It's local and extremely busy, but if you get here early, you catch a break. I just come here to do my dog Baron's laundry. Every 2-3 weeks he gets bathed at the vet and while he's there, I wash his sheets from his bed, his coat, sweater and it's all clean when he gets home!

Best Taco Bell on Long Island. The workers are great, always friendly. I never thought Id review a Taco Bell but this location deserves the 5 stars.

The Taco Bell in Deer Park, New York never makes mistakes on my order may because I order simple things and stick to what the menu says… The last couple times I’ve been there I have not received a receipt so I did not get a chance to win $500. The grilled chicken chipotle ranch burrito that they got going on is amazing! I will be disappointed when it leaves the menu, as my favorites end up doing. If anyone was looking for nacho fries I saw a sign yesterday that they are sold out

Got exactly what I expected. Delicious taco Bell. I rate it for what it is compared to other Taco Bells not in comparison to all Mexican food locations. I got what I ordered in a timely manner without any mistakes friendly staff and Quick Service. I'm happy!

taco bell has become my go-to place for lunch, they have really become a good place to eat. the food is always delicious and hot, the service is always fast and accurate and the price cannot be beat my normal lunch is usually under $6 and I'm a big guy.

It's taco bell. I know. The expectations are not high. But what made this great was the food was clearly made with care and thoughtfulness. It's what sets apart one taco bell from another. Whoever was on staff at 4pm 7/7/22 needs a raise. That is all.

After many visits to both Taco Bell location on Deer Park Ave between the southern and northern state, this is the better location. They are usually more consistent and the other location's soda fountain breaks often. This location tends to be cleaner and is way less busy to boot.

I've been eating here with my girlfriend Linda from Deer Park since the late 1970's. The building changed, the food was good then and it's still good today. My son is carrying on the tradition ☮️😎👍

This is honestly the best taco bell on Long Island, they always get my order correct even though i’m picky and tweak my order. They’re the best. And they’re open late so most of the time when i get it from work at like midnight i can go here and get food. Their baja blast is also the best. It’s like they never run out of syrup. Love them

Edited: had a terrific experience and the food accuracy has been on point. Tonight, after working a long tour and wanting some comfort food, I was met with outstanding service. The drive thru cashier was friendly, welcoming, and a breath of fresh air in a time when human service has declined. The staff making food was prompt and professional as well. Praying that these staff members are recognized for bringing a good light on this spot! When visiting this particular TB I have always appreciated the prompt service and probably 90% accuracy when fulfilling my order. I have to slam a serious downgrade on the review as a warning to anyone who may come through: double check your orders before you pull away, always; reconsider visits at night: this has been the fourth time I arrived at this spot well before the closing time presented online but they have had the automated "you're too late" message going on the drive through speakers. Not sure if the corporate side doesn't know when the locals wrap up and hence advertise a later closing time or if there is wild disobedience to the prescribed hours, but you are better off avoiding this spot all together and getting your tbell elsewhere.

This taco bell is always so good with their ingredient distribution! Every burrito I have from there has a nice mix in each bite. I've had plenty of Mexican-style fast food, and like half the time all the rice/beans/cheese/proteins/etc are all just globbed on one side, not evenly distributed AT ALL! Not here though! They aren't using staff to oder your food. You now need to use a kiosk unless you're paying cash. So that's someone's job you're taking away. I just have an issue with that. Food was hot, taco was crunchy but the crunch in the crunch wrap was stale tasting. At least the soda was good. My cat ate the stuff I didn't Lol

This review is all about the staff! We came in late Sunday night from the city. Wasn’t one of those pleasurable city stays/visits. We were tired and hungry. Needed a sit down and relax for 5mins and eat! We haven’t been here in years…or any Tbell. It was just open and convenient at this time. We couldn’t order at the counter, we had to use a kiosk as instructed by worker. We placed our order and paid via the kiosk. Well some time went by and realized our food wasn’t ready bc people who were ordering after us were getting their orders. We approached the young man taking order via drive through. Then approached my a older woman with glasses. They apologized, took our order again and served it to us even though we didn’t ask to be waited on. They were very busy and time came to lock the doors for dine-in. We were still eating and unwinding to a point well after our meal was over. They didn’t ask us to leave. No pressure either… We appreciate the customer service! Bathrooms needed to be cleaned hours ago. Seems like they were very busy and understaffed Food was great BUT the customer service was EXCELLENT!

