I have been to this place repeatedly and so far I have not had any problems with the service and even less so in the Bar, which is the place I usually have dinner and drinks. until yesterday 05/26/2024 around 6:20 in the afternoon I arrived at the bar and a girl despotically moved from the bar saying that those spaces were reserved and that I had to move, I just wanted to eat quickly since I had One day the staff was busy and when I got there and saw that attitude it was annoying and unpleasant. The bartender's name is YAIMARA and I know it because they have her name on the left side of their clothing. I know that the spaces in the Bar are never reserved and I already verified it. today 05/27/2024 because of course I came back to eat and I'm not saying that the service is bad, just that waitress was terrible, she doesn't know anything about service industry when you go to Bombones I recommend ordering from LUCY OR ANA, they are excellent people, they will treat you with kindness and respect 100% recommended to both of them once again ANA AND LUCY excellent service.

One of, if not the best place to drink and watch your games, or my favorite, fight nights. What truly helps the atmosphere is Steph (China), she's the best waitress with the best personality, best energy, and the bestest person overall in there. 10 out of 10 whenever she's there tbh, especially seeing when she's bombaraded by drunks who get turned down by her and get upset because she doesn’t give out her number lmao.

Amazing staff and management! They made me feel at home as soon as my party walked through the door. I was greeted quickly and the manager Kim checked on our table to make sure everything we ordered was accurate! Food was tasty and the drinks were strong! Will def be my new favorite spot!

Had a gentleman who kinda ignored me while he fiddled with cups at the bar. But a woman came right up and got my order, made the drink very well! Was delicious! Definitely the sports bar to go to, especially during the fall/winter season. All football and “futbol” games are shown here as well as boxing and octagon fights. However, this establishment cannot be successful and have me as a repeat customer without their waitstaff, team and managers on duty. I would like to point out one individual who has always stood out and attended my guest and I during our visits - Aurora. Aurora is without a doubt a dedicated person who always places her customers first. Food and drinks are brought out without hesitation and she makes sure to always stop by and ask if anything is needed. Will definitely recommend this establishment 👍 Remember to ask for Aurora to be your waitress/server. Superb customer service. ✅

Myselfe and my wife and friends love coming to bombones to sit with Stephanie along with other really good servers like Natalie and Dani. We can see why they get so many regulars and new customer to sit with them and also we see what kind of men come into the establishment and try to touch on servers and harass them which isn’t good I honestly don’t know how the girls deal with that other than ignore them . They should automatically be denied service. We have even seen some customers complain that the servers don’t attended or pay them attention only because they can’t touch the servers and so forth. Other than that we love Steph and the woman who work at bonbones.

I've have been here several times on my lunch break when I'm in the region for work (I live in St.louis Missouri and currently here now on my lunch) every time I'm there the food is always good and fast getting out and I have to praise the girls....being from out of town and knowing nothing of the region they've always made me feel welcomed and have giving me great insight and knowledge of the region and what to do to pass time where I'm not trapped bored in a hotel room. Some of the girls have actually helped me slowly learn and understand Spanish to help me better in the area when I'm down. If you are in the area I highly recommend this place. They made me feel like a regular when they have every reason not too and for that I'm forever grateful

Food was amazing! And the atmosphere was chaotic but the fun chaotic not the crazy kind. Service was amazing, the only issue we had was there was no seating when we went bc, we watched the real Madrid game. I also give the service 4 stars because it was a little slow but it was busy. But other than that amazing! 5 out of 5

So, i went for lunch on a Saturday. It was clean. Easy to get seated. They took our order immediately. The prices were comparable to pretty much every other sports cantina. But they do have lunch specials on weekdays that will beat any deal you can find. The atmosphere is welcoming, open, and yet private enough to where you wont have to be listening to the table next to you having a conversation. The food is filling and delicious. I went for the burrito and a couple beers, but will be back to try more of their menu in the future.

Stopped in for a quick drink before the movies. The atmosphere was upbeat nice 1 o'clock crowd. Serving food and drinks. The hosts and waitstaff were beautiful and friendly. I didn't order food, but everyone else who came in ordered food, so I can only assume it must be good, plus they serve tacos, burritos, enchiladas... I mean... if they are serving tacos, they have my heart, whether I ate there or not. The atmosphere and drinks are worth the visit, despite not ordering food.

Customer service needs improving. They are exactly what some reviews mention already, not too friendly but not attentive either. Food is pretty good, favorite is the 1lb shrimp Drinks are good too , they don’t have a big variety to choose from. Usually get draft or motherf*** that one is really good there , their Vegas Bomb is well prepared just served hot. Overall like the atmosphere to hang out on a girls night out or friends date. A lot of monitors to watch games or fights. Haven’t stayed on weekends when they have karaoke or singing but would like to next time.

