We did not stay in the hotel because they were sold out months in advance. But the casino staff were super friendly and helpful. We asked the same guy several questions at different times and he kept circling back around to make sure we were ok. There were stations where you could get free sodas or coffee. You could also scan a QR code and order alcoholic drinks from every slot machine in the building. There was a section behind a glass wall where smokers could go and smoke while they played. The casino restaurants were about as over priced as you'd expect, but there were chain restaurants as well. Freddie's, IHOP, and a few others inside the building.

It was our first time at Kickapoo Lucky Eagle. We had lots of fun, I know I gave 5 star for the location but it's really fear. Might go back just not anytime soon.

Ran down from San Antonio area and made a Saturday of it. Had a good time. I like the facility and they have a nice parking lot with security. This was my first visit and I was impressed. They have complimentary coffee (it was weak though) and soda, next to a full service bar. They also have several restaurant/food options. The size of the place and amount of machines is commendable and again, I was impressed. My wife won enough on slots to get ahead (I don't gamble). That said, I recommend you visit KLEC and check it out for yourself.

I hit up the casino for a bit and had a blast. Didn’t stay at the hotel, just popped in for some fun. They had free coffee and soft drinks, which was nice, and a few solid food spots to grab a bite. Overall, a good time and chill vibe.

Honestly this place is really amazing. I got a free room for my bday with a $100 deposit, got my refund within 7 days. The room was clean, so comfy and big. The only downside was we didnt know how to mess with the a/c. It kept turning off and on mode and we didnt know how to leave it on just on. But other than that it still got super cold which we loved. The hotel staff was super friendly, free valet and if you need to hold your stuff to play before you leave, they hold it for you. Super trustworthy. Casino machines, so much fun and I would see the cleaners clean regularly the machines, got free bingo for my bday got to win 60 bucks, so much fun ! Loves the breakfast from the marketplace, cheap and delicious ! Especially when you need something cheap after "donating" too much money 😆 the restaurant staff was super nice! We went when it was already closing and they still made us a taco , we are incredibly for that! Free sodas and coffee and the coffee was so delicious! So many games to play! The only downside i wish this place was closer haha! 10/10 stars!

Didn't stay at the casino. But the casino was fun. Was there with my 2 cousins and well it was fun. We ate at Riverbend tacos & nachos was pretty good.

Nice place for a weekend getaway. The only caveat for me is that they don't offer complimentary alcohol drinks while gambling like some of the other casinos do. Other than that I would go there again.

Pretty far out from any major airport but Eagle Pass is an ok town. Still didn't win much. Slots tight but restaurants are great !

Casino is 2.5 hours away so we usually just take a day trip there, it was lots better to stay overnight and not feel pressured to play in a hurry before we need to return, the rooms have skyrocketed in price, check in is at 4 & check out is 11 ( somewhat standard) but rooms start at 180$ a night, that’s money for the machines! So the experience is nice I just wish the hotel offered better pricing. I heard some people receive comp rooms so that’s a possibility at some point. Good luck if you visit!

2/02/2026 Room was nice and clean. We were awoken by a Blaring Smoke Alarm at around 3AM. Called front desk to report. Maintenance man came and replaced battery. At checkout we mentioned the problem. They showed no concern or future compensation.

I've been here twice, I don't really care for this casino, staff pleasant but I prefer friendly where I spend my money, This casino gives me the impression that they are trying to prevent bankruptcy or foreclosure, don't really care for customers just what you spend. In the middle of nowhere, no entertainment you're basically stuck casino and hotel ,not children friendly at all, nothing to do but gamble ,eat,go to your room .

Rooms and people are nice, but the machines DO NOT PAY. I’ve been here numerous times and it’s a very greedy place. I understand it’s a casino, but your chances are better at other casinos. Just being honest.

Whatever you do don't leave something behind in your room. You will not be allowed to go back up there to get it. They will send a message to housekeeping to look for it. Housekeeping will read this message whenever they get around to it. You will be forced to just wait in the lobby while your personal belongings are sitting in the room waiting to be picked up. As a matter of fact, I wouldn't even go to the front desk. Just go back up to the room and ask a housekeeper if they can look for you. Because the people at the front desk are fools. They will not walk with you back up to the room. They won't leave behind that counter even though there's six of them. They said it's policy that after a guest checks out they can't go back up to the room even if housekeeping has not entered the room yet to clean it. Dumbest policy I've ever heard in my life. So by all means whatever you do don't leave anything in your room or you'll be waiting for quite some time. God forbid you are in a hurry because they don't care.

