Absolutely phenomenal experience at Bushi Bushi Dim Sum. The soup dumplings are hands down the best I've had—and I've tried them all across the country. Each bite bursts with flavor and craftsmanship. The hot chili oil dumplings are equally incredible, offering the perfect balance of heat and depth. The scallion pancake deserves a special shoutout—the sauce it comes with is so good I could honestly drink it. On top of the amazing food, the service is incredibly warm and welcoming. It truly feels like you're dining in your Chinese grandma's kitchen—comfortable, authentic, and full of heart. This place is a must-visit for any dim sum lover. Can't wait to come back.

I have lived in Dallas from Houston for over a year and have been disappointed in the Chinese food quality until today. Bushi Bushi is delicious! The atmosphere is open space, laid back, but with an upscale vibe. The prices are extremely affordable and the quality of food is superb. I spoke to the manager and he was a delight, very appreciative. The wait staff is accommodating and spot on for all our needs. We will return!

Been here multiple times and never been disappointed. They have the best dim sums and handmade dumplings. They are so amazing and will leave you wanting for more. Their entrees and fried rice/noodles are also delicious. The prices are also very reasonable. Must try!

My friends and I were hanging out for lunar new year and we got hungry. One of my friends, has never had soup dumplings and since we were in the area, we had to go here. I’ve been to another Bushi bushi and it was great. We ordered soup dumplings and other dim sum items, and entrees and family styled it. I think we ate with our eyes lol cause there was so much food. We ended up having some leftovers. All in all, we had a great time and good experience. Servers were great, attentive and respectful. My friend liked it so much so, she brought her family the next time. It’s a busy restaurant, which speaks for itself! If you’re in the Addison area, or want some dim sum, definitely check it out! This place is great for small or large groups. Till then, let’s eat!!!

Yay so happy to find a great spot for soup dumplings, so many great dishes to try. I’m so happy. And it’s not too far for us. Best turnip panfried pancake, I can’t list all my fav. Cynthia was our server and she’s so pleasant, super attentive, so friendly. I wanna come back just to see her happy face. Solid 10/10, strongly recommend. Take your friend take your fam. Lots of great items to explore. Your foodie side will thank you. If you can’t decide ask your server, they won’t fail you ;)

Food and customer service were great! Fast, friendly and delicious!! I was visiting from out of town and really wanted dim sum and some soup dumplings. This place didn't disappoint! Me, my daughter and my sister enjoyed 12 different items from the menu (10 food items and 2 drinks) all were great!!

Food was great! Ordered half a duck, the sweet and sour chicken, and had the soup dumplings. All was fresh and delicious. Of course, I topped it off with a beer. Service was quick and attentive. Prices are reasonable for the amount of food you order. The sweet and sour chicken plate was big enough that we could have half it and enjoyed it. It's definitely worth coming back.

The food was absolutely amazing! We drove from fort worth to try these dumplings, and it was definitely worth the drive. I'd highly recommend the soup dumplings, especially if you've never had them before. The BBQ Pork buns are also amazing, among other menu items. The atmosphere is nice and cozy, and it's fun to see robots driving around delivering your food. This is also a great place for groups! If we lived closer we would come here all the time.

The entrees had an authentic Cantonese flavors. The stir fried dishes had the “Wok’s breath”, which is a good thing. The portions were a little bit smaller than expected for the price. The dim sum, overall it was good. The soup dumplings and baos were very good. The Siu Mai was more shrimpy than porky, tasted like it was the same filling as the har gao. The wrapper of the har gao was a bit thicker than expected. The service was great, and a very cute and thoughtful detail of handcrafting a mechanism for kids to use a chopstick as well as a kid’s plate. The ambience was fitting for a hot summer day as it was cool and shaded. The place was clean and neat.

First time being here and was not disappointed. Big portions. I ordered a large bowl of hot and sour soup, delicious. Then the pork soup dumplings were also delicious. Everything was excellent. We had the bbq pork belly, pan seared wygu pot stickers , the hot oil wontons , salt pepper shrimp is huge shrimp , and the beef with flat wide noodles. The galaxy lemonade, we will definitely be eating here from now on

I was craving dim sum and found the menu here looked good. As soon as I came in, I was immediately greeted and seated right away. As everything is virtual, you scanned a QR code to view the menu and then place your order through the app to have delivered to your table. I decided on the radish cake, shrimp and scallion dumplings, pork belly and the scallion pancake. I enjoyed those shrimp dumplings! They were cooked perfectly but, it was hard to pick them up using the chopsticks. I found the scallion was muted in the dumpling and I would have preferred there was more in mine. The pork belly was super delicious! Between the juicy meat and great flavor, I could easily eat an entire bowl of that. However, the dish that surprised me was the radish cake! Man, that dish was the star of the day. With its mild flavor, gooey yet crispy texture and pristine flavor, I can eat those all day and be content. I even got some to go because it was that good! My easy favorite dish was the scallion pancake. They were too crispy for my palette, but the chili garlic dipping sauce was excellent! Throughout my meal, the staff came by often and were extremely friendly! They made sure I was enjoying my food and because I didn't like the scallion pancake, they removed it! Between the attentive staff and good food, it's a nice spot to get some quick dim sum to satisfy your palette.

The soup was good yet lacked some flavor. The scallion pancakes were good with the very hot chili sauce. The pork buns were not up to par. The Mongolian beef had the most incredible tasting beef!!!

Nice restaurant with very friendly and courteous staff. There is even a robot who serves you food, cool concept. The handmade dumplings were made to perfection. The veggies were cut into equal size smaller pieces. Just wow for the attention to detail. But I am only giving 3 starts since I did not like the food, it was just really bland for me and I think it comes down to personal preference. Also I got veggie chowmein which only had two big pieces of broccoli, bunch of cabbage which is expensive when you are paying $13+.

Wife found the spot and gave it a try. once again, my 2 start is not necessarily bad. You order with Q&R code and a robot will bring food to you. However the waitress will still put the food on the table for you. The waitress still very attentive with the robot running around. Food ordering was easy and food came out fast. Had the Peking duck and it was done in a different style. Which I haven't had for a very long time. So great to experience it again. Didn't order too much food this time as we had couple of big plates. Overall the food tasted pretty good and great portions. However, not super memerable, hence the 2 star. If I am in the area and crave for Chinese, I would come back