I went on a Saturday for the first time to watch chivas and then UFC fight. Everything was great until they let this "band" of fans play their drums. Unbelievably noisy and couldn't even talk to the person in front of me. I get it, we're all fans of some team but inside is not a stadium or a parking lot. Other than that the service was great and the food was pretty good. One suggestion. You guys have such a large place and you even have a DJ at night. Ever thought about turning that back room area into a dance floor? Maybe just on Friday and Saturday's? That would bring more women and / or couples. Once the sports are done, it looks like it slows down. Other places that have a small dance floor, like Flamas, thrive from sports and dancing. Just a suggestion and maybe one that you'll consider

This is a Mexican Sports bar. First time here, for lunch with my crew Foreman. So first time out food was good, medium selection menu, tea only today but has a full bar and then some. Servers are very outgoing and polite, and dress suitable for a man bar, excellent. Will stop by again.

This is a Sports Bar and is set up with a lot of TV's. The food was just ok so don't expect to be impressed too much. Also there really isn't much to choose from. I had the fried fish and it was a big peice of fish but was really thin. Would be a good place to hang out with your buddies and drink a beer, but due to location i think it would be mostly a Spanish crowd. All the staff were speaking Spanish. (Just so you know.) I'm an old white boy so not my speed.

Great place to watch some sports and the girls there are great, the food isn't so great but the alcohol is the focuse. Go here is you wanna catch up with some friends, have a drink or two or to watch some sports. Do t go just for the food.

Went to watch Mexico v USA game and had good time as we played pool after the game was over. Burger I had was great! Experience would have been better if parking was not all the way in back. They literally have valet parking taking so much space and it was almost empty. What's next, charge at the door? They can do better with parking. Last time I visited valet didn't take up so much space. They want to charge for everything now.

I came here one Saturday, and it is very crowded! The service is just average, the staff is not rude and not friendly either. I like Burrito, it is tasty and so delicious. Overall, I recommend going here on weekdays, it's probably not crowded and staff could be nicer with little customers.

America was our server and never checked in properly with our group. The place was not busy at all. My friend and her daughter food was burnt and she disregwrded the change they requested on their food. She blamed the kitchen on the mishap. She never offered a refill for their drinks. Food was decent and possibly cause i hadnt eaten all day.

Lunch tacos fajitas were terrible. Lots of fat and the taste was weird. The grilled chicken lunch was good with a big portion. Service was good but when my wife told our waitress the tacos taste bad, all she said was "oh, I'm sorry." She didn't offer to remake the dish or see if we want to talk to the manager. Also, the Bud Light had a sour taste. We have been here 3 times now and we won't return.

Tacos and horchata were good. However the service was TERRIBLE. Our waitress never checked up on us, we had to flag her down anytime we needed to order anything and even to pay, almost like she was in her own little world. I'd understand if it was packed but there weren't even that many customers there.

I've been a regular customer there since August of 2021 when I started working close to the 11917 E NW Hwy location. My advice, only go during the week. The weekend waitresses service is horrible, and I've gone on multiple weekends just to see if it was a one-off!! Just to get them to acknowledge you once you've taken a seat may take 10 plus minutes even when the place is not really busy. I love the Chicken Tortilla Soup so much but I won't be going back to that location period and probably done with Bombones all together. Weekday waitresses are much better at their job than the weekend crew, hands down!

If you want to enjoy a place with wonderful women walking around and enjoy the view take time out of life and enjoy the atmosphere but the food is not all that!

Horrible place. Hostess sucked. Manger was illiterate. And they do not I ow what they are doing. I was waiting 3+ hours for a table and they skipped me because I went to the restroom. After I asked why they skipped me, they said I would be next. But after a couple of complaint people they let then and down before me. I recommend no one goes here

First time going and worst experience ever. Host barely acknowledged us to seat us. Then we sat there for over 10 mins and NO ONE attended us. Waitresses walking by and not one looked at us. My bill was 16.60 and I left a smaller tip. When I looked at my credit card statement it showed that I was charged 18 dollars more than was supposed to be. This place sucks it has the worst service from the time you get in to the time you leave, from the rude hostess who doesn’t give you a booth when it was requested to the waitress who doesn’t give customers proper customer service (by that I mean give everybody water and ask if anything else is needed and how is the food). As for the hostess the place was realitivy empty and we got sat all the way in the back right under a speaker which was so loud that we couldn’t even carry and decent conversation between our party at the table. When the food came it was mediocre at best. Just a hint (don’t bring family to the establishment, you will be disappointed)!!!!

