I always Dine in at this place with family, food is always amazing, never have to wait long I think the longest we've waited for everything must've been 15ish minutes. Definitely my favorite pizza spot 🙏🏼

Hands down one of my top places to get a good pizza.Parking lot is small but parking is rarely an issue. They offer a good pricing on their pizzas,sides and family deals. My family and friends like gathering here and enjoying the pizza here. They also have big screens and usually have the game/s up.

I was visiting from San Antonio, Texas, on a business trip and ran into this place. The service was great, and the food was awesome. I had the Ceasar Salad and Wings. (Hot and Lemon Pepper) I highly recommend this place if you're ever in Downey, California.

Sorry photo isn’t of the whole pizza, we all grabbed some and everyone loved it, so I felt compelled to leave this review. Me and my partner ordered the heart shaped, thick crust pizza with mushrooms, bell pepper, pepperoni and Italian sausage it was quite delicious although it took 30-40 minutes to arrive through uber eats it was still very flavorful and the cheese pull was excellent.

I'm lactose intolerant and I still ate two slices. I can assure you all that baby Bros uses real cheese and lots of it. The pizza and potatoes came out fresh and piping hot, absolutely delicious. The wings came out at less than warm. I won't be ordering the wings again. It was busy tonight but my buddy likes his wings not hot (temperature). I'll definitely be coming back. The staff is friendly, the register girl is polite, sweet, helpful, and accommodating. The restroom is unisex and clean.

Checked out Baby Bros Pizza today with the family. Good service and the food was yummy. We ordered wings, potatoes, salad & pizza. They have a good size dining area. They offer Pepsi products as well as some beer options. Portions are sharable. Enjoyed the service, food and company.

Checked out Baby Bros Pizza today with the family. Good service and the food was yummy. We ordered wings, potatoes, salad & pizza. They have a good size dining area. They offer Pepsi products as well as some beer options. Portions are sharable. Enjoyed the service, food and company.

I got the pizza and wings with my husband and I a couple of weeks ago. The pizza was good but the crust was unpleasant, really hard and hurts to swallow. However, the actual pizza part was amazing, alot of pepperoni's. The wings could of have more sauce but they were pretty good.

Disappointed,...👇 totally different from what I saw on Instagram. If there was a single word to describe this pizza, it would be Flat.

My family and I visit this place because I was craving pizza so we decided to give it a try. But The wings do not taste like the flavors they have on the menu. The pizza was hard. This place is over hyped for what really is. Don’t believe everything you see on instagram. Definitely not coming back. I thought it was pretty pricey for nasty pizza. Pierre Pizza has better pizza than this place. And that’s the honest true. Take your money somewhere else.

Look I'm going to be honest, the food here is good. I love their pizza. The service is terrible, be ready to wait over an hour for a simple order, you will see others coming in getting their food and you will be ignored. The place gets crowded and a lot of people get upset that they have waiting for ages. It is really hard to get parking and leave the parking lot. Also their manager refuses to speak to people and pretends to not be around when she is.

So I call this evening to make and order of 2 pizza’s , one cheese only and one Hawaiian, so maybe the cook didn’t hear me well but when I got to the place the girl tells me that my order it was only one pizza … so I waited patient 10 minutes for my pizza , For my surprise the cook give me the 2 boxes on my hands (got feeling) so I got home and surprise… Never going back there!!!

I had not been here for a while because they replaced their mojo potatoes for potato wedges which I can get anywhere, but we still went because we were hungry and pizza used to be good. What a bad experience: when people that got there after started getting their orders first, I ask and they said sorry, we dropped the pizza and had to make another one. Waited another 15 minutes, asked again, they said it was almost ready. Then it turns out they lost the order, needless to say after 45 minutes I asked for my money back and me and my family left, hungry to say the least.

I feel like I got robbed. I ordered 18 pc wings and they were super small. Like some baby wings.. not even exaggerating but damn they they are our so small it was funny funny. For the price it should have some meat in them not a 1 bite wing lol

Reported to BBB, I've been trying to resolve my issue since early May we are now in JULY and not one person has been able to help, This place is a SCAM! I’ve called this store over 15 times to speak with a manager and they say they don’t have one. This is ridiculous I’m at lost of $430 for an orders I called to cancel well in advance! I emailed management and nothing either.