Their Ev charge station is free but super slow, prop like 7kw, after an hour of charging, it only went up 1%. Also its tesla, so ud need an adaptor if you have a different brand car. The next nearest fast charge station is 1 hr away Also here is one about 20 mins away at a car dealership, at 60kw which is WAY faster than the casino, but they close their lot at 8pm :/

2 Stars given because Kickapoo changed thier rewards method and got real stingy with rewards and payouts have gone way down. We used to be black card members but its now impossible to obtain. We are VIP at Lauberge and Winstar and worth the longer drive. Rooms are available anytime for free or $26 for anyone else.

Has to be the worst casino in AMERICA! Haven't been here in 16 months nothing has changed. Food mediocre, employees are rude especially in the poker room. Strict rules on cell phones but yet the local are speaking in Spanish talking about there hands. What is that! Colluding like crazy. Can't be on your cell phone? Good reason not to pay the bad beat jackpot. I said I wasn't going to be back 16 months ago, this time is concrete. Machines don't pay out anything. Recommend Louisiana casinos ALL DAY!!!!!!!!!

My grandmother went this past weekend and from what the machine said she won bonus 3 times ($180) but the machine only paid $60. When she asked for a manager they told her that it operated under the bingo law so she could only get paid $60 versus the $180 the machine said she won. They they tried to tell her that it was Governer Abbott’s fault, as well as , President Biden that caused this to happen. Ridiculous that this is happening and you are stealing money from an individual trying to enjoy their time and winnings. Pathetic and gross.

You have to drive four miles out of the city just to get there I wouldn't do it again. It's a border town and the traffic is horrific. No one ever offers to bring you a drink. I do know that there is no liquor there unless you go buy it yourself but they don't even bring you a soda. You have to. Leave your machine so if you're on a good machine you would lose it

I Really hate leaving a Negative review especially when it comes to a casino. The First thing you think is if they lost and there mad but that isn't it at all my Wife and I don't mind losing we Never expect to win but you should get some value for your Dollar not just Look at all the pretty light now give us all your money! I really do not understand the appeal of this place at all they have Very little to offer but Extremely Tight Machines! No play at all! We left a day early it was Sooo bad and they wouldn't even credit the day? Lol not worried about it but just shows who they are! I Don't Not Recommend Coming all this way to get what really felt like being robbed! Way better places to spend your money and you can be there in an hour and a half! Lol Good Luck and God Bless!

Didn’t stay at the hotel so we are not sure about the rooms. Was hoping the 2nd time visiting we would actually see some winnings but no such luck. There are still no live tables and the slot machines are really tight. Also a lot of the popular slot machines are NOT here such as Dragon Link, Phoenix Link, Lightning Dollar Link, Top Dollar and Pinball. To be honest, we would rather commute an extra 3 more hours from San Antonio and go to Lake Charles LA or Choctaw Durant OK.

Last night my husband and I drove overnight with the intentions of spending spending time at Kickapoo gambling and renting a hotel at the casino. As we have a lot of family issues going on and decided to take a breather for ourselves. As we drove overnight got there in the morning everything started fantastic, until my ticket got stuck in a machine. When the game froze on me I attempted to press any button territory event and it never came out. I let management know and instead of assisting they started pointing fingers suggesting that I played my earnings which zeroed my balance out completely. We have been here several times and I've never had any issues, and as I want to be clear I'm not upset about losing $20 I am upset about the lack of empathy an understanding, and feel that I was being accused of lying. When I know that they can check cameras and see exactly what transpired. The times we have been there I have never gambled as a point where a couple cents weren't left on my ticket I have never been able to zero out completely and the Machine has never kept my ticket. When I expressed that I was not going to be arguing about $20 after another manager came up to accuse me I'm spending all my earnings as well, I also communicated I would not be staying at the hotel after all they struck their shoulders as if they didn't care. The worst experience i have ever had. So after driving with no sleep to be treated this way and have to drive back to San Antonio was very disappointing to say the least. I just wanted to communicate the experience that we had and God willing no one else will have to go through this. Especially because we haven't had time for ourselves in 6 years.
