Ahh, a gentle lagoon amongst vast expanse of nothingness ! After a few days in DV I was almost sucked into the void, till i stumbled upon this gem of a cafe, well maintained, traditional and yet youth and spunky. Ohh the yummy apple almond cake.. yumm Pause here for the odd coffee or a quick bite, get a dose of sanity back in your system. I was surprised to have the cappuccino dished to perfection, green tea is appealing and few of us tried it.

What a cute cafe with the most delicious iced coffees and egg sandwich!!!! The homemade biscuits were insanely good. Definitely recommend to anyone heading into Death Valley in the AM.

The lattes were tasty and beautifully executed! We had a brownie and a scone which were both super delicious! We will incorporate a too there anytime we come this way. It is well with the stop!

We've gone here twice now and both times have been great. The owner is so nice. The food is so fresh & delicious! It's cozy inside and comfortable. Definitely stop by if you have to pass through Amargosa!

I had an amazing breakfast biscuit here. The atmosphere was lovely, and they sell cute gifts and postcards. I have also heard great things about the performances.

Absolutely perfect café. From the street it looks like an old empty building but the interior inside is magical. Coffee is great and their homemade pizza even better. Definitely worth a visit!!!

First decent cup of coffee since Orlando. We Norwegians are serious about our coffee. Never imagined I would've to drive 2/3 of the continental US before someone could brew a real espresso. Didn't try the food, but what the table next to us had looked great, with local produce. Prices where reasonable, being the only place around for miles, you would expect them to be higher. Friendly staff and worth it just for a quick espresso. After driving coast-to-coast, this is the only Café I would recommend!

Please open again. There is little if anything at all around the area to Get some food. This place would be great again

Amazing place! After touring the Opera House, we stopped at the cafe for a bite before continuing our drive down to Death Valley. We were unprepared for the gourmet touches that such an unassuming place offered. Great food, great service.

The folks that are running this place have created a gem in the middle of nowhere. We were in Death Valley for two days and ate here for both breakfasts. It's elevated diner food, but you can tell everything from the jam to the bread they bake themselves is made from really great ingredients. Best coffee for at least a hundred miles!

The food served is of the same caliber that you would find in a trendy LA neighborhood, but the service is way friendlier, the ambiance much more relaxing, and the prices slightly cheaper. They have a great selection of books, including desert guides, for you to peruse while there. We traveled each day from our hotel across the NV border to this restaurant for breakfast, it was that good!

Hands down the best coffee I've had in the states (by a long way!). Also has a great breakfast menu and tasty looking cakes! Super friendly service too! Must visit if you're driving by!
