Customer experiences are mixed. Some reviewers praise the friendly and helpful staff, especially Chris, and the fresh food. However, many complain about long wait times, inconsistent drink quality, rude service, and poorly made coffee.
Tip: Consider visiting during off-peak hours to avoid long wait times, especially on Sunday mornings.
Best location I came when the line was long and they were quick to give everyone their order in a timely matter love that!
I had a good experience at Starbucks. The place was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and quick with my order. My drink was made well and tasted great, and it’s a nice spot to relax or get some work done. Overall, it’s a reliable place for coffee, and I’d definitely come back again.
They’re trying their best and it’s amazing. If you’re nice and respectful they match your energy super well. If you’re in a rush and angry they’re taking a long while in a store with a drive through that’s packed to bursting then you probably should’ve managed your time better.
Chris thank you for being so helpful 🙏 you are super kind and hard worker, appreciated your good attitude with customers. Thanks. Until next time, thanks for making it shine with the team

great service, great team. just got a JBC meal deal and they always have the food fresh here. love the staff.
Friendly team and great customer care. Amazing people and wonderful service.
Their iced coffee is good. The food is good. The only issue is that lately. They don’t stir my iced coffee at all so I have a hard time mixing it and by the time I get home to try to mix it my ice melt so coffee is not as good but other than that is a good Starbucks
Took 30 minutes to make my drink and saw her give it to someone else.Just was very messy my experience it wasn’t pleasant since i had to remind them twice to make my drink it was the most simple order .
This Starbucks is convenient when I’m in town. I went in this evening to order 3 of the same drink. JJ was great taking my order. We sat down to wait and the girl that was making drinks was no longer there. JJ was working the drive thru. A new girl had come out and took an order and made that order for the customer. However, she did not attempt to make eye contact. JJ was kind enough to make our drinks and apologize for the delay.
I usually don’t leave bad reviews ever, but when I ordered, the girl who took my order charged me then ran off and didn’t confirm the order or give me a receipt. We waited almost 15 minutes for one medium drink which was not ideal
Whoever is making the coffee today is not following the instructions. caramel crunch topping, and they didn’t add it. They also didn’t even fill the cup all the way. You pay for an expensive coffee and still get it made poorly.
The drive thru was long per usual. The issue was the drink and who ever was in charge of making them. I ordered an iced matcha with strawberry cold foam light ice. When I received the drink, the drink wasn’t even half of the cup and the cold foam wasn’t that visible, the cup felt super light. I automatically knew by the color the drink it was going to be super strong on matcha powder. Took one little sip and wanted to spit it out by how strong the matcha was, my tongue was dark green. Luckily I was in the lot and made a u-turn. I was also afraid they might not accept because the cup was half empty but honestly they barely gave anything in the cup. Explained that the drink is too strong and not drinkable. Got a new drink and the cup looked like pure milk with a little bit of cold foam. The worker had me try it and it tasted like sweet milk, with little to no matcha. At that point I said it was fine and left. Had to go home and add some matcha powder myself to make it a little enjoyable. Haven’t gone to this Starbucks in years and now I remember why.

I had a very disappointing experience this morning. I placed my order at 7:27 am and tried multiple times to ask questions about my order, but the staff ignored me and were very disrespectful. No one was able (or willing) to give me any clear answers. To make it worse, my Starbucks app showed that my order was ready, which was clearly not true. By 7:46 am, I had to leave with my order incomplete because I was in a hurry. This is unacceptable, especially during a morning rush when customers are on a tight schedule. I expect better communication and basic courtesy from Starbucks. Very bad service.
Always out of their breakfast sandwiches. Also customer service really sucks at this location. It always takes over 30 minutes in the drive thru. It shouldn’t take this long. It’s so ridiculous. Save your time and sanity and go to another location. I can’t believe how bad the customer service was. They need training. My iced Carmel macchiato came out horrible and not done properly. Here I am late to work with no breakfast and horrible tasting coffee. Thank you Starbucks.
