My first time there. The two guys that work night shift were great. They were very patient bc we didnt know what we wanted. I was giving suggestions on things i might like. Even got me a jack splash, which was great. He even repeated my order back to me at the window just to make sure everything was correct. Great service. Even though their was only two of them. My fold was fresh and hot and service was fast.
Antonio I think was the person who helped me was great. thank you guys for a great time. Our family came in here and had a blast. Food was fast fast fast. And it was delicious. I think everybody eat everything that night. I can't remember when it was we came in here, for I know Antonio doesn't even work there. You know what they say about people with good work ethics, everybody wants to hire them right?
This has to be one of the cleanest Jack in the Box restaurants I've been to here in Dallas hands down. I'm glad my wife works close by so I can visit often
Everything was grate. The moment I walked in I was greeted in a very kindly manner by the gentleman that took my order. My meal was fresh and hot. I really enjoyed every bite of it. Being my first time inside this facility. I would definitely be back.
The manager @this Jack in the box is awesome man. Always making sure his team is polite, helpful & quick getting your order out👍. Can't remember his name but he is always helpful,smiling & makes you feel good. Great job to him &his team for a pleasant eating experience. He see us a few times a week.
It had a very good decor and the food was served fast usually it takes about 10-15 minutes at the one i always frequent. However here it took about 5 minutes and they looked like they where understaffed, yet they still served it fast. Defenitly will go here more often
We just had lunch here and it was super clean, quick service, and good food! We were going to take it to go but the restaurant was so nice that we ended up staying there to eat. The manager (not sure what his name was) was really kind and helpful!! We'll definitely be going back.

I go to this Jack in the Box a few times a month to add some variety to my diet. My food is always fresh and hot with all of the condiments for the meal. Everyone is very respectful. I see everyone wearing proper PPE to protect the customers visiting Jack in the Box. I look forward to my next meal of tacos or cheeseburger.
I'm so impressed. First time there and my experience was exceptional!!! A very friendly person's voice greeted me as I drove up to order. When I pulled up to the window several smiling faces greeted me there. I've never been to ANY drive-up where I've had a better experience! The food was hot and delicious. I'll definitely return!
Mainly come here at night and every night I have the same courteous server assisting with my order thus far. In fact, all had been very kind to me. Although quality served is important, but so is its deliverance. Leaving their drive-thru in a better mood than I was before demolishing my orders.

Egg rolls always fresh but one time I had to ask for fresh ones please don't redip my egg rolls. But she done it again they where extra soggy and greasy so I haven't went back.
As most people who get fast food late would know, you can't expect to much. Its 2:30 am, just got done hanging with my mom in the hospital, and came here because I'm hungry. The fries were cooked perfect, sourdough jack was fresh and better than usual. Order came fast. Staff was friendly. I don't think I've ever had such a good experience at a fast food place.
This is one of the nicest cleanest Jack in The Box I've ever been in. I came in just to use the restroom, which had apparently just been cleaned. Was so impressed I ordered the Grande sausage burrito. Apparently the staff here are very well trained. Zero defects to report. I will be back!
Really good food definitely freshly made. I noticed the manager,( pretty sure she was manager or at least shift supervisor) was really nice and smiled at people who were her race but not anyone else. I'm dead serious it was way to obvious this woman has race issues. Her co-workers were not all like her so it made me feel not so offended. But she was in charge so I figured it was worth writting about here.

Mac was super nice. Just wanted to make sure I let it be known. You usually don't encounter many sweet fast food employees. And in a time where we only say things when we're unhappy I wanted to make sure he gets credit where it is due. Great job!!!
The food was good, they didn't bother to call my name when my order was ready. But otherwise the service was okay. It was a mobile order for dine-in. Of course I got it in a bag. And not on a tray. And the soda fountain wasn't working or the ice machine?.
They have a table with a large number of outlets for electronics. No dividers at that table and it's close to the registers but you do not have to use a charger box as long as you have a USB cord. Have a decent number of booths and tables to eat at.

This is a late post, but I went to this establishment last Tuesday around 4:00 and the service was wonderful. The food was even better. My fries were hot and fresh. The veggies on my burger were fresh as well. The young lady at the window was pleasant and even asked if I needed condiments, it’s the little things that will set you apart from everyone else. Thank you.
