This Whataburger is in the original style of buildings and gave the place a retro vibe that was out of this world. Curbside pickup was quick, and the young lady was super kind to go back in and get some creamer that I forgot to ask for! Great service and attitude.

Sometimes the lines are long and take very long. I've waited 20+ minutes in drive through, but well worth the wait! The staff are always kind and the food is delicious! I recommend the spicy bacon burger meal, the patty melt and all the kids meals are good. The chocolate chip cookie is also good.

I usually just get curb side. If it's lunch hour, it might take s tad bit longer, but still tolerable. Quality is always on point, I rarely eat late night so I can't attest to that.

This was an odd ball for Whataburger which is my favorite "salad burger" the service was really unbecoming for this Company which really has always been the best. They're either not paying attention back there or hired employees that did not care. The food still a five star

Clean location with great service. I'm a big fan of Whattaburger and every time I visit Texas, if it was up to me, I would just get a #2 with Jalapeno Ranch to dip my fries in every day.

I came in last night about 9 o'clock or so and verbally placed my order in person & all went well. But later due mainly to MY OWN FAULT not knowing exactly what ingredients my sandwich (agsin my fault- Ingredients were clearly printed on the board). But nevertheless I was not completely happy with my order so i went back later & upon speaking to them- I immediately realized it was my own fault!😂 So Although I had already eaten one of the sandwiches I did return the other but requested 2 new ones in consideration- but realizing the mistake was my own, i felt a bit wrong to request both sandwiches because Was not at fault in this case. But still regardless the guy I spoke to immediately told me "no worries at all...we want customer satisfaction"😃👍 so of course I told him I would never make that same mistake again and he was totally friendly about it anyway! Then a few minutes later a different guy brought my new sandwiches out to me and although I am not certain I believe he may have been the cook who prepared them for me & he gave me my new replacement order with a totally wonderful friendly attitude!!! so this turned out to be a very good example of a bad situation they quickly used to make this customer even more satisfied than I would have been otherwise!! I will definitely remember last night great experience and i will certainly return to this Whataburger in the future👍👍👍

It’s been almost 16 years since I’ve left Texas for Wisconsin, the hospitality and professionalism in this restaurant reminded me how bad I missed being in Texas. To reiterate, all employees were really nice and seemed to love what they do.

I had the best experience today. I had placed an order online or rather I thought I had placed an order.And when I got here, they told me that they didn't have any record of my order. Of course.My battery was dying on my phone and it was taking a long time to pull up the order. I kept apologizing for it taking so long but they were like, no problem we can wait. I was able to charge my phone enough to see that I had not completed the order through the app.So I went ahead and completed it, and the hamburger was delicious. I just really appreciated their time and their courtesy.

Texas loves Whataburger - especially this one. Restored to it's original glory of the 1980s, this Whataburger is the place to go. The food is still great and the people are nice. Thank you Whataburger for maintaining your legacy at this location.

Fast and friendly service at this Whataburger location near Mesquite downtown. The food is always fresh and appetizing. Clean dining room and stocked well with condiments. My favorite condiment is that they even have French Vanilla creamer for their coffee ☕️. Highly recommend their spicy ketchup also!

One of Texas's great fast food chains. Been going to this location for decades,one of the first Whataburger in Mesquite and in the area. I've never had any issues. Provided condiments, napkins w/o having to ask. One of few Whataburgers with the iconic big triangle roofs! Keeping the original look but keeps it well maintained. Also, there are plenty of covered parking spots if you want to park and eat your food while it's hot & fresh!

I ask for no ice in one of my drinks and when I got to the window I noticed and told the person in the window and she was not happy and was not talking to me anymore. Told her thank you good night and she was not even looking at me. I was about to tell her that she gave me the wrong drink too but since she was upset I didn’t even mention it!

