This was my first time trying this location.... Usually I go to the one in rufe snow, but honestly I'm glad we found and went to this location the lady working the front counter was super nice and friendly... And kept the restaurant clean.. I even took a couple of plates with me to go...👌👌👌

Depending on when you visit, you'll either have amazing service (friendly and fast) or just the opposite. Because of the location in Deep Ellum, parking is a bit of a hassle. Additionally, across the street there is a middle and high school (which means pot of foot and car traffic during school dismissal). The quality of the food is great. I've had at least 8 different types of tacos and would gladly repeat all of them.

Aug 17 I placed and order but didn't realize it was sending me to the wrong location since I was at my moms who lives in downtown. I live in North Dallas. I realize once it give me the order time but there is no where to cancel order. I place my order at N. Central expressway where I live and pick up my food. Called next day was supposed to get my refund up to now 08/21 I still don't have it. Call them and lady had no customer service respect and really showed didn't care about my refund. She started off this way, first of all I have never had someone not cancel their order the same day and went off telling me how it works and what I should of done because this food order is closed and food was made. I recorded all the call so when I don't get it this time I will go into it deeper. Yes I started to raise my voice and told her I don't want to hear what you think or how I should of done it. She has no idea what I was going through that night. I left my moms from an emergency worked all day and didn't get to eat until the next day. Yes im upset she didn't day im sorry we haven't refuned you let me see what I can do. I got a lecture of how And why I didn't call for my refund the same day. I had to tell her several times maam I never picked up my food. You can call the other location to ask and they will confirm i ordered same thing and pick up around the same time. Im not a liar and do not do wrong or be unfair. I even asked her when something is not picked up it should be noted for situations like this. But no they probably took the free food and thought I would never call to get my refund and thays probably why I haven't gotten it. She said at the end she will do her part and that is could take up to 3-5 days for my refund I get or not she did her part were her words and if she says otherwise Yes I have the recording. Just give me my refund Maria!

We ordered from here again today for 4 people. Order arrived and food was still warm and well packaged. I ordered the burrito bowel with shredded brisket. All orders arrived correct except my order. I was missing my side order of jalapeños, and I asked for no pico de gallo but they put it on anyways. This is 2 different times we have ordered and both times items arrived correct except not as ordered. Is the third time the charm where they will get everything correct? I will update if we give them a third try. We ordered from here today to be delivered for 7 people. Ordering and delivery was pretty fast. Food arrived still warm and was good for some people. I ordered the burrito bowl and it was just find no issues. However other orders were messed up. Having ingredients they didn’t ask for and missing some ingredients they did ask for. Not a very good first impression. I will always give a place a second chance for better service so we will try again in the future, hopefully with better results.

dinner @ fuzzys Service mediocre, food coming out was prompt. After receiving our food the duration of our dinner no one checked in to ask if everything had come out correctly or if our waters needed to be refilled. Other than that you get what you pay for, so can’t complain.

This location is hit or miss for me. This visit was a miss. Ordered a salad and the brisket was pretty dry. I partner always liked the nachos here. Her chicken was also dry but she still enjoyed it. Blame it on the booze.

Disappointed. We were the only ones in the resteraunt. There was no backup of online orders or anything to explain why this is a fajita chicken salad with little to no chicken and the butt of a head of lettuce. How and why???

GO ELSE WHERE! Tacos have little protein, no salsa, old/EXPIRED lettuce, each time I visited this place. I have given this particular location a chance time and time again, simply because of location. Today pushed the limit; Music up front doesn't match the obscenely loud music coming from the kitchen. Too loud to think. The music did not fit with the slogan "It's Taco'Clock Somewhere"; sounded more like "Mother F***** better know better...", just to take a snippet of the song. This place thrives on late night Deep Ellum traffic. Your money will most likely be spent ELSEWHERE. I love tacos and this place takes advantage of the location; low quality kitchen. The only thing that saved this place from being 0 or 1 star is the cashier and guy busing the tables in the blue Rangers shirt.

Normally, Fuzzy's is amazing, but tonight, I ordered on Uber Eats. It was horrible!! My taco shells were tough and not crunchy, the tacos seemed to be missing the garlic sauce, but worst of all, all three tacos I ordered had teaspoons (at least) of grease just pooled in the bottom of the foil. I've had greasy tacos, but this was gross. It's like they used the bottom of the taco meat and didn't even attempt to drain the grease from the spoon. I'm extremely disappointed. This is not the quality food normally offered at Fuzzy's. Note: in the photo, notice how big the grease pool is compared to the hot sauce package.

I called because I found a hair in my food. The guy who answered claimed to be the manager and said Grubhub is responsible for the hair. My driver was bald and said it's not his cooks hair. He hasn't seen it because I'm calling so how does he know. He is very unprofessional and refuses to give a refund and said grubhub is responsible for my food. DIDNT KNOW GRUBHUB COOKS FOOD NOW. My hair isnt this long either, I have short hair.
