Price is reasonable, service is bad, online orders are bad it’s been like 3 times I order online show up at time indicated on app and end up waiting additional 20 minutes because my order is not ready. People ordering at counter get their order faster. Additionally music is not pleasant to families or older people also lots of profane language and signs between employees in front of customers

I had ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas, one thin crust and some bread sticks at 4:22 it said it’ll be ready at 4:47. I left at 5:20, 2 minutes shy of an hour and i had just received my pizzas that were on the counter for 25 minutes.. my breadsticks were cold and I was given a substitution for my thin crust since they didn’t have any, yet I was still charged for the thin crust. Don’t order online unless you like to wait 30 extra minutes.

Everything about this place is Mismanaged with food being cold and Mediocre and unsanitary. No proper Sanitary ppe to food management or Proper food storage and insect infestation inside the building.As of Proper Customer Service is their lack of. Personally I Will Not Order or eat food of this establishment.

Ordered pizza from Door Dash.. pizza was supposed to be Pepperoni, Jalapeño, Onion and Mushroom. What showed up was a burned cheese pizza.. called store and after talking to 5 different people finally mgr said I could only get refund if I brought the pizza in to them. I said I ordered delivery and she said she couldn’t give me credit because it would be full credit for the soda and cookies too. I said, that’s not my fault… she said.. but we would be loosing money.. I said yes you are because now I am not only not going to reorder from you but I am not ever going to order again from you and I am going to show the picture of the burnt pizza I still had to buy from you.

Ordered a pizza on the app, never got a notification that it was ready. Went into the store 30 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready. I go inside and they tell me they never made my order because they are out of 2 ingredient toppings. So maybe call me? Don’t just take the money and not make the pizza. So now I’m having to wait inside for them to make a new pizza, that’s basically a hot n ready, but at a custom price. And then after I got back to my hotel, I saw they didn’t even cut the pizza so I had to tear the thing with my hands.

Man. I thought I was making it easier by ordering online and paying in advance. The app said it would be ready 20 minutes later. But, when I arrive, they say they are barely putting it in the oven. So I wait. And wait. And wait. Finally get a notice that it’s ready…..almost an hour after I ordered it. And I wasn’t the only one waiting. Not sure what’s going on at this location. But it is very slow.

I use to like it when I would order the $5 Classic Pepperoni Pizzas even if I had to wait for it because they only have the $6 pizzas ready to go; I didn't mind the wait at all because I would always get it freshly made and well made every single time. Lately I don't get the same service, I don't know if it's because of a new management or short of employees; but I really hope they can give better quality on the pizzas like it use to be. Now I have only received really dry pizzas with little to no tomato sauce, dried up tomato sauce, lots of bubbles on it, with little to no toppings on several slices of the pizza, a lot of thick crust almost half of the pizza and even though I have to wait a very long time for the $5 Classic Pepperoni pizzas they are still not freshly made when I receive it. I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the product and as well as the customer service.

A simple classic pizza wait time 7 min, but they took 10 min or more. Oh there was no line didn't understand why they had to wait that much. I liked it before when they where ready for pick up. Plain and simple.

Omg, every time doesn't fell they away make my order of beef pizza after I ask extra beef and pay extra they made it with a little beef plus full of bubbles.

Worst place to buy pizza. I waited 30 minutes in line for a $5 pizza and when they gave it to me, it was all cold.
