What a great find. Excellent food, seeing and staff. grilled fish was superb as were the pizzas. Staff were very friendly. Would definitely return, probably this week.

This was our + 100th visit at this restaurant over the last 30 years!!! Still the best pizza in Arona and surroundings.

Fantastic restaurant ticks all the boxes , great food, service, ambiance and prices definitely recommend Pan Pans , you go once you will definitely keep going back

The food really taste good worth the price you pay. A must try restaurant specially for tourist who would like to try local food. If you are a seafood lover then try their Grilled Sea Food Platter or Fried Sea Food Platter. If you are not a fan of Sea Food then you may try their Pasta, Pizza and other dish they have. Their crew are all friendly and speak English, if you cannot understand their Italian Menu you may also ask to have an English Menu. 😉 The ambiance is also great, clean and they disinffect all the tables, chairs and menu after the guest leave their tables, during our visit its COVID19 time so before we went inside they test first our temperature and alcohol(disinffectant) is available in front of the door. Hint: Never missed to try their Strawberry Ice cream, you will never regret it!!! 🍨

Very good and busy restaurant, excellent food specially with pizza and fish dishes....generous portions. Service is fast and good with friendly staff. Price normal for the standard of food served. Better don't miss if you are around Dormelletto.

The pizza is pretty good (not great) and the prices are really low. The place seemed (off-season) to be a hot-spot for locals and was full although it is really spacious. We were lucky to get a table without reservation but I would recommend to reserve a table to be on the safe side. The guy at the reception was really nice and open also for foreigners. The waiter with greasy hair was unfortunately not that nice and open. It seemed like a torture for him to have to serve non-Italians. His face was very angry and he walked up and down next to our table rolling his eyes because it took us like 5 minutes to decide what we wanted to order. In the end, it took over 30 minutes for the bill to come after we asked for it. Nevertheless the other waiters and waitresses were nice.

Large Resturante with good seafood dishes. The pizza had good condiments but the crust was burnt and as hard as cardboard. Great desserts. But I do not recommend their pizzas. It seemed every pizza coming out of the kitchen was burnt.

Over-rated, pizza is average (we tried it take away). We tried to make a reservation one night - first they didn't know if they will be able to take us or not, they made us call them again in 10mins on waiter's mobile and never picked up the phone again or called back (obviously afraid to refuse) - not professional at all. Skip it if you have other choice.