I would prefer the option of using the machine or ordering at the counter. 1 out of 2 machines were out of order. No line at the counter but encourage me to use the machine when is free

It's hard to find Nachos that a vegetarian can eat but Taco Bell does it with no problem. Most places mix the meat with the beans or don't give beans at all, unacceptable! Guacamole doesn't taste great but everything else is, as well as the portion.

Deer park taco bell is far better then North Babylon, NB for 19 years seems to always forget an item and gets the order wrong, Deer Park however 98% of the time I'm not missing items and no matter how many order changes in my order they get it right!

I haven't eaten at taco bell. But the service was top, all smiles and nice staff. Orders taken quickly and processed quickly. I might be wrong here maybe it's like that at all taco bells. But I ordered a 5 layer beef burrito. And I didn't taste any beef. They didn't give me the wrong thing but that brown processed pastry that's supposed to be beef doesn't taste much like beef.

Very clean inside. The large tablet to place the order and pay is very user friendly. The staff members said hello while I was waiting, I've never had that happen at a fast food place before. They ran out of a flavor drink I ordered and let me know that they could refund it or get a different drink that they suggested. The food was hot, correctly made to order, and delicious!

Went thru the late nite drive thru so I can't really speak of the atmosphere....got home and my tacos were still crunchy and the have the exact sauces I asked for, I would recommend this location for a late nite snack!

Overall the place is clean and service is fairly clean. I love ordering from the touch screens. Plenty of parking. Power Menu Bowl was outstanding.

It was Ok.Its not my favorite Taco Bell.The one on Rt.112 south of Sunrise Highway. (Rt.27) is really very good.

Always got the $5 combo/ Chalupa combo, tend to get it right most of the time, but there are instances where my order gets wrong, but it's what you expect from Taco Bell, okay food, and speedy service, the drive thru is fine, but the in-store service is barren.

Good location, the only thing I didn't like was their bathroom, the smell in the bathroom was horrible, when I first stepped foot into that bathroom I came out immediately, great service but they REALLY have to clean their bathroom, it smelled like they haven't cleaned it in MANY YEARS.

They always forget to put the necessary ingredients in the tacos....Last time I had an argument with the woman when she said I didn't pay but I gave her exact change and she asked where my receipt was. She didn't give me a receipt nor my food at that point and I told her turn on the cameras then.

For over a month, unsweetened iced tea continues to be in the sweet dispense, and vice versa. Bizarre. I gave up telling staff about it. Beware.

The service is fast and efficient, exactly what one would expect from a fast food joint. The inside is clean because someone cleans tables every 20 minutes or so. I ordered 4 soft tacos and a Mexican pizza. The prep was a little sloppy and the portions small. While waiting on line I saw a giant rat walking around the dumpster just after I ordered. I still ate my food though.

Ordered 2 Mexican pizzas and a few ther things…. It was REALLY sloppy…. And the boxes were not even closed. No forks to eat with, no napkins and had to ask the guy to wipe off the freeze dripped all down the side of the cup. Really disappointed for being a regular customer

Almost every order has something wrong or completely missing when there's more than one item involved. But they'll still charge you for everything.

Easy to see right off of Deer Park Avenue servicing Deer Park and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Drive through available for easy ordering. Moderately clean facilities. Reasonably priced. Public Restrooms. Credit cards accepted.

Why has Taco Bell gotten so expensive. $23 for my wife alone. Why can't I order from a person? Why are they serving drive-thrus before they serve Me in the restaurant? Taco Bell was always the least expensive place to eat. Now it costs more than Chipotle or other equivalents And why can't I get a printed receipt?

Store needs some work sanitation wise. I ordered on a system up front and nobody was making the food they were all in the back doing what I don't know until I had to ask for somebody that take care of my order

I had to wait 5 minutes just to place order and there was no one in front of me. Ordered the steak burrito supreme and it only had 3 pieces of steak. Very disappointed.

So, the old adage "they F#(% you at the drive thru" is true. Dont know how you make cold tacos and chalupa's.. don't wanna think where or why some would sit around long enough to get cold ;/

I order the steak and fries for almost 6.00 the bowl was bigger than the meal and seems like they counted the fries and pieces of steak it was I guess a kids meal they should say it's a small meal I would of place another order can't rate the meal not satisfying.

