The cashier was super friendly and the store was pretty clean honestly 10/10 environment and it’s near the beach it’s a good spot I’ll be going again soon.

I come here often because the service is great and the Manager Silvestre has wonderful customer service and so friendly. He brings your food out to you and always greets you with a smile. He remembers your name when he sees you and makes sure all your food order is always precise with no issues.

Looking for a burger for lunch found Carl's Jr. in Dana Point, CA right on Pacific Highway (Hwy 101). First day of "indoor dining" being allowed in the State of California, due to the easing pandemic restrictions. No one was inside "dining", however, the drive thru was steady with business from to go orders. The lady cashier was very personable and accommodating, greeted me cheerfully as i walked in. I asked her about any "special deals or offerings" and unfortunately, she stated they do not have any deals in that particular store. A little disappointing, i ordered the regular items and left. The burgers were OK, the flavorful Carl's Jr burgers. However, the fries were not fresh & was actually lukewarm. We were hungry and enjoyed it anyways, as we kept driving on to our destination. My suggestion - always make sure to serve hot & fresh fries as it completes the burger experience!

It’s was great! But just one worker taking and making all the orders. Just one guy, great service good food. But man he was stressed and had so much orders. Positive and friendly though

So, this is what they are doing now to keep price down, joining the likes of the arches that charge $4for a hashbrown. They dont unfold the fry container so less fit, and charge you the same, if not more for less product. Your soda filled w/ice, sports drink 28oz for the 32oz. Look into it , we are getting less and less.

It pains me to see just how far this chain continues to slide. Tried the new "Hand breaded chicken sandwich"..$6.45 for just the sandwich! That's about $2.00 more than KFC or Popeyes! (Which are both light years better in taste & quality) This sandwich looked NOTHING like the picture. It was a dry & chewy thing.. almost like they took chicken nuggets and put some pickles with it. More bun than chicken. I am almost out of reasons to come here. Carl Karcher is likely rolling in his grave.. this chain is now twice the price of Jack in the Box.. with way worse food quality. As prices go up.. so do expectations. Another Carl's Jr fail.

Service was terrible. Sylvester made us wait nearly 10 min in drive thru while he waited on folks inside who arrived after us and then didn't honor app rewards and said we don't do the app, just reward points. What?! Drove off to learn he gave us the wrong drink. Won't go back.

UPdate. I was asked to contact Carls HQ. since they only have a bot to communicate with I used that. it is buggy badly made and locked up. basically a way to filter out bad news. Conclusion the firm could not care less.
