Very friendly staff. Like weirdly friendly. Not in a bad way. But in a way that was surprising. Multiple employees were really nice. Does this place pay a living wage or something?

Love this place! The only problem is, it's always pack, long line from inside and also from the drive thru and they have only one cashier working most of the time. But still, the place is good.

It was delicious kids loved their frosty's and so did me and my husband. They were pretty busy and still got our order fast.

As both a customer & a third party delivery driver for Wendy's, I really have to give standout praise to a couple employees here in Dickinson. The food is always good here but it can get so busy sometimes. As someone who works with a lot of restaurants in the area, I really admire Mikayla & Jasmine at this location. ALWAYS very pleasant to work with, diligent & brisk with the orders & lines. Both are exceptional! Wendy's is very lucky to have them.

Food is always good and quick. But they are usually very busy especially during the lunch rush. Must say something about their food if they are always busy. Just saying.

I utilized the drive thru at this location on Sunday, November 28th. It was lunchtime and the line at the drive thru was loooong. The crew did an outstanding job of getting customers through the line quickly. I can't speak for anyone else, but my order was filled correctly and was better than I expected.

Fast food. Nobody probably cares about how it is. But I beg to differ! I've come here for years for lunch or supper when I get lazy. The burgers are probably the best in this town as far as fast food. If you get anything get the double and a side of chili loaded with cheese and all those unhealthy ingredients lol. The workers are always nice and happy. The line usually moves pretty quick. Somedays slower than others naturally.

For a national fast food chain Wendy's is one of the best. The 5 dollar Biggie Bag seemed to have more food than my $12 meal so I would stick with the biggie bag. Kinda of their loss leader. Store seemed clean, and staff was friendly. Wendy's in Dickinson is always a pretty good choice for fastfood.

Our order (which was big and had a fair amount of modifications, was completely correct, made quickly, the restaurant was clean and well stocked, and all the ladies working there were doing an awesome job. Competent and professional. Much better experience than all the other chain food restaurants we’ve experienced so far in Dickinson. Will definitely be back again!!

Great place to eat at certain times of the day. They are always busy because they get peoples food out fast, swift, and 80% of the time correct. I'd recommend going here a lot out of any other fast food place unless you aren't craving chicken and burgers.

If I have to do fast food, I chose Wendy's pretty much every time. People at this location are always courteous, friendly and manage to get my order correct. Chicken parmesan salad was good with the little parmesan crisps..tasty stuff.

The food is always hot and delicious. The drive thru lane is always long,but worth the wait. They have never got my order wrong which is definitely a plus.

Extremely long line and a bit of a wait BUT EXTREMELY worth it! Food was delicious, frosty wasn't melting, fries warm and crispy. Best part, they didn't mess up our order for a family of 5 which is a 100% win in my book.

Their service has definitely improved. The drive thru is much faster. Some days its alot slower than others. Can't complain about the food either. They have really good salads that are so fresh! Wish there could be an electronic menu because it has to be turned when switching over to lunch.

It's a fast food chain restaurant. Not more can be said on that. The staff seam like they are ok but just don't want you to make work life hard for them. They smile but it's the I'm dead inside smile. And as always the food is high priced for what you get in my opinion. I will say though that compared to what I'm used to the pickles are so good

I did a mobile order tonight…when I arrived to pick it up, I checked my bag & realized one order of fries was missing as well as a chocolate shake. I finally got those items & after getting home, the double cheeseburger that we ordered was a chicken sandwich, my nuggets were spicy instead of regular, & the dipping sauce was the wrong kind. The receipt on the bag was completely correct but the food was not. Very disappointed!

Food has been okay, but put together sloppy. Some days they staff is good, others are not good. Breakfast has under or over cooked the last 6+ months when we've tried it. Ordering online results in missing items. The last time I was told I'd get 2 free meals to replace the missing items. (Yes, there were a lot!) We went in 2 weeks later and was told they didn't have me on the list. Tried again a few days later, still nothing. We used to frequent this location. Now Wendy's is another restaurant we only go to out of town.

Having not been to Wendy's for years we thought we would stop and have a late lunch. Took forever to get the food we ordered. Our fries and chili sat on a tray on the counter for at least 5 minutes prior to them completing the rest of the order. I did ask for fresh fries upon picking up the food which they did replace. Like most fast food restaurants today the quality of the food has faltered.

