Opinions de FENG CHA - Greenville Ave Dallas Dallas
I first found this spot in my home town & now continually crave it!! Being I work in Dallas, looked on the apps to see if there was one here & I STRUCK GOLD!!! I ordered an extra one for the next day. So happy!!
Ive came here recently each week on the mornings and ive received the best customer service from I believe her name is Izabell she’s super sweet has explained the menu multiple times suggesting new drinks to try. I love it!!
This place is worth the hype and SO HAPPY there is finally one in Dallas! We were there for the soft opening and it was delicious. We got the dirty Boba and taro breeze and loved it. The cheese foam is incredible. We also had the chance to meet the owners and they were super sweet. Go and drink and be happy.
Stopped by Saturday afternoon upon my niece request. We love Boba and since we were in the area, we decided to stop. We had their super delicious dirty boba and Thai milk tea. We sat in their cute lobby as we waited because it was like 100° outside! Boba was good, we'll be back if we're back in the area (:
Such a nice little spot! The drink I ordered was the dirty caffe latte and it was really good. There’s seating inside and outside and the shop is very colorful. There are murals on the inside and the employees were helpful. Definitely visiting again!
It was good! This was my first visit to this particular boba tea shop and I will definitely be back. I had the classic milk tea and it was very nice! Wasn’t too sweet nor was it bland, I really liked it. 🙂 *UPDATE 8/7/22 Ok so I’ve been coming here regularly now and I still love it! The Dirty Boba is their standout drink for sure. The Taro is really good too, but honestly the DB is where it’s at. Also don’t sleep on the cakes! They’re perfectly portioned and always so soft and spongey. 🙌
Loved it! The bubble tea was the right amount of sweet for me. The atmosphere was nice and welcoming! Only problem was it was a but small at the entrance, where everyone was waiting. The service was a bit…confusing? They don’t ask for a name or give you a order number, they just say what food/drinks were on the order. Nice boba overall. Cool decor.
This is one of my favorite places to get boba in Dallas. all the seasonal flavors are amazing. The vibe and decorations really make this place a great stop to relax
Loved the drinks and atmosphere of the place. I always favor their Taro Milk Tea because their formula for it is gluten free, unlike at other boba tea locations; it tasted just as good as it ever did too. My friend liked the Strawberry Overload, but not so much the aloe vera they got with it. I rave about how this Feng Cha is in a popping location such as Greenville.
We love it!! The first day we step in, the atmosphere is just so positive. Everything is so friendly and nice. We came back 3-4 times in a week. We simply love it! There are so many tables and chairs where you can sit down, charge your phone/laptop, and do your work. You can also benefit from enjoying the music and drinks. We have tried dirty boba, strawberry breeze, Thai tea, and Oreo cheese milk tea! They can also make vegan milk tea for you which substitutes with almond or oat milk.

The staff was very sweet and accommodating! They work quickly and the customer service was amazing. They serve quality drinks as well. I’d definitely recommend!
This Feng cha location is a whole vibe! Excellent location, amazing menu, great decor, efficient ordering kiosks, and outstanding employees. Isabel and Karla were incredibly kind and need raises! Will definitely take my kids again! Thanks girls!
We always stop by here after eating lunch. Using the kiosk was super easy. Usually takes some time for the drinks to be made. Haven't really found a flavor that is my favorite yet.
Feng Cha is a great place for tea lovers. I would highly recommend chrysanthemum honey ginger milk (served hot) for people fond of milk tea. This drink closely resembles Indian tea in taste. I had also ordered Mango Au Lait with boba and would suggest not to add extra sugar to the drink. The total bill for both these items was $11.53.

Very simple menu its hard to get lost while ordering, I belive all the drinks are one size only. One of my go to drinks is the dirty boba. I would recommend checking calories since it can be 500 cals or over.
I want to think that it was just a bad day cause my drink was awful, I'm a loyal client to Feng cha and I know this is not how it's supposed to taste like. Apart from that, the store is not like the others I know, it just feels odd, is not like the same aesthetic as the others

Tried their famous Dirty Boba—the boba itself was warm and chewy, which I liked, but the drink overall felt a bit bland and overly sweet.
Tea itself was really good, but the service setup on a Friday night was rough. There was only one person working, and even with just four people in line it took about 25 minutes to get our drinks. It would really help if the person making drinks had a mic or some clear way to call out orders. Right now the drinks are just placed on the counter with little to no communication, so it’s easy to miss when yours is ready. At $8 a drink, I’d expect more staffing and a smoother process, especially with the amount of foot traffic you’re getting. If wait times are going to be that long, adding more comfortable seating would also go a long way. Overall, not a great first impression. 1 star for service, wait, and vibe. 5 stars for quality and taste.

All the drinks I received today is like half/ not full. Given the already lost cost ingredients of these drinks it’s very disappointing

Do yall ever just crave some fengcha in the late evening then remember they close at 7pm. Do you ever reminisce about the times you would get boba with friends after band practice late at night. Tell me why they changed their closing hours to 7pm WEEKLY?? I LOVE this place but bruh this location is the closest near me and I cant even get some off work or from school cause it closes so damn early. Bring back 10pm closing hours. OR ELSE. It doesn’t even have to be 10pm at least 8:30 or something💔. I will guarantee more business and money if yall stayed open a little later.. Ill change my 2 star if open for consideration. P.S (I volunteer store closing hours if y'all are hiring AND change the closing time)
Door dashed from here, and it literally says 125% sweetness. how come I tasted it and there’s no flavor? I’m not sure how to ask for a refund on the app but it’s really upsetting. I had to throw the whole drink out.

Bad vibes, doesn't look clean. They have some weird cashier that is not so friendly wearing a covid mask.. I asked for a simple vanilla matcha , then they said they dont do that. Thats ridiculous. This place is hard to even get parking, then I have to walk. Very bad environment n the place is not welcoming. Who doesn't carry vanilla syrup?? Would NOT recommend to anyone that needs a matcha.
Came on two separate occasions about two weeks apart. Both times I was told they were out of boba. How does a boba place not have boba….TWICE?! Someone in procurement needs to be fired.

Please fix your hours. Came at 9:40pm on Sunday 8/24/2025 and it was closed. Google map hours say it closes at 10pm - there was no hours posted on the door to confirm. Usually boba and tea are good.
