Service was great!!!! The young lady at the drive thru was excellent! The food on the other hand was horrible it was cold they messed up my order I couldn’t the chicken taste like it was old potatoes and gravy we’re disgusting everything was terrible! Even the drinks ordered 2 Sweet teas and they weren’t even sweet. Such a disappointment if I could get my money back I definitely would. The only reason I gave the service 5 stars is because of the young lady working the drive thru if not I would’ve given 0 to 1 star all the way across

Worst service I’ve received in a while. No urgency and there were only a few customers in the store. No greeting and the manager was totally why the service was the way it is. The food is already done the workers were in one gear first. Y’all need to do better.

I ordered a combo, 2 piece chicken yesterday around 6 and the chicken was so dry you could throw it and it’d sound like something hard hit the wall. It tasted refried and disgusting. Needless to say I won’t be going back and this is a location that I frequent regularly. It almost felt like it was done on purpose

The dirtiest, saddest place to come and get food at. The staff is lazy, rude and in no rush to serve anyone. Food takes 30 minutes or more and customers are starting to scream at the employees for service. They stand around and no one is taking any direction to get orders out. This is probably fast food jail for bad employees!!

Placed order online 30 min advanced. Told food was gonna be 10 more minutes then 20 after the 10 min mark. Happened 2 days in a row. It's my fault for trying the second day. Could not get refund since it was online. Do not go here.

July 17. 2025 This is confusing!!! In the app,you get FREE chicken, but you have to spend $15 to get it. ONLY IN THE APP. Then, at KFC, you can upgrade your meal for $5 and get large mash potatoes and 4 biscuits, YUM!!! But when I order, the cashier says it's only for large orders. What??? Please tell me where in the sign it says this???

I placed an order online via the KFC app. When I arrived at the KFC location, I got in line at the drive in and then advised that I had a mobile order. The KFC person said I have to come into the restaurant to pick up my order. It does not state on the KFC app or anywhere else that I have to pick up a mobile order inside the restaurant. I have mobility issues which is why I ordered on the app and ahead of time so that my order would be ready in a reasonable amount of time. I went inside the restaurant and it was filthy. Food and napkins on the floor. Tea spilled all over the counter. I stood at the counter for over 15 minutes and NOBODY ever greeted me. I called out to someone for assistance and a short hispanic lady laughed at me. Finally, she came to the counter and asked what I needed. I told her that I placed a mobile order and gave her my name. Another 10 minutes passed and she brought an order to the counter and just left it. She never called my name. There were others waiting for their food as well. I checked the back and the ticket had my name on it so I assumed it was my order. When I got home and checked it and it was completely the wrong order. I tried calling the restaurant later but nobody would answer the phone. This location is HORRIBLE. KFC Corporate needs to get this location under control.

Cheeza was pretty good but more marinara would make it great. If you burn the chicken throw it away and don’t give it to your loyal customers and why do I pay for jalapeño and you never put it in my bag.

did I make someone mad? bought a 4 piece original, was told I would get a breast, wing, thigh and leg...received 2 thighs and 2 torn legs...that's not what I wanted and paid for....should have checked my food at the window before I left...found maccorroni mixed in with mashed potatoes...will not come here ever again...food service is going down hill at a lot of fast food restaurants
