Good location and good staff but maybe not the most experienced crew. They are polite and I’m sure they mean well, but sometimes simple orders take longer than they should depending on who is making the sandwich. I usually order to pick up and it’s a toss-up on whether the food will be ready when I get there.

Great Sandwich! Store was slow bit it took awhile to order. There was only a new associate in training at the counter and he had to wait for another associate to return to take my order. He said he did not know how to operate the register yet.

The food is always good and fresh! Love it over Subway. They can be stingy with the meat, but that's most sandwich places. They are fast enough, and you'll get exactly what you order. Don't expect good service, though. Just pay and go.

Jimmy Johns is no longer freaky fast. Hasn't been for a while. I have to wait 20 minutes sometimes for a sandwich. Very frustrating when I use to be able to order a sandwich online and pickup within 5 minutes. They are constantly understaffed.

We ordered to Vito’s which is hard to mess up. Our order was wrong and the sandwiches were thrown together with the meat and cheese falling out. It was at 10:39am with no customers so being is a rush was no excuse.

If they are busy, move on. The food is really good, service is good, place is kept clean. The problem is when they are busy, someone can pick-up your order and leave you standing there waiting for your sandwich, so if you are in a hurry and they are busy keep looking.

Mostly order takeout from here. The sandwiches always taste fresh. Convenient & fast.

They used to offer great sandwiches. However, their quality has declined recently. I ordered the Big John, but it resembled a Little John. Due to exhaustion, I opted for a quick meal. I intended to pick up a sandwich and hurry home to relax and enjoy dinner. Unfortunately, I had to remove unappetizing tomatoes and eat around the hard crust.

It's been over an hour since I ordered delivery. No sandwich. I live across the street. At this point, I could've picked it up myself. I called and they said they were just understaffed. Hire more delivery staff on Tuesdays. Thank you.

Love the company, however the owner of this particular location (Jay) discriminates against those on the AuDHD spectrum and but for the friendly employees would have given just 1 star. Don't respond to this asking me to contact you directly because you know that I've done that to no avail. Also, I've read others' reviews subsequently responded to allegedly by the "owner" but the response says they want to share the review with the owner so, who's actually responding??

They’re so worried about getting the orders finished that they didn’t even get my order right. Didn’t even finish placing my order and I’m watching the chick get upset when I said I wanted my sandwich toasted. Like let me get my order all the way out before you start making it. Just overall will not be going back

Ordered lunch here inside, the service was quick, not so friendly but yes it was quick. Got to my suv and popped tailgate open to enjoy my sandwich and chips. Pulled one half of the sandwich off took a few bites and noticed on the inside half a long hair wedged between the meat. Went back in and asked for it be remade. The Spanish girls just giggled and spoke in Spanish. Hair nets would go along way.

Probably one of the worst customer service experiences at this jimmy johns. I did a mobile order and when I got there there was no clear sign for pickup so I stood by the pickup when you order in store for 5 minutes. After that I decided to go to the cashier and I see my order. Not sure if there is a sign or not, but felt dumb standing there while no one said anything. When I did receive it, it was all completely wrong. I asked for no tomatoes, still got them. Extra lettuce, didn’t get that but got onions? Wanted it cut in half and it wasn’t. They also added the olive oil or something along those lines. Not sure if these workers can’t read or if it was an off day for all. I mean the sandwich is still good, just disappointed.

I ordered a veggie sub with some extras added on and what I got was essentially a guacamole/tomato sandwich. The owner responds to poor reviews saying send feedback via their website but guess what, it won’t allow you to submit!

I ended up not ordering here. I walked up to the door to go in and the front door, the glass and entrance was filthy. I had to assume the lack of care extended to the food area. So, I drove to another location. First impressions are critical, and, the front doors are also the last impression.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I called to inform them of missing items from my delivery order. Not only was the gentleman rude on the phone, he decides to argue with me when I had the receipt and then HANGS UP ON ME! Never will order from this franchise again!!

I placed my order and the girl on register couldn’t understand why I wouldn’t pick a meat. I ordered veggie without cucumbers She proceeded to hold my order and let eight orders go before me Intentionally acting like a jerk Never go to this store Beltline and Preston in Dallas, Texas. The manager was a real jerk.

Horrible customer service. We work at a hospital and don’t have the luxury of having our lunch whenever we want. In their commercial Jimmy Johns says they can deliver “freaky fast” but we have been waiting for our food for more than hour and a half. We called and calmly spoke to the branch manager about our concerns and he went on to tell us that if we have any complaints to call corporate and instantly hung up. This is not our first encounter with this location. We’ve had orders sent to us that were wrong and tips getting misplaced. We honestly would not order here ever again. There’s another branch that is closer to our location but for some reason our hospital is this branch’s territory. Just awful.

