The golf course directly adjacent to the hotel was in good condition, good greens and foregreens. Well raked bunkers when we played today and the fairway was not completely green but in good condition even though the Bermuda grass is resting now during the winter and is becoming a bit brownish. Real Club de Golf Campoamor is perfectly located without a lot of houses around every hole, instead we enjoyed nature and all the birds that were curious about our game, especially all the green parrots. After our round of golf, there was a well-deserved visit to the 19th hole, which must be one of Europe's best-located outdoor cafes with an unforgettable view of the sparkling Mediterranean. Good service and good prices. Will come here many more times, for golf and after golf. Today's weather was also absolutely outstanding +28 and clear blue skies in January.

We had a lovely meal at the restaurant at Hotel Golf Campoamor, and it really exceeded expectations. The setting is peaceful and scenic, perfect for a relaxing lunch or dinner with friends or family. The food was excellent. The steak was perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavour, served simply with sea salt - exactly how a good piece of meat should be. The salad was also a standout: fresh ingredients, generous portions, and a colourful mix of vegetables, cheese, nuts, and tuna that made it both delicious and satisfying. Service was friendly and efficient, and the whole experience felt easy and enjoyable. Whether you’re staying at the hotel or just visiting the area, this restaurant is definitely worth a stop. Highly recommended.

I only know the restaurant, and I can say it's worth a visit. The resort is very beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by golf courses, very green and inviting. The restaurant's spacious, wood-paneled dining room has a high domed ceiling (you can barely hear yourself), and the lamps are very cool. The service is good; they are attentive, fast, and friendly. We really liked the food, and it's relatively inexpensive. There's also a sofa area where you can enjoy a cup of coffee.

Quiet and clean hotel, with good breakfast and some rooms have a small balcony with a view over the valley. Good clean bathroom which, however, in room 206 did not have a bidet. But good beds. Everything around the area can be accessed by wheelchair. However, the indoor pool is currently closed. Can be recommended for a relaxed week with plenty of opportunities for both golf and walks right next to the hotel and several towns only 10 minutes drive from the hotel. Can be recommended

The hotel is a bit dated. There was a problem with the water pressure. The room cleaning was excellent. The gentleman at reception was sometimes overwhelmed; he had incorrect information at check-in, and at check-out, he presented us with a bill that had already been paid. We were there to play golf. The golf course could be better maintained, especially the driving range, with its old mats and a broken baler.

The setting is fabulous, surrounded by greenery, and peace and relaxation are its motto. It's ideal for golf lovers. The pool is huge. The rooms need updating. The cuisine is fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious dishes.

This hotel is a bit of a gem. The rooms are quite large and clean as well as being fairly functional. Beds are very comfortable (we had what looks like two singles together). Nice size balcony and a sofa in the room as well. Our air con was out for a couple of days during our stay but the hotel managed to supply a fan (I think we got the only one as it was battered) and that was a saving grace as our room was west facing and got the sun all afternoon. Generally all the staff are friendly and very helpful. If you don't speak Spanish some things can be a bit of a challenge as the reception speak varying levels of English but Google translate goes a long way. The hotel is at the top of a huge hill with a 15% incline so it's a leg destroyer especially in the heat. The cleaners are fantastic and do an amazing job the place was spotless every day. You can't get taxis in the area but you can rent the "hopp" scooters which are a godsend and cheap they are available all over town and if you're lucky someone leaves them at the top near the second hotel. The big understatement at the hotel is the food. We had quite a few meals at the hotel and each one was fantastic. Two things I'd change at the hotel: 1. Get rid of the plastic screen at reception it's just an inhibitor to interaction with guests and nothing else. 2. Better advertise when facilities are open e.g. for some reason the gym isn't open in June and you have to ask to be let in and the outdoor pool was closed but no one seemed to know when it opens. 3. Clearly show pricing for extras e.g. we were charged for the room safe but didn't know until I paid the bill on check out. Aside from this I can easily recommend the place.

Beautiful location, poor service. The waiter was very stressed and too lazy to come over, so you had to shout your order. We waited over half an hour for the wine after calling three times. The shrimp was still frozen inside, and the salmon-shrimp salad was not tasty. It wasn't fresh. And the food was very expensive, especially by Spanish standards, considering the quality and service. A shame for the beautiful setting.

Hemos ido a comer, el entorno en el que está ubicado es una maravilla. El restaurante no es nada acogedor, y en nuestra mesa había corriente. En cuanto a la comida regular. El solomillo y los postres bien. Pero la paella no la hemos podido comer, estaba muy salada, aunque debe ser nuestro paladar según el encargado era que el caldo estaba muy concentrado. Primero nos dicen que no nos la cobran, finalmente nos invitan a los chupitos y a un postre de los tres que pedimos. También pedimos una manzanilla que nunca llegó, pero si cobraron. El personal ha sido amable, pero el encargado poco coherente a mi parecer. Eramos 5 personas, yo en mi caso no volveré ni recomendaré este restaurante.

Ayer reservamos una mesa para una fiesta de cumpleaños. Pedimos una mesa auxiliar con vistas al panorama. Cuando llegamos al día siguiente, cambiaron la mesa (sin vista panorámica) y cuando le preguntamos al camarero por qué la cambiaron, dijeron que puedes irte si no te gusta. Esperamos 40 minutos por el menú hasta que le pedimos al camarero que nos lo trajera. Nos trajeron el jugo con una mosca y no lo cambiaron durante mucho tiempo. Cuando pedían platos, los esperaban mucho tiempo, y cuando llegó el momento de traerlos, nos dijeron que no había platos de verduras. El coñac Hennessy entró en el restaurante después del segundo servicio. El coñac Courvoisier también estaba en el fondo de la botella. Los camareros trajeron platos de comida, pero se olvidaron de traer cuchillos y tenedores. Olvidaron traer 2 botellas de agua. Cuando expresamos nuestro disgusto con los camareros, reaccionaron con nerviosismo. También tuve que recordarles que trajeran especias (sal y pimienta). Los camareros se mueven al azar y rápidamente, ¡pero eso no tiene sentido! Para atraer la atención del camarero, debe gritarle a toda la habitación, ellos mismos no prestan atención a la mano levantada. Inmediatamente se puede ver la escuela baja de educar a los camareros, no hay un buen administrador para su formación. No se merecían una propina. Además, querían engañarnos con un cheque, ¡agregaron un plato extra de comida que no nos trajeron! ¡La fiesta está irrevocablemente arruinada!

DO NOT GO HERE! We had the worst experience ever here. I ordered the chicken escalope and it came out uncooked in the middle. The chicken was completely pink between the breadcrumbs. I went to complain about this and told them that I would not be paying for the dish. The rudest staff member (Adrian - not sure if he gave us his real name though) I have ever encountered at a restaurant then refused to knock any money off from the bill. Adrian refused to apologise and said it was not his responsibility. He laughed in our faces when he said that we could get ill from eating this food. This is the most diabolical service I’ve ever had, from the rudest and possibly most sociopathic person I have ever come across. I really encourage you to save your money and not visit this awful establishment.
