I didn't actually get food here, just came for the pinball machine. Vibes alone the place was pretty dirty and the arcade games all seemed to have at least one issue with them. The food smelt fine and the staff seemed to be good at getting other orders out.

Very clean. Food as expected. We noticed that the staff works very hard to keep the dining room clean. Also, they WASH their hands frequently.

The pizza was good as always from mountain mikes, as each time I get a pizza slice or full pizza it’s very nice. Took a long time to get a pizza tho.

Great fast and easy pizza. You can dine in but the store is still kind of set up for takeout/delivery. There's a small arcade with a pinball machine, claw, racing game, and fighting game (but they cost quite a bit to play). Can't go wrong with the McKinley!

The pizzas we have ordered from here are consistently underbaked. Especially if there are a lot of toppings. The toppings come out luke warm, not browned - but the worst part is the raw dough under the sauce. It kinda looks like cheese, but it’s uncooked pizza dough. This has happened many times over the past 5 years- we usually get pizza from other places but it’s one of the only places that delivers to our neighborhood. We are disappointed every time, especially for the price.

This was my first time in a Mountain Mikes. I hope this experience is not a trend as it was just terrible. I was there for a lunch and the pizza buffet was empty, salad bar was empty. Once they finally brought some out it was so greasy and soggy I could not eat it. The restroom had to be the filthiest dirtiest restroom I have ever seen.

Disgusting... Pizza nasty. My dog usually eats everything he ate a sausage and spit it out and went to eat his own food.. Omg.. And onions tasted bitter like they been sitting in water (sauerkraut) Bottom of crust tasted lemony/bitter taste Like something on the pizza peel when they place/remove pizzas. This my first experience with this location. I been a loyal mnt mikes customer 10 yrs every weekend, at my home city. Usually pizza awesome. Stay away from this location!!! You have been warned

As a customer If I could give this location a lower rating I would. We were treated poorly by the lady who shall not be named and was given a pizza that would have sent my wife to the hospital. We told her multiple times we received the wrong order and was treated like we made the mistake. My lady is deathly allergic to seafood and would never have intentionally place anchovies on her pizza. Customer service goes a long way and I hate to say there was not a scrap of it here. Be careful cause this may happen to you. You may not remember the people but you do remember the experience that you had.

DO NOT GO HERE. THIS IS A EXTREMELY TERRIBLE BUSINESS!! We called and asked if we could use two coupons. The guy on the phone told us yes it was ok and we went ahead and order our dinner for our kids. Waited 30mins then drove down to pick up. Once we arrived they changed the price and told us we couldn't use the coupons. We explained we called ahead and confirmed it was ok and then they said to us "can you read?" This is a family owned and extremely unpleasant family. It was obvious they were trying to scam us and make more money last minute. Then the food was terrible. It was sloppy and just tasted like an old pizza that had been sitting there for awhile. Do not go here!! They are terrible human beings that should trying to take care of others. Very disgusting and to speak like that in front of others shows how much they don't care about customers, doing the right thing or their community.
