Server is fast and efficient. I always go during my lunch time. There was 4 persons in front and all ordering more than one sandwich. It was not a problem for her. She helped us all in less than 10 minutes. Very impressive! Other places take forever even with two servers. Clean place. Clean restrooms. Also right off the expressway.

Their food is always good but they needa correct their business hours on the door as it is actually against guidelines to refuse a customer at 10 P if the door says 11 P.

Okay service, unprepared for the day. Running low on everything including ice.

I usually like going to this subway, but the last three times I went they didn't have spinach or teriyaki chicken.

We arrive at 8:05 and all chairs were on top of tables. We asked David. what time they closed he said 10pm and the diner close at 8:15 pm and you can’t sit down. Is only take out. What happened to seating down and enjoying a meal. The service was great from the lady, very friendly. I would of given a 5 star but due to not able to seat down and enjoy my meal when there are 2 hrs more before they close.

The only employee that served me nicely was the girl in training Desariee the manager or in charge of her was very rude making my sandwich and just unprofessional

Came in and a black kid with dred locks aparantly decided that his phone was more important that he didn’t even take our order. Check the cámaras and you will see the whole thing. June 5 2023 this happenswithin 8:50 and 9:00 at night

Drove up to drive thru window,male voice tells me to wait..waited 15min..i then check if maybe theres people indoors ordering, restaurant empty..i then drive to window ,no one there..i honk and then male comes from back and i ask " are you open"..he replies yes, im like well u have no customers, whats hold up..he says oh i was cutting vegetables in back! Hello,customers are first!!!! To top it off ,he was rude!

I was their few minutes ago like around 5pm and I was in line for a while waiting for the person in front finish ordering then the cashier ignore me and started attending the other person that enter the store she didn't bother asking what I need it it was so rude because I was next..never going their again..

They forgot to get my order when I did it online and then I went home found a hair in my food, and when I ordered again the didn't have any of the food I ordered. And still made me pay for it!

We asked him to make our sandwich a certain way and when we pointed out he forgot something he wanted to argue with us and say we never said that when we clearly did then he chops it up to he didn't hear us. He also failed to let us know when you build your own sandwich it's extra than before because they no longer do build your own ,the sandwiches came out horrible in the end

I thought y'all closed at 10pm not at 9:30pm. Need to change the hours on your door then... saying you close at 9:30 but then again I'm thinking y'all will close and lock the doors at 9pm instead of 9:30pm so y'all need to make up y'alls mind's. Do you close and lock doors at 10pm or 9:30pm. Let it be known so we don't waste our time driving to this location.

Edit: they are now strictly measuring and weighing the meat. A woman is now training the others to do it. She took some of the chicken OFF my sandwich and now you get about half to two-thirds what you’ve always gotten at pretty much any Subway anywhere ever. Not pleased. When I pointed it out, she just said, “that’s how we’re supposed to do it.” News to me as someone who has been a Subway customer since we all still thought Jared was the man. Bring back Alberto. Original: Very impressed by a young man working here. Extremely polite. Very hard worker. Competent. When there weren’t any customers he was cleaning the eating area thoroughly. You can tell he’s going other places in life, but it was nice to see a young guy killing it instead of doing the bare minimum. A real testament to his parents. Best of all, he didn’t call me “boss” a single time! Thanks Alberto!
