ingredients available. 🛋️The place is small but has plenty of space between tables. This makes the atmosphere very quiet and welcoming, different from many of the usual, overcrowded pizzerias. 👨‍🍳 Very kind staff who will be able to advise you on the best choices from their menu. We were recommended fried anchovies as an appetizer, and they were amazing! 😍 I also recommend trying the desserts, because they're not cheap either. Truly remarkable quality and, of course, incredible flavor. 🍰 Advance reservations are definitely recommended. The prices are absolutely average; in fact, here you get incredible quality and flavor without the need for additions or changes with strange doughs that often only serve to drive up the prices. Definitely worth a try. Recommended! ✌️

Locale un po' piccolo ma accogliente. Molto pulito. Personale gentile e preparato. Ottime pizze impasto e ingredienti di qualità!!! Antipasto buono delicato e molto ben presentato. Dolci prezzi un po' sopra la media, ma molto buoni anche ben presentati. Per finire un ottimo caffè.

Abbiamo provato il ristorante e le materie prime sono veramente gustose. Ottimi antipasti e idem per la tagliata. Merito anche ai dessert. Torneremo sicuramente per provare la pizza di cui vi è una vasta e interessante scelta! Consigliato!! Abbiamo poi provato la pizza 2.0 e siamo assolutamente soddisfatti! Proverò nuovamente la pizza 2.0

Sono entrata la prima volta da Crusco un anno fa più o meno quando si trovava nella contrada vicino a Piazza Boves era già carino nella vecchia sede. Ora si trova in Via Santa Maria sempre a Cuneo però ora si affaccia su Piazza Virginio. Il locale nuovo molto curato dove ti colpisce subito l’enorme lampadario di stoffa al centro della saletta, andando verso il bagno sulla destra ho notato una piccolissima saletta molto graziosa non sono riuscita a fare la foto dove all’interno c’erano due tavolini e la vetrina dei vini a vista molto intima come saletta. I bagni super puliti. La pizza ottima l’impasto si scioglieva in bocca. Forse sono solo rimasta delusa che la bufala era fuori cottura e non sciolta ma è solo questione di gusti. Personale cortese. Qualità prezzo giusta.

RECOMMENDED! After a while, I'd been meaning to eat here, and I finally made it. I made a reservation for Valentine's Day a few days before and they immediately confirmed availability. I was very pleased because I didn't expect to find a table. The restaurant is very close to my house, but for those coming from out of town, parking might be a bit difficult, and you also have to watch out for the restricted traffic zone. As soon as we stepped inside, I confess I was disappointed... the entrance is ugly and doesn't at all reflect the small rooms where you sit, which are actually very beautiful, well-furnished, quiet, with well-spaced tables and nice, dim lighting that creates a lovely atmosphere. We were served by two super professional, fast, friendly, and pleasant young women. I was generally satisfied with the dishes... both appetizers were very good, but the first courses were a bit disappointing (they were quite good, but in my opinion, inferior in quality to the other courses), the second courses were plentiful and tasty, and the pistachio ice cream blew my mind. The courses are just the right size and allow you to try everything. 2 appetizers, 2 first courses, 2 second courses, 2 desserts, 2 coffees, and a bottle of Barolo cost a total of €150, so it wasn't a bad price. In conclusion, I had a great evening with my girlfriend, eating well and spending a fair amount. I'll definitely be back to try the pizzas that so many have already recommended. 🐷🐷

I went here with my boyfriend on a Wednesday evening. We had two pizzas, a Coke, a water, and two desserts for €42. The quality of the food was excellent; the pizza I had was made with a very soft and light dough—truly delicious. The desserts were also really good (which was a surprise for me, as I'm not a big fan of sweets). Overall, everything was good, except perhaps the service, which was attentive but a bit cold. Otherwise, the place is small but well-kept, and you can enjoy a quiet dinner.

We did not have a good experience here, unfortunately. Something went wrong in communication (we ordered a 0,375 bottle of wine, they brought 0,75 without mentioning the out of stock). We had to order something else and got cover charge in addition. When sharing the feedback we got in a discussion with the owner, who was not open to listen nor did he care about our experience. The pizza was good, but do not go here, since hospitality and value for money are below standard.

Table booked at 8:00 PM, but they come to take the order after more than 20 minutes. Two fried foods and two pizzas. 40 minutes later, at 9:00 PM, the two fried foods arrive. At 9:40 PM, an hour after the fried foods came out, I ask about my order and they tell me it's on its way out. At 9:50 PM, after 1 hour and 50 minutes, the pizzas still weren't at the table. I get up and go to the cashier to pay, having the pizzas taken off my bill. I look at the pass, 8 of my "outgoing" pizzas are missing. Not a single euro off. The bill is 35 euros, which, minus the 6 euro panzerotti, is the cover charge and the drinks I drank during the 1 hour and 50 minute wait. NEVER AGAIN!