I went through the drive through and have not taken a sip when I took this picture. They charge $6.37 for a grande white chocolate mocha and they RIP YOU OFF a little over half liquid and the rest foam and whipped cream. Such a disappointment, the people were friendly but it doesn’t make up for short changing on the product! I won’t be back.
The service at this location is absolutely horrible. When you get to the register, no one even acknowledges you — you just stand there waiting and waiting. Eventually, someone shows up with no apology or greeting. I ordered a latte and a croissant, and I waited 20 minutes for the croissant while customers who came after me were served before I was. After noticing this, I reminded the staff that I was still waiting. The employee looked at my receipt and casually said nothing had been sent to the back. She then pulled the croissant out of the freezer and put it in the microwave. No explanation. No apology. By the time I finally received my order, 25 minutes later, there was still no apology whatsoever. If I could give negative stars, I would. I am not coming to this Starbucks ever again. Avoid this location at all costs!!!!
Terrible experience. I come here often, but today I was denied access to the restroom because I had not made a purchase “today”. That is truly disappointing and feels unreasonable, especially for a regular customer.
11/14/25 time 7:55 am I'm a regular customer, and I almost always arrive at the same time. The big problem here is the poor service from the same person who takes orders at the drive-thru. Maybe they're in the wrong job; a mistake in an order can be fixed, but poor service to a customer who's spending their money is a terrible experience. There are days when I go to the drive-thru and someone else serves me, and it's a completely different experience. They start by saying good morning and have a very positive attitude when taking my order. But when I hear it's the other person, who's almost always in a bad mood, I haven't even finished ordering before they're already sending me to the window. And if I take too long to order, they get really rude, making me not want to order anymore. I love Starbucks coffee, but this poor service definitely has to change.
Waited at the drive thru at the speaker longer than normal, they asked me to give them a few minutes. The order was wrong once I get to the window. For the cup to be open and the top wouldn’t close and spilled all over my car. I have to get off for them to change the cup and instead of making a new drink they poured the same one and added more whipped cream on top, so now I have a double whipped cream drink. I don’t get it! The whole point of going drive thru was for convenience not having to get off to wash off the coffee and get something you don’t like. Of course, I wasn’t even going to ask for a remake, forget it!
I always get my coffee in this location and everything was fine until a month ago that the baristas staring to fill the cup half way???? Half way for a $6 dollar coffee!!!!
Arrived 5 minutes after my mobile order (4 items) was supposed to be ready—only one drink was there. After more waiting, I was told the rest was likely taken by someone else. Had to show my order again to get it remade (showed them 3 times). The final drink still came out wrong, and the whole process took over 25 minutes. Meanwhile, staff seemed more focused on chatting at the drive-thru than helping.
I will keep rating this place as maybe @starbucks want to retrain their staff. Drinks are not consistent, wait time is out of this world. This is supposed to be a Mocha Frappuccino.
People that work here they keep the food and the drink from the customer they have it ready and they don’t deliver to the people on time. They want to look busy in the drive thru or something. Horrible place to come. I haven’t been for a long time. And today decided to give them another chance but what a big mistake. If you want to eat your food cold and your drinks watering because the ice is already melted come this horrible Starbucks.
I really wish there was another Starbucks closer to me because I would stop coming to this location on 190ish and US1 in Cutler Bay altogether. This morning was the third time I have had a rude interaction at the drive through. Today, I was told in a very blunt way that I did not give them enough time between placing my mobile order and picking it up because some machines were down and they had 15 orders ahead. I followed the pickup time on the app. Internal issues should not become the customer’s problem, especially when the response is basically “we will try to have it ready by the time you get to the window.” That is not acceptable customer service. This is the only Starbucks I have ever been to where the employees are consistently rude. This was the third strike for me and I really wish I had another location close by so I would not have to deal with this.
This Starbucks is the slowest Starbucks in all of Miami!! Every other Starbucks I go to moves relatively fast even if the line is long !! This Starbucks has me waiting 30 mins on average … SMH