The thing is, I think everyone was working very hard, but the ability to order ahead and door dash has made coming in and having real time fast food a thing of the past. They were constantly putting up orders but the time our name was called we'd waited almost a half hour from the time of our order and some of the food was cold, but some was totally great.

Went through the drive through, the speaker barely worked to where you couldn't hear the employee asking for your order. Went up and had to fix our order, the employee had troubles understanding me. We got the food and the lady that gave us the food was very sweet. Came home, all our food was cold and the sodas tasted awful. One of my family members found a beard hair in her food and ruined her appetite. Maybe there's some way hair can be prevented from getting into the food, otherwise the restaurant is just fine.

The drive thru is slow as hell you have to wait like 20 mins to gey your food. And they take forever to give you your card back after paying.

The one who handed me my food was nice...but it took them two minutes to take my order and over five minutes to make it...and they forgot the bbq sauce

It is currently 6:22pm on 12/8/2022 and we sat in the drive thru for 30 mins before we got our food which was barely lukewarm. When we got to the window asked which drink was which the lady at the drive thru was rude about us asking so we asked for new ones and she slammed the window and threw her headset down on the counter. Very unprofessional to say the least

Lobby was trashed when we went in, bathrooms were disgusting. But the food came out fast. The fries were pretty soft like they'd been sitting for a bit. Really need to keep up the lobby a better.

We ordered a burger with no mustard or onions, and had to send it back twice to get the food we had requested. My chicken sandwich was soggy and gross. My husband asked for no ketchup or mayo on his sandwich, and it was clearly just hastily wiped off. Usually we enjoy Wendy's as far as fast food goes, but this one was disappointing.

I like wendys, but this one has some issues with the concept of speed and accuracy in the drive thru. The food was good, but I received two spoons with my saucy nuggs, and frosty, and spent almost 5 minutes at the window after paying, not counting the time in the line. It was 230 in the afternoon!

Arrived just before noon, and there were probably 8 cars ahead of me. I've worked fast food before, so have reasonable expectations for service during rushes. I was pleasantly surprised that the wait was much quicker than the time before of 45-50 min. Today was 15-20 min. Staff was friendly and pleasant, though the nuggets and fries were only room temp. Also, the cookie was either over baked or stale. Glad to see the drive thru flowing better, now hopefully they can focus on food temps, and not preparing so much food ahead of time, that it gets old before being sold.

Showed up near the end of the day, so didn't expect much, but everything including the floor, booths, and drink machine were a lot dirtier than expected. Food came out lukewarm and slapped together. Not a great Wendy's.

Fast food? Slow food, saw 5 cars in drive through went inside with 1 other person to make things speedier. 25 minutes later I get my 2 breakfast sandwiches and the line of cars is gone. If you want ur food hit the window

Listen, the dude working the window was super nice. I think they had some form of technical difficulties because they stopped halfway through our drive thru order and were quiet at the speaker for probably 10 minutes. Slowest fast food experience I have ever experienced. Food was cold, part of the order was missing and wrong. I feel like they should stick to lunch instead of breakfast.

The worst meal ever from Wendy's in Dickinson nd. Buns were like rocks, fries were cold and soda was flat. Servers walked around looking like nipple heads. The day was 12/30/21 at 8:30 pm. I will never eat here again.

Placed an order via the app and never received. The driver put it was delivered which was either a lie or she delivered it to the wrong apartment. I usually get contacted by the driver showing/saying my food is delivered she never did that only I guess clicked delivered in the app on her end. Wendy’s has no way to rectify the situation right away(could never be DoorDash) and when I called the store they were no help and eventually hanged up on me.

One of the dirtiest places I have been in in my life. Burgers were cool. Bun hard. Bathroom had no towels. Lady at the front eas nice though.

Tried to get food at 10:30p.m, through the drive through, because they say they’re open until 12, I get up there and they have a automated message telling me it’s closed so I drive up and see their employees sitting on their phones, enough for me to go to McDonald’s.

Specifically asked for no ketchup and tomatoes in my burger because I’m allergic and they failed to take it off. The coke clearly ran out of syrup.

Customer service was extremely rude and unnecessary when going through drive thru since they had the doors locked. Absolutely no need to yell at costumers through the drive thru speaker when they are doing exactly what you have told them to do.

