Un sitio estupendo para cenar con amigos o en pareja y encantados con el trato del personal en este caso HIGER que nos atendió e indicó súper amable y de buen royo con todo. Aparte la comida buenísima , repetiremos sin duda

Yesterday I went out for dinner with my friends and the experience was excellent. The service stood out from the very first moment. We were served by Higuer, a really nice, attentive, and very professional guy who knew exactly what he was doing. As soon as we arrived, we were shown to our table without any awkward waiting. The appetizers came out in a matter of minutes, and after we finished them, the main courses arrived immediately, in record time. Everything was delicious and very well prepared. My only suggestion was that the side dish had a few too few potatoes, but otherwise it was wonderful. A pleasant, delicious dinner, and above all, excellent service. You undoubtedly have a magnificent team at this restaurant. Thank you.

We came for some croquettes and hamburgers and they were wonderful. I highly recommend the Benedict and Pampera burgers; they were very tasty, and Naroa's service was excellent. I will definitely be back.

We went for dinner on the weekend after doing some shopping we'd been meaning to do. We sat near the entrance with all our bags. The waiter who served us came and offered us cold water in two glasses before taking our order. It was a really nice touch, as he said he saw we were tired when he offered us a seat. That made us feel really well taken care of. We were hungry, and I ordered a bacon and cheese smash, and my wife ordered a VIPs burger, both cooked medium. He also gave us a great suggestion to wait before ordering more, since we were ordering more with our eyes than our heads! The burgers were delicious; I asked for some extra mayonnaise, and they brought it right away. The only downside, I'd say, was that the portion of fries that came with the burger was a bit small... Be that as it may, we enjoyed our time there before heading home, and Iker's attentiveness made us feel like longtime customers, which we really appreciated. We'll definitely be back, but this time to enjoy ourselves first and do some shopping later. Highly recommended.

Since I discovered Vips, I always look for one when I travel. In San Sebastian, at the La Gabera shopping center, it's a 10 out of 10. The service is sublime. The food is spectacular, with tender, juicy, and flavorful dishes. Set menu: €17.50 with roast beef. Incredible pork cheek gyozas and tremendous Iberian croquettes. Two soft drinks and two coffees, a total of €55.

Pedí la hamburguesa vegana, el plato era bastante grande y la hamburguesa estaba buena. Mis amigos pidieron ensaladas y a pesar de que los platos eran enormes había mucho verde y poco más. El servicio en un principio no fue muy bueno y luego ya mejoró. El sitio es muy bonito, todo limpio y acogedor.

We were queuing for over half an hour, with two couples ahead of us. People were leaving, but they wouldn't let us in. The Gino's next door had a huge queue that finally ended, and we were still there. The waitresses... they were moving at a snail's pace, even the one who brought our drinks seemed very reluctant. The only one who was working was the one in the black shirt, who was acting crazy; she seemed like she was in charge. When they finally seated us, the people in front of us, who had ordered much earlier, complained that we had finished our main courses and they hadn't been served yet. A disaster. Another table complained that they were being served coffee without dessert and were already being charged. I've been to Vips before, and it's been great, but this one left me wanting to never set foot in it again. So much disorganization and a lack of effort from the waitresses. I'm giving it three stars because at least the food was very tasty, although that might have been because we were so hungry 😅

The American food fix you can find in Spain! We saw several VIPS branches in Madrid and decided to try it during a visit to a mall in San Sebastian. The menu is similar to what you'll find in American diners which is what we expected coming in- offering burgers, sandwiches, salad, pancakes, etc. As we also expected, the food was fine and just the right meal to take a break from the very rich flavors and similar dishes we've been having in the meals prior. The portions were large, I ordered the chicken sandwich with barbecue sauce in which the fried chicken was oddly served in nugget like pieces. Though I liked the fact that it was not too greasy. My dad enjoyed his club sandwich.

Resulta que vamos a cenar, 3 personas , y nada más sentarnos , ya nos dices que tenemos 30 minutos ,pedimos 2 de croquetas ,1 ensalada y pasta carbonara para picar y de segundo 3 costillas : 1con salsa de Cocacola y 2 barbacoa ,en ese momento dice que si quieremos postre que lo pidamos,se pide un brownie de beber 1 kalimocho ,1 corona y 1 Cocacola , ya la persona de servicio en todo momento en nuestra mesa ,no nos deja ni mirar la carta ,la hora de llegada fueron las 21:40, 15 minutos después de tomarnos nota traen todo lo pedido de golpe . A las 22:05 ya empiezan los 2 chicos del servicio,que tenemos que acabar y sino para llevar,ya cansada del trato ,le pido que me lo ponga por favor para llevar,ni corto ni perezoso me trae un táper de cartón y lo tira en la mesa y me dice que me lo ponga yo, a lo cual le digo , no me parece normal , ellos me responde , es el horario y las normas de la empresa, con mucha mala educación nos traen la cuenta sin pedirla ,son la 22: 15 ,abonamos la factura 117,50euros y nos vamos diciendo que no tiene educación,puesto que siguen inclepando y ya nos salimos del local son las 22:16 ......no volveremos más y además toda la comida parece sacada del paquete y calentón en el microondas, vamos lo que te esperas cuando sales a cenar con la familia, valla vergüenza de servicio ....no nos esperéis nunca más .