I came there it was a line and the line moved so fast it was my time to order my food the guy had friendly service representative and did just right on my order it was hot and fresh and the little time I wait I will be back keep up the good work
I stopped at this Jack in the Box and was treated so nicely, I went twice in one week! The food is delicious, prepared fresh and the wait time is not long. I went through their Drive-Thru twice, and was helped by two different people. One was the sweetest woman EVER! She is a good person and you can tell she likes her job! The other time I was helped out by a young man who was also so sweet and prepared my meal with care. THANK YOU for being such an amazing group of people. I ordered the new Spicy chicken sandwiches and it was delicious! A location worth stopping by!

In desperation, I came here expecting an icky fast food joint. I was so wrong and so impressed. It’s clean, well managed, and even has nice furniture and decor.
The workers were very helpful. Self serve coke machine was out and they did not complain about having to get the cokes. Very friendly.
The food was delicious and fresh. I just didn't get my Nashville hot mozzarella sticks... 4 dollars for 4 is wild, but I wanted to try them... Paid for them, just never got them. Thanks for making my food fresh.
It was good. I had a pretty big order and it came out pretty fast. The only thing is when I got home they forgot my 3 tacos. But it was too far for me to come back and tell them about it. Besides that I've never had a problem with them.
I went to McDonald's down the road at 3am trying to get breakfast and they wouldn't serve me. Twice this happened. So I took myself to jack in the box and always get good polite service down the road. I work nights and it's hard to find anything open downtown. Thank you Jack in the box for always being open and ready to serve.
Pretty quick. The guy at the window was nice especially when we had to add something to our order. The food actually came out fresh and juicy. I think this was the best burger I’ve had from them. The bun was very soft like a roll. Not a little hard or tough as other times. It really looked like it came from the TV commercials!!! ❤️. Sorry no pictures, I ate it so fast because it looked so good I didn’t want it to go to waste
This store is newly remodeled, and the customer service here is outstanding. My food was ready quickly, and of course, it's that Jack in the Box experience -- When you want Jack, nothing else will do. This store does a great job

This location is pretty good. Is right next to Baylor hospital in the Dallas theological seminary. The one thing I like about this place is this nestled in between big buildings so there's not a lot of foot traffic. The food is always hot and fresh and there is very nice staff. If you are hungry and in the area I recommend giving them a visit.
I ordered breakfast at about 11, and there was nobody inside the premises. So, for about 9$ I had 2 tacos, breakfast, and an Oreo milkshake. I would say that everything was good enough for the price, but the milkshake was so thick that I couldn't use the straw to drink it. But it was delicious though. Service was good, site for online orders worked as it should. Overall experience is for 4 out of 5.
I frequently eat at this location for lunch and have positive experiences however today I am quite annoyed by the service. Dining on a budget today only to find out my order was short once we got home. this is the second time I have been shorted but did not bother to complain the first time. What bothered me today was the cashier was giving me a hard time about butter milk for my 10 tacos And having to charge me for them yet my order was missing food!
*Update* - I've lowered my rating of this place recently. The company seems to have changed the quality and it's just not as good as it used to be. I hope this is just a hiccup because of inflation and supply issues, because I probably won't be going back here until they fix it. *Original Review* - I really like the items that Jack in the Box has on their menu - they're definition in the 5 of my favorite fast food joints (including Whataburger, Five Guys, Arby's, and Chick-fil-A). This location seems to be run well, as both times I've been here I've had great costumer service. I'll definitely come back to this location for my Jack-attack fix.
I've noticed so many Jack in box locations always mess up orders. Sometimes, don't get my complete order correct or don't get all the items ordered, I've loved the good food, but I'm about done I don't have time complaining because it just keeps happening, for example I have a time frames to be at certain places and when I'm in a hurry and have so little time to order and eat and my order ain't right so now it takes time to go in the store and wait to talk to someone then go through explaining about my order then wait for my order to be fixed then rush to make my appointments is getting hectic, so best not to order if in a rush cause your order may not be 100% accurate always check your orders
The customer service rep was a little rude, she was not sure how to answer when I asked a question about a food item. The breakfast tacos had more egg then sausage kind of defeats the purpose of calling it sausage and egg taco. Jack in the box is still my go to restaurant so next time I will select a different location and a different food item to try.
I was there at midnight Wednesday. I ordered a snack box. All of the food had been under hot lights too long. The chicken sandwich on toast was especially bad. The toast was dry and tough and so was the chicken. The 2 tacos were the same. I did much bett get a mixture of curly and regular fries and they were much better. I probably won't go back to this Jack in the box.