If you're gonna charge $1 for extra nacho cheese dipping sauce, it would be nice if you made sure it made it into the bag/box. So irritating 😡

How was every single item wrong??? It should be statistically impossible to have every single item wrong. Asked for Quesadillas well done extra jalapeño sauce, got them barely cooked with no sauce. Asked for tacos supreme, got doritos. Asked for coke zero, got regular. Asked for fire sauce, got mild. Do you hate me?

A two star because it's a 20+ minute wait no matter what time you come here. And they don't stay open conventionally like their sister locations. Some days they close at 8pm and some days at 10pm, but it was explained that this is due to their lack of staff. I will say that the young people working the window are always polite and empathetic to the wait time. Once you've actually made your order, the food is quick. Also, don't even think about walking here. The inside is almost never opened.

Sent my dad to get me a chalupa and cheesy potatoes because I’m pregnant and I had a craving for Taco Bell! The staff would not take his order at the counter instead they sent my senior citizen father over to the computer which was very hard for him to see. They also wouldn’t take the order for Pizza Hut at the computer so he had to go to the counter for that after they told him they don’t take orders at the counter 🤦🏽‍♀️ Than after spending over 30 minutes trying to order on the kiosk they inform him that most of the things we wanted are out of stock no chalupas no fiesta cheesy potatoes. The whole fiasco took almost an hour! Meanwhile I’m home pregnant waiting for dinner 😡 so very disappointing!

I come here every Saturday and I have no idea why I still do. I started coming because it's on the way between my house and my brothers house where I babysit most Saturdays. Every single time, there is one thing wrong with that I order. It's consistent enough that I over-order expecting them to forget something. It's not even a complicated order - 2 tacos, 2 soft shell shredded chicken tacos, 1 breadsticks and 1 item off the $1.00 menu. It's become a game to me, but I really need to find someplace better to go on the way.

Usually I'm satisfied by the food and it's better than the other Taco Bell down the road, however the girl working the booth always has long painted nails which is a NY 14-1.71 health code violation. Food can get stuck under nails and polish can chip often especially in a labor intensive job. Great comfort food, just the nails always put me off after working food service for 6 years myself

Tables aren't kept clean and the men's bathroom is trashed. No lock on stall. Toilet paper left on toilet. NOT in the toilet paper holder as to be expected

Disappointed ☹️. Ordered 3 things. 1 item was missing, 1 item was cold and soggy, 1 item had the one thing I asked to be omitted, Tomato 🍅. It was almost 1 am, I was the only customer at the time of my visit. Not sure why they dropped the ball, I may give this location a chance at redemption, I may not. Who knows. Trying to assume it was tired teenagers who just wanted to go home. We are all only human. Sorry Taco Bell but I was disappointed ☹️

Every single time i order nachos, it is placed in the bag upside-down. How difficult is it to place a bag of chips standing up in a paper bag?? They must really hate their job or have a really low IQ.

They actually laughed at me when I went through the drive thru I ordered Burrito’s and they told me their was no burritos. I thought it was a joke. But they were actually serious. So I left without food on my lunch break. Um thanks toco bell

Its almost always a long wait, more than half of my order was missing/wrong, and the tacos weren't even wrapped correctly, pretty much spilling inside the bag.

Terrible customer service, i ordered through drive thru and the guy that was doing drive thru got my order wrong and when i told him he was giving me attitude and closed the window on me.

Worst service ever it took them over half hour to ger food ready and then we even had to ask for our order. They were rude about it as well.

They overcharged me and refused to price adjust. Their excuse was the menu showed the wrong price, but their register, which charged a dollar more, was correct. I cancelled the order and took my business somewhere. How can you advertise one price yet charge whatever you want and think it's okay.

I don't know where to start. Ordered on the app. Got rcpt to head down there for my food that they charged me $15.00 for. I get there but they have NO order, yet I've already been CHARGED for it. They could find nothing so just told me to reorder (and repay) and contact corporate for refund. Really. Wow. Last time I tried to eat at Taco Bell. That's for sure. Never again.

I ordered spice soft potato tacos. 20 pieces. These guys put potatoes that were fried ages ago. Couldn't even chew it. Had to garbage it and had to waste a lot if time to get something for my kids in the middle of the night. That was one horrible experience.

Food smells like they handed you someone's wrong order from yesterday. I've been here 4 times since moving to the area in the last year and each time it's the same. 1 hard taco with tomatoes, you add the price of extra tomatoes, $1.35, and you get 3 pieces of tomato. Thieves and unsanitary.