I’ve had some TERRIBLE service at this WB. I’ve avoided it at times to be honest. BUT!!! Mrs Angel is sweeter than pie and if she’s working I’d be glad to come to this location. She changes the atmosphere when she’s here and helps start a day with a smile. Good job give that woman a raise. This would be a 2 star review if not for her.

No matter which WB you hit, they're always slow as molasses on a cold day in the artic. The staff were super friendly. I appreciate that this location honors Veterans and Active Duty members. My avocado bacon burger was quite tasty. Although I didn't order the meal...I got two bonus fries.

Food tasted great. Was warm and fries were good. Only bad thing about it is...I found a nice long hair in my burger. Maybe some hair nets for everyone in the kitchen or handling food.. I had pretty much finished the burger too lol

Smaller old school Whataburger. Worker girls were loud being silly with each other and friends walking in, the manager was nice but didn't seem to want to keep the workers in check. Ther fried were not hot, probably sat a bit, the burger didn't have much for the condiments on it. I can usually expect WAB to smash those sauteed onions and peppers all over the burger, this one I didn't recognize. Bathrooms loomed like they were out of a prison, all diamond plate steel everywhere! I'd pass this one next time and go to another one

I love this place everyone is so nice, but I got charge for what I order and didn’t get what o order! 😭 first time this place disappointed me 😭😭 I ask for 2 spicy chicken sandwich and got what is on the picture except the 4 apple pies 🤦🏽‍♀️

Whataburger is my favorite fast food place to get a burger and fries. After a long day of traveling, my brother-in-law stopped by this location to get me something to eat. I have no idea what was going on at this location that night, but something was off. (We tend to stop by this exact location whenever I fly into town, as it's usually late as there aren't many options at 11pm.) The female who was working the drive-thru couldn't get my cheeseburger order correct. (Ketchup, pickles, and mustard only.) We had to repeat it 4 times. Once she finally got it correct, she didn't ask if we wanted anything else, which surprised me. We had to tell her that we needed other items. We were rather apprehensive about how our food would taste since our visit was going very well. When we arrived at the house, only a few minutes after we got our food, much to my chagrin, my fries were barely room temperature, and my burger was so cold that the cheese wasn't melted. The only good thing about our food was that my cheeseburger had the requested items on it. My brother-in-law's food wasn't prepared correctly, which was ironic since he didn't request any changes from the way it's listed on the menu board. I hope it was a 1 time occurrence as I'm usually starving by the time I leave the airport.

I ordered through the app and once I got there I ended up waiting for 25 mins. Once I got home I noticed they gave me the wrong burger. I had ordered a patty melt but got a sweet & spicy bacon burger. Food was still good but just disappointed.

The gentleman that worked the window was so kind and friendly but our food was cold. How?!?! We waited in a line behind 4 cars so everything should be fresh. The cheese didn’t even melt in my burger and the onions were raw when they advertised the burger I ordered as grilled. The bun tasted stale. Even the apple pie was cool. Not a good food experience at all.

The young woman at the window did great, she gave me everything I needed and had very good customer service. But it’s just sooo crazy how long it takes to get your food at 3 in the morning when u barely have ANYONE there. And also I asked for light sauce on my wings and there literally drowned in sauce

Service and food were highly disappointing. Waiting in line for over 15 minutes and I was the only customer in line.. The gravy was as thin as water with grease being the only flavor. 😥

The order took nearly 15 minutes. The fries were fine, but the burger wasn't prepared the way I had asked while ordering (I wanted the jalapeños that came on the burger grilled, nothing complicated), and the jalapeño cream cheese that comes on the burger didn't have any jalapeños in it. Oh, and the burger was only lukewarm when I got it.

If you don’t have 30 minutes to wait, don’t bother. Doesn’t matter how you order. You’ll sit at the drive thru waiting for them to notice you. Then you’ll wait forever at the window. No one will check in, update, or even look at you. Six cars behind us bailed out of line. They clearly gave our food to someone else or forgot it, but there was no explanation. No apology. Just here’s your food, too bad you had to wait, get out. Terrible service, go somewhere else.