Just had a horrible experience with this particular store. The shift manager John took my order, charged my account not only to call back 15 minutes later and tell me I’m outside of their range. What troubles me is that not only 4 hours ago I ordered the same exact thing and had it delivered across the street and it was even less than what I ordered this time. He proceeded to tell me that the delivery driver did not want to deliver to my address. I get it being out of range and finding a different restaurant. My thing is why take down my address when I first call and tell me they can deliver to my address but then bc the delivery driver has a problem going 3.1 miles to my location, and yes I tip well. I’m sorry but JJ you get and F for customer service. 3.1 miles 🤦🏽‍♂️

This place is sooo unprofessional & I feel as if they might have a thing against African Americans! The guys at this store speak so harsh to African Americans. My co workers all have experienced issues with the guys in the store. I came in to have my sandwich fixed & one of the guys came from the back & already had on gloves, he took my sandwich out of my hands and touched inside the sandwich. I asked for my sandwich to be remade because I didn’t see him put on new gloves from coming from the back of the store! He began to yell at me and question why I have a issue! The manager next to him named John allowed the worker to speak to me in such a harsh manner. I simply came in with a low tone and asked that my sandwich be fixed & was yelled at & told not to return. I’ve had issues with this store for the past few months & to treat me as if I’ve caused a disturbance & I haven’t is not right! This store needs a improvement in employees & management! QUICKLY!!

I came at night around 5. The guy working there was so rude. He hates his job I can tell, he made the sandwich and wouldn’t even bring it to me he put it on the bar end of the store. I was the only one in the store it was so slow. I don’t understand why are they asking for a tip? I did leave one but guys like him are the reason people are tired of tipping. This location has to have the rudest employee I’ve ever interacted with. The guy at the cashier today 11/2/25 @ around 2pm had the rudest disposition. I could hardly say my order before he would cut me off and say the total, didn’t allow me to make modifications, order a drink, or chips. Then shockingly he got my order completely wrong…like literally an entirely different sandwich than I ordered. He had the audacity to say he asked me to verify…no he didn’t. He was in an awful mood, was throwing stuff, and seems like he hates his job and wants anyone who walks in the location to know he doesn’t want you there. I had an order for 6 people, I grabbed the one sandwich (which was still wrong the second time around) and ordered at subway instead. Just stay far away - people like this just ruin your day!

The staff working were rude, and passive aggressive to me the entire time I was there. When I walked in the staff did not approach me to take my order even though they were not doing tasks at the moment. After I placed my order the staff continued to stare at me with dirty looks. Zero stars for the staff. The man making my sandwich also slammed it down when telling me the order was ready.

Dear Jimmy John’s please update your hours of operation online. You are near several hospitals where people have limited options and off of major intersections. The last thing someone wants to do is go to all 3 locations for them to all close at 9pm and not 10pm. And each location saying the other location is open until 10pm. Very frustrating.

I had a very concerning experience at this Jimmy John’s location. When I pulled into the drive-thru with my children, the employee taking my order was audibly frustrated the entire time I was ordering. She was huffing and puffing the entire time and she also sighed so loudly and was very dismissive. I asked to speak with a manager, and she then told me she was the manager but did so while raising her voice at me. This is the 2nd time within a week this happened and decided to speak up the 2nd time. The situation escalated to the point where she leaned halfway out of the drive-thru window and aggressively told me to “pull up,” which was clearly an attempt to start a confrontation after screaming at me the entire time. At the end she did not help me. This behavior was extremely unprofessional, intimidating, and unacceptable — especially with customers, and especially with children present. I normally enjoy Jimmy John’s, but this experience left me shocked and uncomfortable. I strongly encourage upper management to review the conduct at this location, as no customer should ever feel threatened when simply trying to order food especially if this is a “manager” leading the location.

Order food on the app at 9:30 am. Requested to be at my place of business between 11:15-11:30. At 11:50 I called and they said “they’re short a driver and they’ll check the status and get back to me.” Arrived at 11:52. Now I have 8 minutes to eat. Thanks Jimmy John’s.

Sandwich was okay but they got my order wrong. I think they count on messing up your orders and you being too far to do anything about it. Ordered a Turkey Tom with cheese and a bag of salt and vinegar chips. I got the sandwich. The wrong bag of chips and got charged for a full meal when the soda came out. 15 bucks for this is a rip off. Never coming back to this franchise. Update. No. You’re responding like you are owner. Random to say call the owner when it says you’re the owner. You’re sketchy dude. You call the owner. I should call the police and the BBB because how many thousands of people you must have done this to. You just got me angry enough to speak my mind. The amount of money you guys must have stolen. Anybody else experience this? Speak up and get this place shut down.

This place is horrible. Jersey Mike's blows them out of the water. The manager spoke very broken english, barely understandable. My sandwich was completely covered in oil. When I told them about it they called it sauce. Online its called venigarette. It is not sauce or venigarette, it is pure oil completely flavorless. I work in corp world and now don't get lunch because I will not eat a cup of oil on my sandwich. When attempting to correct it, the only response I received was " that's corporate, that's not us. So call corporate." So I will. Plus the bread was as hard as a rock. And I thought they were fast, 35 minutes to get one sandwich a drink and a pickle. THATS NOT FREAKY FAST! THATS FREAKING SLOOOOOW! A five dollar foot long sounds good to me, not 15.50. Nothing good to say sorry. If I were them I would just close. Subway, Jersey Mike's, Schlotzsky's, and Captain Nemos are all better priced, better quality, and better customer service. And that's what I'm telling corperate. NEVER AGAIN!
