Excellent customer service, asked for fresh fries and nuggets and without hesitation was told it wasn't a problem food came out hot delicious and fresh, would definitely recommend 😋

This is the best kept resturant in the entire area. The staff are all well trained and the food is outstanding. Been eating here most every morning and avenging. The coffee is the best in the country.

First off the last time I was here in Avon,Ohio I stopped and bought a. Mc crispy meal. It wasn't that great ... I was so exhausted I ate it anyway. I ordered my meal via the kiosk and after paying I saw a sign on the window that mentioned the meal I had just paid for with the exception of the spicy nuggets. I went to the register and asked a gentleman if it was too late to request the spicy nuggets vs the regular as it hadn't been an option when I ordered via the kiosk. The sweet man said don't worry, we've got you. That visit was the best experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. Wish I'd gotten his name.

Very clean sitting area and kids playing area. Kids loved it! Tables and chair are modern and nice. Not a big thing but mens restroom have no urinals, just different to other Mcd's. Service was fast and food was good. Always an option for fast food and good service.

Relaxing atmosphere & staff provided good, fast customer service.

Seems to be always busy and the drive thru line takes a while to get through. Food is pretty good

The line was long as usual but the ice cream machine was operational for once and I got a nice hot fudge sundae.

This is my first time at this one, it's 2pm and a Tues, very peaceful right now, so can't say how efficient they are during rush times but my first visit, very positive. Made my order, then he gave me my total and I was not done ordering. They need to slow down, very fast service when I come but at least give customers the time to finish ordering. Or ask will that complete your order not just complete it for me and make me wait in the reserved area because you couldn't wait for me to finish my order.

got in line about 10:50 am ordered about 10:56 am a sausage biscuit and a tea the person said not making breakfast any more so I ordered a tea.When I got to the Window at 11:01asked what time do you stop serving breakfast he replied 11 to 11:30 depending on the day.How is a customer suppose to reply to that. Is McDonald's so big or so busy they just don't care ? After all I only ordered something that they microwave.I guess on Tuesdays it is a little before 11, when they stop serving breakfast !

The only reason I give it 4 stars because the manager Ignacio tries to hurry up the line so the wait time is shorter when he is there. Otherwise,with other managers, the ice cream machine is always "broken" or as one of there employees told me when I tried ordering from the all day breakfast menu there is no breakfast nor the donuts.

Really nice place to eat and a great place for children to play. The only issue are the restrooms there are only two stalls. If you gotta go then don't expect to make it because the people there take forever.

Have not been to McDonalds in a long time. Sausage biscuits, hash browns and coffee is really good. Going back for a Big Mac soon.

They won't always get your order in a short time. They had me waiting multiple times for 30 minutes or more for just a couple things. They did leave an free apple pie once, though, as an apology.

The app wouldn't work and when I asked if they would honor the free drink with purchase they flat refused. But they upsized my mom's drink from medium to large on their own accord which means it wouldn't fit in the drink holder on her side of the car. No biggie except she has Alzheimer's and had a horrible trying to eat her sandwich AND hold a too large drink. I was a 1st Assistant manager for McDs for years. This kind of thing mattered in my store.

This place is always full, long lines( now more so since walmart mcds closed) , they have two speakers but only use one to take orders most of the time I go there which is couple times a week( kids are scary addicted to nuggets) ice-cream machine is like a gacha you never know if you get lucky and it's working . Food is carelessly made sometimes, ordered the family pack for kiddos, mayo was all outside the burger , the lettuce seemed to have fought with the chicken patty and left it for the outside box . But you get what you pay for, brand, not as well advertised but sonic lately has really flavorful burgers . Well if they improved food handling, speed of service , and customer service they will get things right.

Powerade was served via drive-through as watered-down and, not its actual usual flavor. No straw was placed in the bag either but had some at home so wasn't a big deal. But in the end, you pay for what you get right...

When we went to this location on Sunday, July 24th, 2022 we were there to charge our phones, due to a power outage in our apartment complex and they had covered all of the outlets and there was some underneath a table, but when we plugged in the chargers the outlets didn't work. We are very disappointed with this McDonald's renavations.

