Good doughnuts and good coffee. What you would expect from a Dunkin Donut. The doughnut selection isn't as big as other locations yet this store it's on the small size, so that's expected. Wait times are decent as this is not a high traffic store. The ladies working the mornings are hit or miss. Sometimes friendly, other times have the "I don't want to be here" attitude which unfortunately reflects on their customer service.

Good afternoon. Attention to the owners of this franchise located on 114th Street in Doral at Dunkin' Donuts. I went to buy a caramel Frappuccino today, Monday, at 5:35. The woman at the counter had a bad attitude and provided poor customer service. I work in customer service. First of all, "Good afternoon, welcome to Dunkin's, how can we help you?" Not with a bad attitude, and besides, the caramel Frappuccino didn't have cream or caramel, which they charged me for. I mean, hello, where do they not sell you a Frappuccino without cream or caramel? What a terrible experience. I won't be going back. Next time I'll go to Starbucks or another Dunkin' Donuts.

Nasty manager, the order was wrong, the hot food was inedible, but the donuts were good. The service for the walk-in side was normal (pretty quick) for getting 1&1/2 dozen donuts, which were fresh and tasty. I decided to get breakfast for my wife, who is vegetarian. I ordered the sourdough and fried egg sandwich, that comes with bacon and cheese. I ask for the bacon on the side because my wife won't eat it. I also ordered a side of hashbrowns and a medium black coffee. The sandwich was plain (no condiments or sauces) and I had to take out the bacon myself. The bread was burned around the edges, too. The hashbrowns were at the bottom of the bag, loose and extremely greasy. Finally, the manager was nasty to the employees continuously reprimanding and barking orders at employees. When I asked politely if they had my coffee ready, she snapped at me "to wait my turn" even though I already had my donuts and hot breakfast for more than 5 minutes and nobody was in front of me in the walk-in or pick up lines. All in all, the visit was disappointing. I'll buy donuts there again, but it's a hard "no" on anything else. You should try another Dunkin instead.

I don't drink coffee, so I get hot tea. It amazes me how baffled they get by this request. I had to walk the man through it this time.

The worker had an attitude because I told her that my order was wrong. She went and fixed it and just slided it on the counter and walked away rudely.

Very disappointed. I bought a dozen donuts at 11 AM and not a single one was fresh. I couldn't even serve them to anyone. I was too far away to drive back for a return. Totally unacceptable. Unbelievable! I bought a dozen donuts at 11 AM today, Sunday, and they were inedible, not fresh at all. You can see it in the picture. I didn't return them because I was too far away. I felt terrible. Not recommended at all!

I waited for minutes to be served. There were three people waiting in the building, and the only response she gave was that she was busy and wouldn't be serving us. And she wasn't busy, because all she was doing was talking on the phone with friends. They should prohibit talking on the phone while working. They should replace the staff because they're losing sales. That happened today, August 13th, around 1:50 to 2:10 p.m. I won't return to a place with such terrible, horrendous service.

Hi, I just wanted to share my experience. I went through the drive-thru today and the person at the window had a very poor attitude. I forgot to order a coffee and when I asked for it at the window, they told me I had to go all the way back around and order it again through the speaker. I explained it was just a coffee, but they still insisted I go to the back of the line. I found it very inconsiderate, especially for something so simple.

I was attended by a woman who appeared to be Cuban. Not only was she not at the register, but she was also lying in the kitchen. When I called her about seven times, no one responded. When she finally came out, she started yelling at me erratically, aggressively asking what was wrong with me. She shouted at me to leave the establishment and said that I was being 'too fresh' according to her. To me, she was the one being fresh for not wanting to do her job. I find it disrespectful because she is tarnishing the company's name. This happened on January 2nd at approximately 3 PM // I was attended by a woman who was apparently Cuban and who, besides not being at the register, was lying in the kitchen. When I called her about 7 times, no one answered and when she came out she started yelling at me erratically asking what was wrong with me in an aggressive manner. She yelled at me to leave the establishment and that “I was too rude,” according to her. To me, she was the rude one who didn’t want to do her job. I think it’s disrespectful because she’s tarnishing the company’s name. It was on January 2nd at approximately 3 PM.

Very unprofessional service and attitude! It seems that it bothers them to let customers know when your order is ready at the pick up station, they just leave it there and expect you to know that it is yours.... and if you ask them if it belongs to you, they get mad and literally make you feel stupid by rolling their eyes and giving you ridiculous faces!!!!! It takes less than 30 seconds just to say what they are placing on the counter. I can’t believe that it happens to me every time I come, specially on Sundays.

This is my second review because my experience was much worse than the last time. I use to be a more frequent customer but the people they hire to work there is another problem. The afternoon/evening shift, this gentleman, who is polite but doesn't quite understand and he move slower than my grandmother. It literally took him 20 minutes to make me a cup of coffee. It wasn't even hard to do that. There were a female customer who place an order via online. This man did not had her order ready and she still had to wait 10 minutes. Unbelievable. This gentleman needs more training. I usually go to starbucks because the wait time isn't no way near as what I experience here.

Lady who works here has her kid sitting where the outlet all day so people can charge their phone. Theres nothing wrong with having kids on the job, until the parents deliberately allow them to annoy costumers. There's a reason why dunkin has outlets and free wifi. Also tells costumers she's happy they're leaving don't know what thats supposed to mean . ?

Horrible!!! older lady that’s on her phone wouldn’t allow us to use the bathroom. Saying it’s only for costumers, as an attitude because she had to get off her phone…doesn’t make sense because I went into Dunkin’ multiple times and never purchased anything just to use the bathroom. she’s a bitter old lady that wanted to stay on her phone but because I disturbed her, she didn’t allow us to use the bathroom.
