Great, super fast service. Literally less than 5 minutes after placing my order with three full meals it was ready! At first I was confused about the process for ordering online, but they had free wifi that was easy to join & they invited me to come in and wait inside without having to wait in the heat! Parking was tricky in the strip mall area but there is 2 hour street parking in the neighborhoods across the street!

He made sure I had my order quickly and efficiently and was very kind the entire way through. Absolutely love the night shift crew at Cava Mediterranean! I stopped by late in the evening expecting the usual “end-of-shift” energy, but the night team completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine smiles, patience, and top-tier service.The staff was still upbeat, attentive, and working with pride. My bowl was made perfectly, every topping was fresh, and they didn’t rush the process like some late-night places tend to do. You could tell they actually cared about quality and customer experience, even after a long day. The kitchen and front line were spotless too, which says a lot about how this team operates. Shout out to the entire night shift y’all deserve all the praise. Keep doing what you’re doing!

This is a cool concept on the regular CAVA locations. Food quality is up to par, and the service is super quick. I walked in and was immediately greeted and got my food. Mick was the server and I had to get his name because the service was so good. I'm in this area regularly and will definitely come back with the crew. 10/10

The food here is awesome... fresh and tasty. I eat a Cava bowl almost every day and there are so many options that I never get bored. My favorite is the Harissa Avocado bowl with spicy chicken. I would highly recommend for healthy, delicious food.

I ordered a bowl with black lentils through the app. They were uncooked to the point of being inedible. Break your teeth hard. Really terrible. I came back to give the manager feedback and she could clearly care less. Go to another cava location or just skip it.

I tried giving the digital kitchen thing a shot because I love CAVA, but this is the second time I have picked up my order, and it was completely wrong. This time I checked my order before leaving, and when I went to the workers to tell them my order was wrong (missing dressing, avocado, and put a different green than what I had asked for), they told me it was because they were out of those things. It was the middle of the day, so it was a bit weird for them to be out of things already. Nonetheless, I understand some things go out of stock, but the least they could do is let me know when I pick up my order, not charge me extra for avocado, AND BE KIND when I go to express my concern instead of acting like I am being irrational for my bowl being made differently than what I paid for!

One of the worst togo/UberEats experiences we've had in a long time. Not only was only one entree delivered - they will not answer the phone (states VM is full) - there is ZERO management or quality control. The one entree we did receive was supposed to be a "salad bowl" - every ingredient requested was left out even the wrong lettuce. Awful company with serious financial, leadership, and employee issues. Can only imagine what the cleanliness must be with this little care for customers. I assume they'll be out of business soon - as that rent isn't cheap!