Oh no thank you! First and last visit! Came to this place to support a local band. At the door I was told by 4 different staff members there was no live band on Sunday. They had to find and ask the manager to find out the band was playing that night. Got our seats and took us 30min before a waitress took our order. Well our drinks were awful and when the food arrived oh gosh... steak nachos cold as can be, dry frijoles, over cooked rice, under cooked fish :-/ .. after that fiasco we do not recommend this place. Will visit the band at a different location. So disappointed.

Gave this place two tries. And both times I was dissapointed. It was mainly because we got the same waitress. The food is good for snack food not for an actual meals. The price was decent. But the service is horrible. These girls are more worried about getting a tip for touching your should once or flirting with you. We asked for a Dos XX tower and got something else. When we asked to split the tab she said that wasn't possible. Really? It's 2016 the technology is advanced enough. If not grab a pencil and paper and do the math. The second time I went my order came out wrong. But since she never came around to check on us I was never able to tell her my order was wrong. When I brought it up to the manager he hesitated to make sure the customer was satisfied. I wasn't looking for a free meal, just better service. If you want to go a sports bar with similar attraction I suggest you go somewhere else.

Terrible food and service, the waitresses had more time to sit and play on their phones then wait on customers. They spent more time sitting with their boyfriends then paying attention to customers. Waited too long for a waitress to even ask me what I wanted to drink. Will never return. A table of waitresses sat together and played on their phones.

First and last time here. Food was nasty. Nacho chips were stale, wings drier than a desert. All I ate was the bean, cheese, and the little chicken they put on there only cuz I was starvin. But never again. And my friend felt bad cuz he was bragging about this place.

My sister and I are not from around here and decided to come in for a snack and a drink. The food was not very good and the drinks had chunks of mold floating in the bottom of the cup. We had already drank half of them before we even noticed. Have currently been sick as a dog for 12+ hours now. DO NOT RECOMMENDED. if you do go here make sure you check you're bar glass for mold.

Never going back to this place we went on a Wednesday night to listen to music and eat dinner after 45 minutes and complained twice without a waitress coming to the table one comes when we decided to leave to take our order with no menus this place is ridiculous the manager did nothing about the complaint he sent nobody to the table. My recommendations stay away from this place.

I did not get to try the food, sadly. I can say, though, that the environment is definitely not welcoming to newcomers. No one greeted us when we came in and only the bar was full. So we sat at a table nearby. About ten minutes later, the bartender came out, gave us menus, and informed us that the kitchen was closed. Very uncomfortable.

If I could I would give this service a 0 star review. Me and my husband were left unattended in a table for longer than what we should have. A nice check up would have been great. All the waitresses seemed more conservative on biking Friday and less talkative to their customers. First and last time being here.

First time visiting this restaurant. I order 12 wings and A hamburger with mustard. I am very disappointed. I received 7 wings and mayo on my hamburger. My husband called back up there as soon as we notice and the guy told him he was there when he did the twelve wings and didn’t give him a chance to say anything else. He hung up on him and put on the voicemail so he couldn’t call back. Imagine slipping and sliding in the snow to get there. Now my husband whom just came from dialysis wanted chicken wings and now has to slip and slide back up there to get the order corrected. This will be the first and the last time we go there. They had such great reviews. To bad mines not a great one. One thing I believe in is Good Customer Service and this was unacceptable. Update my husband goes back and we was given the wrong order. They rectify the situation. Thank you. I now feel that we can go back.

I come here about 2 to 3 times a week and every time has been good except for today they sat me on the other side where the bar was with the bartender / waitress Jolie, it was not as expected she was hardly even attending us and when asked for a last round at 1:30 she said she had no more beer but sold beer to other customer and we asked to speak to the manager which was the sons manager and all that was said was that he would speak to her. Other times that I have been there I been served til almost 2 and she s gonna sit there and say she had no more beer ok whatever and we had already paid and tipped her and we had decided to have a last beer which we couldn’t cause she (Jolie) said she didn’t have any more. I didn’t like her service if I would have waited I wouldn’t have tipped her at all!

I and my co-worker went to Bombones for the first time yesterday and and it was a little uninviting but our server was nice. We ordered two beers with the fried pickles and loaded fries. Unfortunately, when our food arrived it came with a roach and after 20 min of trying to locate our server she did attend to the matter and just charged us for the beers. I would have liked to speak with a manager but she stated they were not available so we just left. I really can't believe this happen on our first visit and I should have listed to my gut after reading the not so raving reviews about this place to just avoid it entirely.