We had a really bad experience, we did an online order thru their website as they were not answering the phone with special instruction’s, as we have kids that don’t like certain items. The wait time states 25 min when we got there it took them 40min to hand me my pizza (it’s fine I still waited) when I finally got the pizza it was not what I had ordered my husband advised them they order was incorrect and they stated well, this is what came out in the receipt. My husband asked them if there was any way they could fix it or just return him the money they gave him a hard time telling him they were not going to give him any free items which my husband was not asking all he was asking was if they were able to fix the pizza because our kids were not going to eat or if they could refund him the money. At the end, they left my husband standing there with the box of pizza. He took the pizza as they weren’t going to refund him the money, but their customer service needs to improve.

However, on our visit today, 5/28/25, the two male employees present during the evening shift were unprofessional and appeared dismissive in their interactions. If they are uncomfortable providing customer service, it may be beneficial for them to consider alternative roles better suited to their preferences.

Used to love this place. I simply tried to place an order and accidentally did pickup, they told me it is in the oven 5 seconds after placing the order so I can pick it up the next day. So they just leave pizzas out over night for the next day? Never going back they are black listed.

So we ordered Online two large pizzas and when we got our order all we got was a large box of potatos. Clearly some type of mix up. We tell driver that this is the wrong order. He says not his problem. So we drive to business location hoping our pizza will be there or thinking as a business that they would care to make it right after having spent over $80.00 something on pizza. No I was wrong, they said it was their problem, the driver took the order. All they can say is maybe the driver took the pizza. The best they did was give a small pizza not the two large pizza i had paid for. That didn't fix the problem. I paid for two large n would only be given a small pizza as compensation. In what world does that make sense??? I enjoy the pizza but the customer service really truly needs some work.

Baby Bros in Downey has the worst customer service. They were rushing me to order at the register, than when we got our order we asked for ranch, mind you we ordered a large pizza, potatoes and a large salad, and we only got served for out pizza and potatoes than my partner asked for Ranch dressing than the waitress said rudly $1.38 up front and turned her back, so the next waiter that came by we asked him for ranch he is like you ordered a salad and we said yes, he checked our receipt came back with our salad and ranch. The table next to us asked for 4 extra ranches same to the same waitress and the waitress said yes, came back with 4 ranch dressing and didn't say anything about the charge. We usually go to the one in El Monte & always had great service, never again will we return to this one in DOWNEY.

Terrible experience!!!! I ordered a speciality pizza through their online website, and made a special instruction request to make it half pepperoni. My request was never granted! Not only did I receive the wrong order, but the pizza wasn't even cut. When I reached out for assistance, to make my order to what I requested. They refused to fix there mistake and claimed the special feature doesn’t present itself to there receipt. And I’m very understandable, no one is perfect especially if there’s a glitch in the system. But the effort to fix the customer order should be a priority. And they refuse to fix it. He claimed I wanted a free pizza to his staff and I when over heard him, I stated to him “No one is asking for a free pizza, I just want what I ordered”. I requested my money back as I was not getting what I paid for and to speak to a manager, and they said there was no one on site. End of story, they did not want to fix the problem or be accountable to return my money to what I ordered knowing there is a glitch in there system.

The server said this exactly “you guys are lucky to get your food, we have so many door dash and pick up orders that they’re making that a priority right now.” SUPER weird statement to begin with saying their lucky they got their food as is they didn’t pay for it and very dumb of them to not manage their orders properly and stopping the doordash orders cause they were obviously overwhelmed. 6:30pm and they are still waiting for their pizza and i still haven’t received any type of food either. My son won’t stay still cause he’s hungry and getting impatient with the pizza we promised him so I begin walking around with him till we get the order while my wife is taking care of our new born at the table. We finally got our mediocre food around 6:40pm then ate and left around 7:00pm. Worst part about it is that they knew from the beginning that it was gonna be more than an hour for any dine in order but didn’t bring that information to anyone till after an order is placed. I will never be returning again and I highly suggest you don’t dine in if you do decide to try this mediocre pizza unless you love waiting around and wasting time.