Used to love coming to this location but the service has been less than satisfactory in the past few months. I’ve had two different negative experiences. First experience involved getting a cold hamburger combo. The meat was cold and you could obviously tell that it wasn’t fresh. When I made a complaint to the girl that charged me for my meal, she responded by saying that the meat was placed on the bun straight off the grill. Which was not the case because the burger was cold to the touch. Not very professional customer service from the girl. If a customer complains, that’s not how you respond. My burger was remade but it made the overall experience uncomfortable. Second experience involved ordering a chicken tender combo so that I could avoid the same type of situation with something being wrong with the food. I chose to dine in, so I waited for my combo for more than 20 minutes. I didn't see a sign of anyone coming to give me my order so I stood up, took my receipt to the front, and only then one of the employees called my order number to be picked up when she saw me standing at the front. Overall just disappointed at how much the customer service has changed.

Intercom I had to turn off my vehicle in order to hear the person taking my order restaurant can make waaaay more money but the personal too slow I was on drive thru for over 10 minutes and still had to wait on my food NEED NEW MANAGEMENT

Every time I've been to this location is takes then about 25 min to make my order even if the lobby is empty and/ or it's a simple order. If you use a coupon your definitely not getting cheese on your burger and if you tell them to sub mustard for mayonnaise with a coupon the just won't do it. Multiple occasions of dissatisfaction. Hate to see the iconic location with the A Frame and lights to do so poorly on customer satisfaction. Constant management and employee turnaround as this has been my local watabrger for years. Do better.

What has happened to Whataburger? The tables were dirty. My order was incorrect and this is apparently the norm since at least two others complained that their order was wrong too. The atmosphere was one of incompetence and apathy. Disappointing.

I mean three months ago the burgers were warm when we would go for a late night grub. But on two separate occasions already they forgot something. This time my burgers were cold and you can see the bread was not usually how they make em it was cold and stale . It was very flat also almost like a sandwich imagine eating a bologna and cheese sandwich lol but either than that the customer service was good. Food not so much. 🤷🏻‍♀️😏

The were not friendly at all, barely not considered being rude...My second order I picked up during the same visit was because I told the staff how horrible my 1st order was!! I asked could my 1st order be replaced and was not granted the request because I didnt let them upfront!! This ia truly understandable, but I dined in, so she clearly seen me not enjoying the food, and still replaced because she knew herself it was nasty and old!! And I do believe this young lady was apart of the leadership team!!! Smile abd please dont show the customer how much you rather not be there!!! Its a NoGo for me!!! I did visit 2 Whataburger s recently, so I do hope this is the correct Whataburger bc I surely did enjoy my short amd sweet service at the other!!!

The staff was all kids. They didn't do anything that I asked for my burger, The fries were just about cold basically, and my order wasn't worth $17. The worst Whataburger I've ever been to.

