Always a good experience getting the Thai tea with espresso shots it’s the best!

The staff is so friendly, this place is clean and the drinks are great. This is a great little 3rd space for those who work from home or who are in school. Really it’s great for anyone who enjoys having a different scenery while working and want to be outside of their home. If comfortable, the teas are yummy and the ham and cheese croissant sandwich is so delicious, I order a second 🤣

Consistently great coffee and a welcoming atmosphere. This place has become my go to spot for studying. The staff are all friendly, but only one employee truly goes above and beyond. Every time I visit, he checks in on guests who are studying, offering water or anything else they might need without being asked. I never have to leave my seat when he's on shift. Dude deserves recognition and a raise in my opinion.

Favorite milk tea place in the area, we love the thai tea and taro milk teas. The boba is an add on but so good. We always use the drive thru to order and wait isn't too long. Just wish staff was friendlier and better customer service.

Came to 7Leaves Cafe for their Grand Opening. Parking at the Promenade plaza and a drive thru is available for patrons. During the grand opening event, they were having promotions for the first 200 people and drink samples for those waiting in line. I had the opportunity to sample several drinks that I normally would not have tried and ended up ordering the House Coffee (their version of Vietnamese coffee) and their best seller by the time I got to the front. As for the Opening event, I thought it could have been run much better. I ended up waiting for 2.5 hours on a really warm day. Other people were leaving as their promotions (free macaron or strawberry croissant) weren't worth the wait.

This place I think is a hit or miss. Came here for the 1st time and order 2 vietnamese coffee and japanese green tea. The girl on the intercom upsold me on the upsizing, which I agree to but I didn't get the large vietnamese coffee but I was charged. Now I came back the next day and order the same thing except one less coffee. Again I was sold the upgrade which again I agreed to but when we got to the window I received a small Japanese tea this time even though I agreed to the upsizing and willing to pay. They made it up by giving me the small JT and making me a large one (I offer to pay for it but they refused. My advise is get a supervisor/manager to get them a bit more organized. I ordered 4 drinks, and I asked for light ice in 3 of them, which had regular ice. I also ordered 1 Vietnamese coffee no ice which was missing more liquid than what would have been there with regular ice. Either way we decided to take the L and just enjoy the drinks. Unfortunately they did not listen to instructions for the Silver Jasmine Tea Regular. I asked for the light brew and for it to be sweetened. It tasted more sour than a bottle of pure lime juice. I went back to ask for another but figured that they would source the tea from the same jug so switched it for strawberry hibiscus. It came out light so they watered it down and they did not include the add ins like herbs and strawberries. Also not really a big concern but the employee tried to tell me that I ordered less sweet so that is why it was like that and checked the receipt which was conveniently still there and realized his mistake. Unfortunately he threw away the drink IN THE TRASH CAN. Y’all should have a separate container for liquids. If he’s the one throwing the trash away I guess it spilling on him would be his karma.

I ordered 4 sunset passions with no ice. They took the liberty to subtract all of the usual drink add ins. So no passion fruit seeds, no salted plum, no flavor. Terrible and expensive. The ticket even says no ice, not remove everything else.

The Vietnamese coffee was good but customer service so rude no nice it was my first time a wanted some thing hot.

Extremely disappointed and left feeling both insulted and as if I’m a bad person for calling them out. Have been a customer of this location since it’s open many years back, recently received a lunar new year prize scratch prize ticket with my prize being “ free drink (1 free regular sized drink)” upon presenting my coupon to the employee they told me it was not a free drink (as the coupon stated) and was instead a “free upsize” from regular to large. I reacted confused and asked in a a confused but genuine way about how that worked as the coupon stated a “free regular drink”, the employee began some strange explanation about how the coupon was “paying for the large cup from the regular” but that the drink wasn’t free? That made no sense then and it still doesn’t now. I didn’t want to cause a scene so I accepted it, payed for both my “free drink” and other beverage and drove off. After leaving I checked the possible prizes for the lunar new year scratch prizes and there was indeed a “free upsize” AND “FREE DRINK” these are not the same thing and the employee gaslit me into believing they were and spoke to me with a terrible attitude. I then went back through the drive through and showed them that they were not the same thing, the lady at the window (blue hair septum ring) which had rudely helped me earlier asked me to wait a moment before coming back and giving me a receipt telling me “we removed the charge for your free drink, soo is there anything else?” Extremely rude and condescending without offering even the slightest apology regarding THEIR mistake, which to me seemed to stem from not wanting to honor the coupon and give me a free drink. Upon checking the receipt the employees name was Victoria. Again I frequent this location about once a week and have been doing so for years, am extremely disappointed.

However they told me that they only give discounts to medical personnel. I told them that I have a medical insignia on my military ID and they said no it has to be civilian. I told them I have my BLS (basic life support) ID card on them and they said no I have to have my badge from Kaiser or another hospital. It felt almost discriminatory if I'm being honest. How are you going to say you offer a medical personnel discount if you truly don't. Won't be coming back here again. I'd rather go somewhere who appreciates not only ALL medical personnel, but also military members.

All five female employees gossiping with customer at front counter. The males employees are working. Management exercises no discipline here. A joke of a business. As a business owner and manager myself, I cringe at what a disgusting example 7 Leaves presents to the public. I’ve seen this on multiple visits here.

Honestly very disappointed, let's begin with the customer service horrible the guy who was working today , bad service , I asked him a simple question and didn't even answer me horrible! Managers should know who they hired , my drink was ready and I had to wait more then 10 minutes and didn't even care first and last time !!!! Comming here.

UNBELIEVABLE!! Bought a Vietnamese cup of ice coffee, since last time they completely filled it up with ice I said no ice. I’m very super honest, they serve me half of the cup fill up with coffee and said the other half was empty because that’s where the ice would have been. This should be illegal.