The shift lead on this particular night was very unaccommodating seeing as we had 3 adults going to three different homes wanting to pay separately. I can understand by taking more than one order per car it could get a lil confusing if this is you first time being in charge or your short staffed, however there is such a thing as customer service. This young man was short and rude in his responses and then did not place the orders in separate bags. (even though he knew I originally requested to make 3 separate orders) only handed me 2 bags and had an attitude when I asked for a 3rd bag to separate the orders. The food was hot and the orders correct this young man just needs to go back into some customer service training before being placed in charge again.
Food was not fresh. Mainly the fries were cold I have no clue why. This is my biggest problem every time I come.
We ordered food to be delivered so I can not attest to the atmosphere but it's fast food so...A friend told me I should try their loaded tiny tacos so we did and a hamburger. For a box full of tiny tacos, they were quite tasty. I can't say as much for the small cheeseburger we received. I had to try it though!
Its irritating when you pay for something and receive sub-par.Especially with prices so high. I ordered the only thing my child would eat(Tacos) and received mostly a shell. It was hard and overcooked and basically transparent because the amount of meat put into it was non existent. I could turn around because o need to make it to work and when I called no answer. Its just not OK!
I rather them take down the 24hr sign if they’re not going to be open 24hrs everyday. Doesn’t really make any sense.
Day shift employees are great. Evening shift employees have no people skills. They mumble on the intercoms. They dont listen to your order. They act like they dont care. Example, when you request that they fill the glass with ice to the top, they only put an extra scoop in at. I know it is a fast food establishment but customer service is customer service.
Went to jack in box just now at 7:29pm and ordered two tacos and small curly fry. The guy on the intercom was never rude and unprofessional. This isn’t the first time either. I’m visiting at Baylor Scott and white so I come here frequently for the last month in a half. I asked for light lettuce on my tacos and he kept saying extra lettuce and acted like he was mad because I was correcting him. When I got to the window he reach me my food didn’t say thank u repeat my order or any of those things he acted as if he didn’t won’t to be there. I’ve been in fast food and I know some days are worst then others but to have an attitude for no reason and not even communicate when I got to window is very rude and unprofessional. On another note my food is always fast and fresh and I believe the manger was standing there as well making a shake and I feel she could had did more for as intervening and correcting her crew.
Food is normally cold at this Jack in the Box the picture I posted shows fries that have been sitting in that tray for about an hour because this is the second time I came up here this night to get some food because I had to return the first order because it was all cold and nasty there is one guy though that works the window who is really cool and was very nice his name is Antonio
Jack! What is up? Disappointing is the only word that would be appropriate. No biscuits? One burrito option? Your new menu and food quality makes me question why you’re still an option. You used to kill the competition 10, 15 years ago…. After todays visit, I’ll be surprised if you’re a memory in 10 years. Replacing your executive team should be considered.
Ordered the pancake platters for me and my family. They gave one syrup for 4 platters 1 fork and I asked for strawberry jelly they didn’t give that as well. That is ridiculous this is the second time they have messed up a meal for us
Ordered through the app just to show up and be informed that there was a glitch. Ended up spending double the amount! Asked for the second order to be cancelled. However, the manager said it wasn’t possible. That there was no way to cancel and refund me my money. Another thing that upsets me is how I go almost everyday to ask for the “ Frozen Hot cocoa shake” just to be told it’s not available. When is it going to be available??
I went to drive thru today, ordered #5 Texas Double Jack combo, they gave me a #4 so I went back to get right order. They told me it would be $2.00 more so I paid them. They gave me the bag, MY BAD i didn't check it this time. Got back to work and they just gave me the SAME WRONG ORDER and charged me $2 more. Have been trying to call them but they don't answer.

Would give no stars but it wouldn't allow me.I went to this Jack in The Box last night and was waiting in the drive through for them to take my order. Kept on yelling hello to no avail. Went to the front to talk to them and they claimed I was too far away for the sensor get my half- ton truck. I said OK that is fine but can I take my order here. The manager was not having it and would allow me to take my order. He was very rude and said I had two options either go back around and wait in line again or to leave. Very unprofessional and rude would not recommend going here even as last resort.