The server came by 2 times. She stayed flirting at a table of guys which is fine but, check on us. I tried to flag down a bartender but no one would come. I guess this place is only for men. We would have stayed longer but she never came back we just walked out and paid the bill with the hostess. Wont come back.

Being a person of color I didn't feel very welcome and this is my 3rd time coming and I spend money so that I can have a good time. I literally had to go get me a waitress. While other people are just being waited on hand and foot. To make a long story short this will definitely be my last time here I'll take my co workers and my money some place else

Absolute garbage, worst place around. The service is the worst I've ever received, the atmosphere is that of a trashy back woods strip club and the food is the caliber of McDonald's. I wouldn't bring the cheapest date here nor spend time with my friends at a place like this. Waste of time and money. My friend and I were there to drink and eat and ready to spend some money and the waitress forced us to get up and move tales for a larger group. There were no more tables so she wanted us to stand... Don't come here. Spend your money elsewhere

Worst experience ever literally the waiter I had tonight name “ANGELA” attitude was the worst was doing just fine having Stephanie as my waiter. Angela literally came all the way outside stating tip was a minimum of $10 I had to give her. For my understanding that should not be mandatory for one and how unprofessional for you to run all the way outside to get me when clearly your service was not up to expectations!!!! I will definitely just ask for Stephanie next time !!!

Be careful being around this place around 10pm-2am. to many drunk drivers leaving the parking lot!!!!!!!!!!!!

Last night I went to bombones and saw something strange . I think some waitress was serving tables that weren’t hers . I also saw the man acting mad and I was next to the table so I saw two waitresses going back and forth telling this guy to write reviews about it because the waitress had got in trouble about it  . Honestly this is super weird and messy to me I don’t think a working environment should be like this . I can see why tables take so long to be served because waitresses are so involved serving other tables that aren’t theirs . I’ve managed a restaurant before and we never allow this it’s always team work and trying to better our establishments.

The girls restroom is DISGUSTING!! Not sure is they are under new management but I’ve been here numerous times and have never seen the girls restroom in these conditions that I’ve seen today. There was a cover charge to get it and to not have a decent restroom is uncalled for. Ladies go to Ojos if you care about clean restrooms.

i walked in saw multiple girls cleaning windows and sweeping while handling food and drinks i felt that was very unsanitary and gross to handle food and drinks while cleaning so i got up and left instead i’ll try another place

The service here was incredibly disappointing. The server was rude and dismissive, and when I asked to speak with a manager, the person who came over was unhelpful and clearly uninterested in resolving anything. It’s clear that hospitality is not a priority at this establishment. I won’t be returning. Server name was Paola

The only reason this place exists is cuz the regular drunks. Other than that, this place is trash, $12/hour to shoot pool.. Service was horrible. No one speaks English. The atmosphere was sad, it was dead and I guess it's a bad place cuz they had 2, security guards. I'll take Ojos Locos over this place.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I very rarely leave 1 star reviews but I am doing this in hopes that my voice is heard and positive change comes from my efforts. I frequent this establishment and there have been several times where I have received sub par service. Once again it is not my intention to cause any trouble. But it is my honest opinion that someone said something about it. Some of the waitresses have a very poor attitude. For example Stephanie, she will only serve customers she knows personally. I have waited almost 45 minutes to be served a single drink. Not only that but I also waited another 45 approximately to pay my bill. Another example Is a waitress by the name of Abby. She has gone as far as to remove my friends and I from our table in order to serve the customers she knows. Bonnie I believe is the name of the supervisor that allows this to happen. I speculate they are romantically involved. As I've been told by other waitresses that they are not allowed to pick and choose who they serve. I've also noticed some unusual behavior with those "preferred customers" of her's. She's allowed to play pool with her customers and no other waitresses are allowed to do that. This leads me to believe that the other waitresses get a bad reputation due to this type of behavior being allowed. I would recommend Ojos Loco's over this establishment they treat their customers as well as their employees equally. Stepanie Sofia and Abby have all earned a one star review from me. I would not recommend you visit this establishment until some changes have been made. I am leaving this review in hopes that the management team steps in and has put some serious thoughts into treating employees as well as the customers equally and fairly.

This place just downright stinks. I deleted an older 1 star review so I can add this new 1 star review. Just as last time. I feel like I didn't get good service and any attention because I am not Hispanic. They even replied to my horrible first review and said that they try to give everyone good service and that I should give them another chance. So I did. What a mistake. It was just as horrible again. At least this time my server understood a little English. Not much. This time I didn't even order any food. I was just too upset. I had a lemonade and that was it. I wanted to have some food but the service was just so bad I decided not to and left. If you are not Hispanic don't even try to come here, go to the Ojos Locos nearby. They treat me right.