Stopped for a quick lunch. People in line before me started to leave. They had been in line waiting for twenty minutes with no movement. I waited 15 minutes and never saw an order taken or delivered.

Everyday they are opening later and later. Online it says they open at 7:00 if you call they say they open at 7:30 but it’s 7:45 and I’m still waiting for them to open. Update: They finally opened at 8:00 got out of the parking lot and it was the wrong food. I was the first customer. Went back through and they aren’t answering the speaker. They desperately need new management.

Just went through got an chicken sandwich and fries. Well the bun was kinda hard, chicken was cold. My Fries tasted like s@&t to say the least. Tasted like they were sitting all day, plus they were cold also!

We went to Wendy's just earlier today and when we got the food back the fries were cold and the frosties were melted and on top of that we had to wait about 30 minutes to an hour and not to mention the very bad customer service by the way they treated us.

This Wendy’s has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, they have no idea how to talk to customers. They were pretty busy at the time but there’s no reason to take that out on your customers, who probably also had a bad day and are just trying to get food.

I placed an order for baconator fries they removed everything from the fries and I did not order it like that and still charged me full price for the baconator fries. I got three things of cookies. They said they didn’t have it and then they gave me three oatmeal cookies that were stale. I also ordered a chicken sandwich. Bread was hard and stale and the chicken was like chewing on rubber I also got a biggie bag. The cheeseburger patty was thin and overcooked rubber. The order also came with chicken nuggets were like rubber. fries where cold also stale. What is going on? I spent $22 for this bad of service and food. I do not recommend anyone eat here if you want a horrible eating experience.

Arrived at 830 am this morning for breakfast as we passed through town. Times posted reads 700 am the dining room opens but it was closed with employees sitting inside. We left went to Hardee's instead.

Went to the drive-thru this morning to order breakfast for my family. There was a note that said pull up to the first window to order. I waited there for five minutes with no service so I pulled up to the next window and waited another ten minutes. When someone finally opened the window he told me I had to go back around to the first window to order. I told him I waited over there and nobody opened the window to provide service. He rudely ignored what I said and closed the window. The line was very long at that point so I decided to take my business elsewhere. The garbage out by the drive-thru was overflowing and looked terrible.

Ice cold and idk what this is supposed to be but it wasn't what I expected. We were also missing our 4 burgers but we didn't want to waste the time to go back.

Wendy's was one of the best places to eat in Dickinson, until just a few months ago. I don't know if it is a change of management or what, but each time we go we have had to wait in line a long time, and have even been turned away because we finally got up to order at 8.02 and they closed at 8 even though we were in line at least 15-20 minutes before that. We tried another time to eat in, and there was a sign saying they would be closing at 8, (it was 4pm) and the door was unlocked, but once inside, an employee told me they were short staffed and to use the drive thru. My husband counted 8 employees though. Honestly, I am not sure this Wendy's will be able to earn back our loyalty after being burned so many times. So frustrating!

Love Wendy's but very disappointed in service at this one. We placed our order and after we got our receipt we noticed they did not add two items. A manager was brought to the window and said she could not do anything for us we would have to go all the way around and order the missing items. This was after we sat in line for almost 20 minutes the first time. Unacceptable service.

I just ordered a bacon and cheese baked potato and a small chili, this potato is quite possibly the most disgusting thing I've ever tried to eat, that includes MRE's in the middle east. The owner of this franchise should be ashamed to serve this garbage. You have gotten your last cent from me...never again.

The lobby was closed at 8pm and, the drive thru was backed up all the way around the building. When we finally got to the menu board to order the employee started speaking their native language, which we could not understand and was arguing with someone else in the building. After waiting at the board for 5 mins and having cars behind us, we drove away without ordering anything and went somewhere else to eat. Also would like to note that even when the lobby is open or you can order in the drive thru that the food is never right unless, you just order it how it comes. We will no longer visit this place and advise people to avoid it like the plague.

Sick and freaking tired of getting screwed out of my money. This is the FOURTH time IN A ROW that they failed to give us our complete order . Wendy's used to be the good place in town. Taco Bell hasn't even messed up my order this many times. ALSO, USE A REAL PIECE OF LETTUCE, NOT A QUARTER SIZED SHRED! the manager must be cutting food costs and the customers are getting the short end of the stick.