Left the Jack in the Box off of 75 to come to this one because she said the grill didnt work... also left them a 1 star review. Well I should have saved the gas and just ordered at the other location because they forgot a burrito with my order and I had to go back around the line again just for 1 burrito; waiting on 3 other cars AGAIN. Nothing was offered and no apology given just a "oh my bad" Jack typically has problems with getting orders correct after 11p at any location I've noticed. 👎👎
In drive-thru, the 1st thing I ordered was loaded fries without bacon. 2nd thing I ordered was sweet tea. I received my sweet tea but not my loaded fries without bacon. Sonia had already charged my card for the sweet tea. She had to charge my card a 2nd time for the loaded fries without bacon. I received the loaded fries but WITH BACON! I DON'T EAT PORK AT ALL!!! I had to hand her my card yet a 3rd time to reverse the payment. Sonia was not friendly & I didn't get a greeting when I pulled up to window. She's obviously not good at taking orders. I asked was she the manager & she replied "I'm not but I'm the one in charge." So I didn't get to speak to the manager of the store. Horrible customer service.
I haven't eaten Jack in the Box in a long time, now I know why. The spicy chicken sandwich had a weird processed flavor and fries were greasy.
This has got to be the worst Jack in the Box in Dallas. I've gone here many times and many times they've gotten my order wrong and I don't complain because I'm just not that person. But yesterday took the cake and I will NEVER AGAIN visit this particular location even though it's less than 3 minutes from my home. I ordered the Munchie Mash up and a chicken tater melt...both dishes that require hash browns. I paid for my food and was asked to pull up to wait. I also ordered another sandwich and another side item. The chicken melt was mine and the mash up was for my boyfriend. When I got home my boyfriend opened his food and laughed. They'd given him egg rolls instead of the mash up! I was going to take it back but he wouldn't let me as I had been running errands all day and he knew how hot I was. He told me he was fine with the eggrolls and to just calm down. He ate before I did and I had not looked at my own food yet. Once I did, I was shocked to find the hash brown missing from my sandwich, but immediately knew what happened. They were out of hash browns. But instead of telling me "I'm sorry ma'am, we can't make this order" they decided to just give me what they thought I should have and an incomplete sandwich. I would have been completely fine with ordering something else had they just asked what I'd like instead. That's NOT what they did. They decided FOR me and didn't even mention it when they brought my food to my car. I feel so disrespected by this action. Screw me and my order, you'll eat what we give you. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AND FEEL THE OWNER SHOULD KNOW EXACTLY WHY HE/SHE LOST A CUSTOMER. Incompetent, disrespectful staff that needs to be replaced!
Rude order takers.when they mess your order they argue and try to blame you that it was your fault.when you try to explain nicely they interrupt you and talk down to you and dont offer to correct your order or offer any apologies this happened on Friday the 19th at approximately 3:16 pm in the evening so i ask to speak to manager and she was standing there all along and had to explain all over she also would not CORRECT my order.So i had to Request a refund on the item which she hesatintly did ,and proceeded to reorder the same order ,no apology .My order was for 2 orders of egg rolls and a teriyaki bowl. They gave me two eggrolls and charged me $3.98 for the two egrolls which is the price for three on the menu.There is clearly a lack of failure and management training at this facility. I also submited the survey on the receipt and they reward you with a free meal which would not even entice me to a return visit with having to deal with the same staff.
Went and ordered Loaded Tiny Tacos and they gave me two regular tacos. Always check your orders before leaving the drive thru. No mention of if they were out of the product or not. The employee, Eva, even verified my order. Do not recommend.
Nov 9 awful service by short cashier guy (1:08 am)
We created an online order, got confirmation, and got charged. For some reason Jack in the box immediately sent the money back, so we figured we would explain at the window. We pull up to the speaker, say our order was under the name zayne, and we were instructed to pull forward. We pulled forward and the guy at the drive through window said he doesn’t have an order for zayne. We told him about the confirmation issue, and he had said no matter what he doesn’t have an order for zayne. We were like …”okay? Can we place an order with you now then?” And he said no, that we need to go back around to the end of the line and order. We said “if that was the case why couldn’t you have told us at the menu if that’s the only place we are allowed to order” and he said “well I couldn’t hear what name you said” so we were like “THEN WHY ASK US TO PULL FORWARD” and he said “regardless, either way you need to go back to the end of the line to order”. Absolutely not, we left immediately. Will not be going back.