They are really slow for supposedly being a fast food establishment . I don't understand why they added a 2nd lane of they were slow enough with only 1 and as if that weren't bad enough , they for some reason always mess up the order or forget something.

Placed an on line order and when the lady came out with my order she handed me the cup holder and one was overfilled on the lid and spilled all over my shirt and pants! Please clean off the tops if you see it filled with coke. ( the lady did not care that it spilled on me)

Think I have better odds playing slot machines than assuming my order is correct. I ordered food today from this particular McDonald's. Usually I check my order because knowing the track record of this particular restaurant it is usually a good idea. However today I was pressed with time and the line was as you would expect it, long. Ordered no pickles with cheese, either they were trolling or they misunderstood my English bc there was no cheese and extra pickles. I'll still use this restaurant but will be even more vigilant on checking my order in the future

Today is August 6th 2023 and the majority of time in the drive thru I have great experience but last Sunday and today Sunday there is a young kid being trained by an older lady and he is a complete idiot that should not be in a position talking to people. He asked me a question and I answer yes ok, he responds with OK WHAT. Like he is talking to one of his friends. McDonald's has now lowered its standards and is hiring uneducated trash to work with customers. The lady or trainer was nice asking how r you good morning but trainee will run customers away or eventually say something to the wrong person.

Recently everytime I have gone for food thru the drive thru, I along with every other vehicle going thru the drive thru is told to pull to the side and wait for food. They make you wait, if your there for an apple pie or meals for the family. The wait time is terrible.

No fountain refills for Dine-In customers. I asked for a refill on a fountain drunk that was made with a full cup of ice (Oy forgot to ask for light ice) The young woman behind the counter replied "we don't do refills". Unbelievably cheap policy. The lobby was dirty and had obviously not been swept and many of the tables were dirty and had not been wiped for quite some time. I will never dine here again.

Food was fine. Service was horrible. I was the only white person in there and they were rude to me for no reason. This is the only McDonald's in Del Rio so I came back a few times. My order isn't that complicated. All I specifically asked was for no bun because I can't have Gluten. They seemed to not like having to do that. Everytime I went in there the cashier guy was rather unpleasant and sighed when I said my order. I was nothing but nice. The last time I went in there I used their kiosk. Ordered and paid but didn't get a receipt. So I went to the cashier and they got their manager I'm assuming he was and they checked on their computer and said I didn't order anything. This is when I finally snapped and said I ordered on that kiosk and paid with my debit card. Again they said I didn't order anything. So I pulled up my account transaction information on my phone to show them that I infact paid. Before I could show him he finally said ok I got it then walked away without so much as an apology. This particular McDonald's is racist.

They messed up my order twice! and i still waited twenty minutes to get 3 drinks 1 large fries and a 4 piece chicken nuggets. that’s all a simple order. like 20 cars passed us and we were still waiting. bad service. and i still walked in to complain about my fries because they didn’t give them to me. until i finally got them.

Most of the time the fries are bad. Sometimes the fries are ok. Rarely are the fries good. This is not the case at most McDonald's. Something is going wrong with their french fry production.

Very sad location, employees, food at an outragous price. Wish they went back to the "original" McDonald's like Ray Kroc envisioned. I try to avoid this location but unfortunately I'm always out voted by people i'm with to go to McDs.. Ugh.. I used to be a Type 2 diabetic thanks to McDs and I reversed my diagnosis by not going to placds like this. I asked “ isn’t it supposed to come with a drink so why can’t I get a water and not be charged. The answer I received “ if you don’t like it you don’t have to get it, that’s the way we do it here.

Hate how this McDonald’s went downhill. Every time I go this McDonald’s it is disgusting. Floors are dirty, restrooms are filled with piss or poop (including floors), the playplace is nasty like didn’t they make it open so it can be easy for the workers to get in and clean it? They let the kids run around without socks or grown kids play in the playplace, also there’s so many flies! We have to keep shooing them away. The food always gives us stomach problems and the reason we keep going is because we think it’s going to get better and it doesn’t. The owner is always there and doesn’t do anything about cleanliness or letting staff know someone needs to be done. McDonald’s used to be the place to be for kids and now we get disgusted just by looking at it.