Went to this Wendy’s and usually have a good experience at this restaurant chain but do not eat at this Wendy’s. We ordered our food and it took 30 minutes for it to get into our hands, the food was cold, and in one of our biggie meals there was a bread clip in the burger! Thank god a kid didn’t get it and we checked our food, so we didn’t choke on a breadclip. Massive disappointment and terrible experience. Eat any where else that you can

This is our 4th bad experience in the last 30 days. We gave it the benefit of a doubt beings everyone is short on help. We will not be going back. Asked for a receipt and told us they were out of paper until tomorrow when truck comes with paper. Our order is not fresh. When asked if our order was wrong what should we do??? We were told lobby is closed! So tired of spending the money at Wendy's and our food being old or room temp. And not right!

Went to get drive thru waited 25 minutes to get to order and personal said it would be a minute before taking my order. In the meantime there was six cars behind me. I waited 10 minutes asked for help and the voice in the speaker said it will be a minute. It was 7:30 p.m. when I arrived at Wendy's. When this happened there was only 3 cars in front of me. It will be awhile before I go back at least to the one in Dickinson!!! Very unprofessional!!!

Awful customer service. And awful food. I ordered the baconator the Patty was still pink watery and had no flavor. The fires were fresh but not salted. I asked for mayo and he wouldn’t give me any. Not even in a little sauce container…this is the worst Wendy’s.

The dinning room is dirty. The employees barely speak English well enough to understand what you’re trying to order. You really have to check your order carefully and by all means do not get the iced tea. They can’t even get that right. Come on people. It’s iced freaking tea! Hot water, tea and then some ice. It’s not rocket science! Make it fresh daily. The tea I just got tastes like sewer water! Gross! 🤮Actually I’m sure the tea was several days old and had some mold in it. The health dept really needs to make a visit to this store.

This Wendy’s was truly disgusting, it takes a lot for a fast food joint to be so gross you can’t eat it and they sure did that. The floors were covered with old food, garbage and just crap. The service was poor I got a blank stare and a what do you want. The bathrooms were so dirty I would rather go to the bathroom squatted in the parking lot.

I ordered the pull apart cinnamon bites and the entire thing was so hard that it literally broke the plastic fork they provided!!! Clearly NOT FRESH...after driving for 12 hours and just wanting some food to take back to my hotel late at night...cannot say how much of a disappointment this was. Completely rock hard!! What a waste of money!!! Go anywhere else for food!!!!

Went through the drive through. 52 minutes later we had our food. There was only 5 people in front of us when we pulled in. Absolutely insane. Two employees started fighting in the parking lot. Once food was ordered, took another 15/20 minutes to get the food. Our food was wrong (after confirming it with us twice), it was all cold, and there was hair in our fries. This place has really gone down hill recently and I hope they can turn it around.

Walked in to potentially order and the only cook I could see was unkempt and In his phone. Pretty sure he had his service gloves on while tapping on his phone which is never a great indication of conscientiousness toward hygiene or good standards. Saw a couple of flys buzzing around inside around the menu boards and that sealed the deal for me. Walked out without ordering. Wouldn't come back or recommend.

🤢 Went inside to pick up food and use the restroom. Dining room was filthy. Hallway to restroom had large unidentified puddle. Restroom had no TP nor paper towels. When I asked for some at counter it was made clear that I was a major nuisance. What the restroom DID have was a strong offensive aroma. Food was tepid and sloppy. Ketchup all over the wrapper of my burger that had no ketchup.

Ate here 9-8-24 at 4:30 got food poisoning from this place to make things worst I called them this morning and received foul name calling. the manager was unprofessional. The thought of eating here turns my stomach. Beware!! This use to be the best Wendy’s we have ever ate at but management has changed so have the quality in Food and service… It’s now 10/21. Had 2coworkers recently ate here and didn’t listen to my warnings. Yup they also got sick!! Lol this place is disgusting!

Good luck if you’re not in the drive-through! And even then it just means he may be able wait five minutes less. If you come inside 10 , 15, 20 minutes or more wait at least. no customer service. Complete lack of accountability and management and especially accountability in management. no courtesy no consideration, especially for delivery drivers. completely and utterly Disrespectful and ridiculous. Believe it or not, but peoples time is actually valuable and not just the drive-through peoples time

On a roadtrip through ND, I have been a consistent customer for Wendy's all over the country. But this was the worst possible experience. 30 minute wait time, bread clip in a burger and cold food. Absolutely unacceptable. They need to set a new standard for Service.