Stopped by there last night on my way home from work to grab me some to eat . Order was incomplete and lukewarm. 6 items and 2 missing. 2 large Fries for $ 6.58 just not even in my Bag , Really!!! This has got to be the worst Jack in the Box in Dallas! I ordered 2 tacos well done, small fries and an egg roll. The fries and egg roll were cold & tasted like they’d been sitting there since lunch & cooked in dirty oil. The tacos weren’t close to being cooked well done and had at most 6 lettuce shreds. The chick at the window was rude and dismissive. This location used to be great, but it has increasingly gotten worse & worse & gross! I’m done giving this location chances
Staff was extremely rude, lobby sign was posted that it was not open to the public, I was waiving an associate over and she blatantly waived me off as if I was a pest! There were no customers and I was forced to walk up to the window. After I addressed the girl at the window and asked for the manager her attitude changed and that was unappreciated. Employ people who have customer service and courtesy even if it is Jack in the box. I will never eat there
Rude workers claimed I was lying about missing a part of my order? “Are you sure? They said they put it in. Just come to the window.” I wouldn’t wait 20 minutes in a drive thru over $6. I get they maybe tired and overworked (I work in fast food too) but some kindness would be appreciated She proceeded to stare at me the entire time someone else took care of me at the window when I returned.
Seriously the night shift employees are the worse,I just literally went there and I was missing items and then I was eating my sandwich and the chicken was old,not to mention but the women who was in the window taking orders looked unhappy with her job was rude and all I have to say if you don’t like your job,QUIT. I have been a frequent customer if this location. With time i have seen the decline of it. Now its a hit or miss if i get the order right or wrong. Its every single time now that something is wrong with my order, don't know what is so hard of reading a screen and follow an order i understand people are not perfect but like every time i go something is wrong. This time i was missing items like the fries. Today was just it so if you come here id check the order before you drive off!!!
Don’t go to this Jack-in-the-Box and try to use a coupon because the coupons don’t work at this Jack-in-the-Box. I waited in line 20 minutes was late for work to get to the window at 1 AM and they tell me that I need to go to another Jac in the box to use a coupon.
If I could give them a zero I would.....My order was $15.14 I gave this woman $20.13 and asked her if she could let me go a penny short so I could keep that 5 in my pocket..she was rude the way she frowned up at me and said nooo......then on top of that my wings were not cooked and my grilled cheese was so hard I threw it out the window and my curly fries was Cold and yesterday old tasting...the cook suck and drive thru cashier suck..they need to have an experienced manager to oversee them young people in there.

Placed an online order, went inside to pick up our order. The lady said to go through the drive thru to pick up the order. Waited 10 - 15 minutes in line, as we got to the menu the man told us to come inside to pick up our order. By the time we got our food it was cold, and only half of our order was correct. Horrible service! It's great if you want low quality at a high price.
Today at 7:40 AM, I came to buy Combo Number 9 to the Jack of the 3911 Love Oak St, Dallas and the young man who was Cashier answers very prepotent and haughty , he has no good manners to serve the client. I hope you can have more friendly employees.
Late last night, I used the app to order chicken strips, curly fries, onion rings and a shake. When I got home, I realized they gave me two orders of onion rings, so old and overcooked we couldn’t eat them. I brought them back this morning and explained what happened and asked them to remake the onion rings and provide the curly fries. They said they needed the receipt. I wasn’t given a receipt. I paid using the app. I offered to pull up the order in the app, she said she needed the paper receipt. I was never given a paper receipt. I had the food in its original boxes and in the bag from last night. I said, isn’t it obvious that this ids from Jack in the box? She said “I don’t know where you got that from”. Again, I offered to show her in the app. No go. This is a jack in the box located about 3 blocks from my house. I eat there 2-4 times a week. Well, I used to. This restaurant is constantly out of something - chicken, shakes, certain soft drinks, onion rings, etc. Their management is clearly not ordering correctly, as well as not training their staff on good customer service. Jack in the Box really should replace management or close this location. It is an embarrassment to their good stores.
It says they are open 24 hours but if you pull up anytime in the middle of the night the screen will be off and they will tell you that they are closed, even though someone is there. This morning they said they open at 6:00 a.m. at 5:15. 24 hours is a lie and a joke. I live down the street and this is the fourth time since New Year's in 3 months that they have pulled this. I am certain it is just lazy people McDonald's down the street is always open at Gaston and Washington
I can't believe this place is still open. The drinks are awful if the drink machine is even working. The system is down at least once a month. I live across the street. I eat there a lot. There's been no rice, no drinks, system down, no shakes or they are just closed. It's the worst manager fast food I have ever been to iny whole life....who runs out of food. Bad bad management.