Taco Bell in Deer Park on Deer Park Ave is THE WORST!! Avoid it by all means. Drive thru staff rude and unprofessional, kids watching cell phone videos at window, no hi, please or thank you, no receipt given, just an unpleasant drive thru experience. Taco supremes assembled sloppily with no sour cream and hardly any filling. What a disappointment. On the other hand Taco Bell in Commack on Jericho Turnpike is always excellent. My mistake for stopping by the Deer Park store but I was on my way home from work and this is the third time I've had a problem at that store please Taco Bell executives get your Deer Park store in order!!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. My Cinnabons were tossed inside the bag with a napkin when I got them so after I had asked if I could have them put in a bag/container, they asked me for my order back, tossed the old ones out, and replaced them with Cinnabons in a NAPKIN yet again. This was right after I was basically told that there was a bag in there for them already and they must’ve “fallen out”. Two men had also come to the window and practically laughed as I drove off. Please do something about this. This just happened tonight around 11pm.

Very rude and disrespectful people preparing your food. Take notice to temperature of your food and sloppiness of wrapping. Always ask for a receipt to participate in the survey, since they try not to give one. I’ve seen the managers doing these atrocities in preparing food. I suspect employees are getting people to post positive remarks without merit on here.

So I just received my order of taco bell and started to eat my chicken Chipotle burrito and started to feel something hard I was chewing on. I thought I chipped a tooth but after looking at it and bending without breaking soon realized it was plastic. My fiance and I order from this taco bell all the time until the last few times have been something wrong with our order. Think we'll be changing location.

Horrible! My family and I went to this particular restaurant this evening. When we went to place our order, we were told we had to use the electronic pads to place our order. We were unable to find an item that we wanted on the pad and asked the cashier for help. He refused to come help us. The couple next to us were having a similar problem and also asked for help. We asked again for help and this time the cashier turned his back on us. We left the store without purchasing our meal. They didn't even care that they lost our business. We will never go to this restaurant again and if this is how all Taco Bell's are, we will never go to another Taco Bell again.

After waiting 30 minuite a to order asked for an all vegitarian order and got beef nachos. I am a Hindu who does not eat beef and I explained that this is an all vegitarian order but still they did not comprehend the seriousness behind my request. This location needs to enhance their training of the employees because this is borderline incompetence

This place is a joke! With the exception of a very few, the staff needs a thorough lesson in customer service, and how to get their orders right! Once I asked while doing a drive thru how much a food item on the menu was, the reply from the girl inside was I quote... "I don't know!" Not a single word after that! I may be wrong, but I think you have to work to get a paycheck?? Another time when doing another drive thru, I ordered a Strawberry Freeze. According to the girl at the window, they had ran out of them. Parked the car, and walked inside and there was one of the employees serving Strawberry Freezes galore! Not only are their orders a mess, but they also lie, and all because I forgot to order a freeze with my order for my son and she would've had to stick it in after my order. You can't make this stuff up!!! Apart from all this, their fajitas look like they've been assembled by chimps. Deer Park Taco Bell....that bell cracked folks!

Got 3 crunchy tacos and the lettuce was bad. When I say the lettuce was bad it was so bad that it was slimy. The service is always slow for carry out. The place is always dirty.

Horrible place. I ordered 30+ worth of food after working a 12 hour shift. I Ordered a chicken burrito.. what they replaced it with ?Rice. I also order a crunch wrap and they only gave me bean. I was not able to see the inside of my meal until I got home. If they didn’t have the protein they could’ve gave me a refund. Literally stole my money. I would go back to confront them. The girl taking my order was smirking with the girl handing her the bag. No wonder why. If I would’ve known no one would’ve been laughing. Don’t go to this location.

What is the point of having a cash register and having employees if they do not want to comply with taking orders at the cash register I understand that there’s kiosks but not everybody understands how to use them. There’s different generations out here so to totally disregard the person wanting to order at the cash register is beyond unbelievable. My parents came in today and they were pushed to the side by the young employees only for the simple fact that there’s kiosks. Please train your employees better.

Everytime I come here and order I never get a receipt I try to get one to make sure i have everything. Sometimes i do but the ordera are completely wrong.. i order a cantina bowl with chicken and steak got only steak and i get a 10$ half meat bowl that is ridiculous compared to standard. Literally 2 bites of meat and 90% lettuce, pico, and cheese. The people are nice but the food quantity is quite pathetic. If you wanna get ripped off on amount of food come here otherwise go to Chipotle around corner and get something 10x better..
