bd's Mongolian Grill – Dublin

Apostle James B made a lady in our church so happy 😊 she 😊 smiled. His service is debonair. He should get a raise to the management of Mongolian Grill. We all got to sing Happy birthday 🎂 to Ms Rosa.

De-licious.. Got the 1 bowl meal. Where basically you get your bowl go up to array ingredients and whatever you want to eat up there you stuff into your bowl. (ALWAYS GET NOODLES) Take up your bowl an they hibachi it there on the grill an you are ready to eat. Can't beat it for a fun date night out.

One of my favorite go to when visiting Columbus. Our server James B was top notch!! One of the best servers I've had. Food was amazing!

BD Mongolian BBQ is always a solid dining decision. I was in Dublin, Oh and stopped in to grab a bite yo eat. A big parking lot, plenty of spots to park. Had a 10 minute wait, that’s not bad for a Sunday evening here. Tables & booths were the seating options, I grabbed a table. The atmosphere is always relaxing & enjoyable. My server was awesome, friendly & playful banter. The buffet was very clean & stocked. The cooks happily prepared my food, ever entertained us with some jokes. The good as always is simply delicious, hot, tasty & filling. I never pass up an opportunity to grab lunch or dinner there, neither should You.

James B and Shawna were FANTASTIC! Funny, easy going and super helpful.

We LOVE this place! My kids love choosing their own ingredients and the staff is so friendly and fun. The food is always fresh and delicious and the restaurant is clean. We were there for my daughter's 9th birthday and they treated her like a princess, singing to her multiple times, letting her ring the gong as many times as she wanted, and bringing her an ice cream sundae with candles. We will be back!!

Our server was James B he was fantastic! Great service, even put our food away for us which had never happened before. We love BDs for the food but he made it an even better experience.

James B was our server and he is amazing. he was incredibly kind and made the service personal despite being busy himself. he went above and beyond for one of my family members who is in from out of town to show her and tell her how it worked here.

I had a wonderful experience here and I usually do. They were very accommodating to my food allergies. The waitress that I had was a real treat she always made sure that I had a sticky note for each bowl that I needed made. I still believe the price to be fair and worth the value especially if you can eat more than one bowl. This is a place where I could see your experience varying wildly if you don't understand any level of cooking, but they do have recipe cards that make it easy for you to follow if that is the case. However the food has always been amazing for me they cook it very well. This is a place I always look forward to coming back to.

James B was our server and he was quick with not only his service but whit as well. Very enthusiastic and made our meal enjoyable! Man deserves a raise!!

James B was a fantastic server. He explained how everything worked to my boyfriend and I as first time attenders. Checked up on us multiple times thought the experience. Made sure we didn’t have any questions and got us everything promptly. My boyfriend said he would go back not only because the food was good but because James was such a good server.

James B was the best waiter I've ever had at a BDs! He was so helpful with my friend who had never been here before especially when she made something too spicy. I love this place but he elevated it further. The outdoor seating was very nice too!

Came for our son's birthday dinner. Food was amazing, and the service was spectacular. James B. Is by far one of the best servers we've ever had anywhere. Professional, kind, fun, personable and by the end of our dinner we felt like old friends. We can't wait to go back and visit again.

Shout out to James B. At restaurant 507 Dublin, Ohio. This man was by far one of the best servers I've ever had. Food was amazing and he made sure we knew what to do as first timers here. Food was amazing as well!

My wife and I are both retired, eat out 5 days a week. Mongolian grill being our choice a couple times a month. The food is always good, and priced for a good value. Our last visit we were greeted and served by Shauna at the Sawmill location. We are always happy when she is our waitress. Very friendly, very accommodating to your needs. I retired from the hospitality industry after 40 years in the business, it’s rare to find gems such as Shauna. They represent the face of the company very professionally. See you next time.

We celebrated my son's birthday there! It was nice, they allowed us to decorate a section of the dining room there were approx 20 ppl there and EVERYTHING WAS GREAT! WE CLOSED THE PLACE DOWN! Our server was Great even though she was the only one serving a large party. She was great and remembered EVERYTHING! THANK YOU FOR A MEMORABLE TIME!🎉

I absolutely love this place! I've came here quite a few times now and I always enjoy my time and experience here. My server Mickey is awesome! He is super friendly and is on top of making sure everything is good and our drinks are refilled. 10/10! Will be coming here again!

Micky provided exceptional service, promptly delivering our orders and addressing all inquiries efficiently, allowing us to proceed with our meal without delay. His attentiveness extended to beverage refills, which were handled with remarkable speed, and his demeanor was consistently pleasant and engaging. We anticipate returning to experience his outstanding service again.

Had a wonderful experience. It's pretty pricey so pay attention to that before going in. But it's a very neat experience.

Great dinner tonight! I love this place! The food is so good! I suggest the sweet soy sauce over chicken and steak! Our server was pretty good but she got a little scarce as the meal progressed. They got pretty busy though. She was very nice.

I personally love the food here, but our waiter today was absolutely amazing!!! We had James B as our server and he did a fantastic job! He made sure that we had everything we needed and never missed a beat. I genuinely hope I can have him as a server next time I come!

Food was great! Our server James B. Was outstanding! If you know he is working you definitely want to ask for him (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturdayand Sunday)! Only thing I will say is that one of the cooks (red shirt) burned his fingers and immediately licked them and then went back to cooking. I also saw him wipe his face on a towel and not wash his hands. Mgmt may wanna remind the cooks to wash their hands more frequently.

Dark and cavernous, BD's is not the spot for a comfy cozy atmosphere by any stretch. The place was almost empty (not too surprisingly) at 1:45 on a Tuesday but it only emphasized the loneliness of the space. Our server was not thrilled to be there- "How are you?" to which he replied "I'm here." He vaguely explained the process to get the made to order menu option, brought my husband water instead of soda and treated everything with a frantic attitude despite there being only 3 tables of customers and at least one other server. All that said, the make your own bowl that is cooked while you watch was delicious. I had to get over putting raw chicken and fresh veggies into the same bowl (it's only for a minute or two I told myself) and the choice of meats, seafood, vegetables and sauces was outstanding and looked fresh. Add your choice of rice to the prepared order and voila! Plenty for now and leftovers too. Next time I would likely do carryout but it was good enough to warrant a next time...sometime.

This place used to be our favorite place to eat. It has gone down hill in quality. My wife has a food allergy and one of the regular cooks used to argue that the grill was clean (rather than cooking it in the back). Now he cooks it in the back but gives us attitude. I do not have a food allergy and on our last visit today this was on my plate (see pic). How clean can the grill be? Probably won't be back until they make changes. Edit: I sent them an email as their response requested. It's been a week and I've received no reply.

Would not recommend in the slightest me, my mother, and my girlfriend all ate here and withing 3 days had all contracted E.coli the raw ingredients are not kept over and clearly an employee is not washing thier hands. We have a new born baby we have to take care of and now I have to figure out how to take care of her without also having her contract E.coli. do not eat here it is a serious health concern