Spend 35 dollars and she gave me the wrong order, I went back to the drive through and she asked me to go away, what a nice customer service, gave me wrong drink, wrong food, she just made up my order on her own, I order chicken sandwiches and I got a 1 dollar tacos with a box full of fries, NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN
Got an order completely wrong and the agent at the window, the only one working there from what he said wouldn’t fix the order instead he reversed the transaction when i explicitly asked for a replacement
Since there's no possible way I can fully complain to someone higher up about a Jack in The box employee, I might as well just put it here. So at this Jack in The box I went to order food for me and my sister at 1:30, as soon as I reach the drive-thru the guy who was working it was already giving me an attitude so when I was trying to order he kept on telling me to repeat myself because he couldn't hear but I was being as loud as I could be for him to hear and he still was being rude. Now when I asked for the combos he thought I was only talking about just the food and no sides or drinks. And then when I asked to get a Coke and a lemonade he cut me off saying we don't have any Coke or Dr. Pepper. So now I'm already upset so I got to buy two lemonades and when I went to the drive-thru the guy was still being rude so I didn't even look at him or even acknowledged them. And once we left my sister said he was looking at us like we were the ones that were being rude and because of this, I wish I give this place a zero store than just one star because of that one employee.
Apparently they’re short staffed, and stopped serving food right when the person infront of me ordered. Israel said I was wasting his time by asking why are they 24 hours, and still very much open. He said he was by himself and needed to clean yet I was the ONLY person in the line. So I guess he’s getting paid to clean until 6 am, it was 4:15am during this conversation. Instead of serving food. He doesn't know his managers name, but he does indeed know the store number. Interesting. I won’t be coming back, and I come QUITE often and have never been told this.
I just didn’t appreciate that you’re open for business on DoorDash and Uber eats and my driver gets to the store to pick up my order and you’re not even open so like I am just trying to figure out why you’re available on DoorDash or Uber eats if you’re not even open because I don’t appreciate being let on my big fat ahhhh was hungry at 4:30 in the morning and my big back ahhhh wanted that jumbo jack with no tomato and I just feel like y’all really did me dirty and that’s not cool because I was really looking forward to my jalapeño poppers and I just want you to know that I’m really feeling some type of way that I didn’t get to dip a jalapeño popper and some ranch and drop some taco sauce on a terrible taco in the first place but you know what I’m a let it slide and I’m gonna take that L and I’m taking my business to Whataburger thank you
AVOID!!! This Jack in the box sucks. I went today around 6am, waited for 10 minutes, no one answered the drive through, so I put in an online order to pick up. I waited another 10 minutes at the drive through, waiting for a response. I eventually drove to the front to pick up my order inside, but the doors were locked and there was nobody inside working. The lobby should have been open since it was 0610, but it was locked. This jack is notorious for having crappy service and bad attitudes.
The young gentleman maybe in his early teenage years or adult with black hair. Is the absolute rudest drive through attendants I’ve ever met. Take him off the window. Catches the biggest attitude when I asked for extra taco sauce.
It was 9:20 PM and there were three cars in front of me. Yet I waited in line for 30 minutes. By the time I got to the menu to tell them my order, the kid was very rude. He sounded like he was mad at me for some reason. Every thing I ordered before I could say something else, he would tell me to pull forward before I was done. When I finished telling him my order, he huffed and puffed really big, like I was inconveniencing him.terrible customer service and the tacos were cold. I will recommend to a family and friends that none of them go to this location.
Today I bought two orders of the loaded tiny tacos and the food was not good. I took it back to the store and the manager Francisco told me I was only able to get a refund for one because the other was eaten out of. I informed him only a few tacos were eaten and the cheese tasted funny. I was able to get a refund for one of the orders but not both. My issue is if a person isn’t satisfied and complaining about the services they received and it shows it’s error on your end, do what’s right. The food was horrible and nobody has time to go back and forth about getting a refund. I called the number he told me to call about a complaint but no one answered.
Ordered a Chicken sandwich and as I’m sitting there eating it in store I bit into cardbox. Took it up to show them no one cared no offer to give money back anything. The young girls are rude and could care less but they get it from their manager who really didn’t care or try to do anything to rectify it. But mostly how does cardboard get in a sandwich that’s what I’m made about.
