Discovered by chance in Desio, Dispensa Emilia is a great alternative to traditional weekday dinners, even with family! Good selection of appetizers, first courses, and the famous Tigelle. Average quality, very friendly staff, and a welcoming and fairly spacious space! Outdoor parking with some free spots! All in all, a good experience.

The food is tasty and delicious. The only negative is that the tigelle filling is cold and almost unpleasant. If it were warmer, it would be comfortable and excellent. It was quite cold in the restaurant. But still a recommended stop.

An Emilian restaurant with a modern concept. The dishes served are traditional Emilian fare: tortellini, lasagna, various pastas, and salads. A few meat dishes are also available. Platters and tigelle are the main course. The ingredients are all fresh, and the service is fast and well-organized. For me, if you want to eat Emilian products from outside the region, you're in the right place.

Late weekend lunch; upon arrival, it was unclear where or how to order. Many empty tables had not been cleared. The menu was comprehensive. We opted for tigelle (not from standard baskets) and water. The price was reasonable. We didn't try the desserts this time. Next time, we'll order tigelle plus crescentine for €19.90. The service was polite and quick, but the kitchen (which was open to the public) looked like something had exploded because everything was messed up.

The place is beautiful, very clean, and new. We sat at a table and ordered via the app. Of course, there was also the option to pay at the counter. Once we ordered, the food arrived very quickly. We were obviously expecting a bit more tradition. Let's just say the tigelle aren't quite what we expected, much less the fried gnocco, but they're still acceptable. You can also make your own tigella, or order individual ones, which are obviously at a reduced price. Looking at other tables, we noticed that the portions of the first and second courses are very large, so we'll probably be back to try those. I recommend downloading the app because it earns you points and you can get free dishes. As rewards, you get a 15% discount on your first order.

The ingredients are good, the fried gnocco (in my opinion) could have been cooked a little more, and the tiramisu is excellent. Service is average, and the value for money is a bit high. Overall, it's worth spending an evening here.

We had lunch today and the experience was disappointing. The appetizer was average, two first courses, and two "tasty" tigelle. The Emilian gricia was good, nothing to complain about. The strozzapreti with gorgonzola, caramelized onion, and walnuts, however, were embarrassing. The portion was ridiculous and not up to the asking price, the dish was unpresentable, and the gorgonzola was completely absent (both visually and tastelessly nonexistent). The pasta was dry and bland. I asked for some Parmesan cheese to try to save the dish: a 20-minute wait, several reminders, and I was brought a microscopic plate of Parmesan cheese, a mockery. The tigelle were quite good, but poorly served, sloppy, and one even had a piece missing. Another negative point to note was that the first courses and tigelle arrived together, resulting in cold and dry tigelle. Prices are completely illogical: €10 for a first course that doesn't match the description or even offer a decent portion. For both quality and quantity, that dish wasn't even worth €3. The staff was friendly but not always attentive; one out-of-place guest can ruin everyone's work. I don't usually write negative reviews, but this time, we definitely weren't. We spent a lot for a terrible meal and left disappointed. Two stars were generously given. If you want to keep those prices, you need to improve quality, quantity, and service.

Unfortunately, the place isn't very clean (dirty windows and cobwebs). It would be worth seeing the electric hand dryer in the bathroom again. Impossible to dry your hands!!!!!

For a business lunch, we ordered tigelle for a vegan. The basket specified "vegan": one was an empty tigelle plus walnuts (not a sauce or anything else), and another contained pesto (clearly made with cheese). Let's hope the tigelle didn't contain lard or butter in the dough. I find it truly unfortunate that in 2025, we don't have the skills to serve food for everyone, or at least the knowledge of what we're serving (and we also risk harming customers with allergies).