It is so rare I don't leave a 5-star review. I know businesses are struggling, and ratings drive the industry. If I can't leave 5, I tend to not review at all. Yet, I can't morally or ethically give this store a rating higher than 1-star. The food is what you'd expect, so is the long wait like most Whataburger locations, but this store at Belt Line and Kearney/Gross Rd has the rudest, nosiest staff I've ever encountered. I don't go to a drive-thru to be interrogated about my day, I don't know anyone who does. One employee asked me loudly out the drive-thru window, "you mad bro?" and out of the kindness of my heart I ignored the question — but he asked again, louder. I wasn't, until he had asked it the second time. I'll elaborate: After providing my unlocked phone, I was rudely informed "we don't take apple pay," when I don't use Apple at all, in any context, as a rule. My "tap to pay" literally mimics my card's tap, and has always been accepted anywhere that has "tap to pay" capability. I said as much, indicating that the employee should try again. Another employee shoved past them, interrupting, insisting I need to give them the physical card. So, trying to not hold up the line, I immediately began to dig it out of my bag, where it has been packed for nearly six months. It's 2024 — legitimate businesses with a real tap to pay do not ask for my card, so there's no reason for me to keep it within easy reach. While digging through my bag to fulfill their arguably ridiculous assertion, is when the younger looking employee shouted, "you mad bro?" and when I didn't instantly answer him "hey bro, you mad that you need your card?" I'm nearly 40, I'm not your "bro," I'm a customer in your line, and my mood (or the cause of it) is none of your business. NO, "BRO," I wasn't mad, right up until you were so brazenly disrespectful, and loudly asked me twice if I was mad. Ironic, when you could've just politely requested an alternate payment method from me, like an adult, and I wouldn't have thought twice about it. The people I know in this area warned me to not go to this particular store, that I should detour and visit any "nicer" Whataburger, and I wish to God I had listened to them. I'm a chill guy, it takes a whole whole lot to upset me at all, and today I left the Whataburger in a seething rage. I've learned my lesson. I won't be back. I really hope everyone learns from my experience — don't go. It doesn't matter how good the food might be if the staff is rude. EDITED TO ADD: They also forgot my ordered condiments, and didn't include napkins. So in addition to being rude, they also are incapable of handing you a complete order. You have been warned 👌 don't waste your time or money at this one.

Was good years ago now it’s just a bunch of kids playing around in there. Took me almost 30 minutes in the drive thru, there were only 2 cars and was not busy at all. As I came to the window and sat waiting all I could see was the kids playing around no cooking going on. Then when I left they forgot a sauce I asked and paid for. I didn’t even bother going back in. Waste of time.

Very poor service. I did an online order set for curbside pickup. It was scheduled pickup for between 9:03am and 9:09am. I checked in and gave the slot number at 9:03 am. At 9:25 a.m., still nothing. I went inside, and the cashier, who didn't seem like the brighest light bulb on the chandelier, said that someone had already come and got it. She apparently didn't realize that she was the one to bring it outside because it was still sitting on the counter behind her. She was mouthing under her breath the whole time. I asked to speak to the manager, and she didn't think that I needed to. I asked again to another person, and she got the manager. She said that she would replace the meal next time that I came in to order. When I got home, the three orange juices that I ordered were not in the bag. So, not only did the initial cashier not know or didn't care about her job, but she also didn't know that it was her responsibility to add the drinks to the order since they were bottles of orange juice. I would like to go back there to see if they honor the manager's word, but I am afraid that they might do something to the food.

They are so ghetto and unprofessional (late night crew) A male was on the phone with me cussing at another guy! And then I was upset and y one of the guys talking about calm down! I was pissed off because I had to come back up there… And then when they recooked my onion rings they were worse than the first ones!!! Don’t go to this WHATABUGER!!!!! NIGHT CREW SUCKS!!

Today my mother stopped by to order some food and she was left waiting for more than 20 minutes for someone to take her order. As soon as another customer came up to order they attended that customer and basically ignored my mother. She asked them why she was being ignored and she was there before those other people they basically went off on her, we asked for the manager and the lady who was being disrespectful said she was the GM! I don’t know what kind of establishment is this but we did not feel that we were welcome. They were being discriminated towards us for no reason, If you’re Hispanic, Latino I do not recommend you go to this establishment specifically to this location. Take your business elsewhere! These people have no morals and no respect for human race at all. Sad how this world has come out to be.

I want to suggest a regional manager come and do a whole overhaul of this location. I don't wanna just leave a bad review . I wanna believe that nobody knows how bad things are here . We stood in a line , one that didn't exist. And it wasn't a single person at the counter. One of the cooks finally apologized for the wait and attempted to help us. After ordering our food, it didn't take as long as the time it took for us to give them our order, so that's the one and only honest positive part.

This store is dirty! Placed a mobile order today well in advance to MAKE SURE they had time to get it ready before I arrived. NOPE! I still waited 30 minutes before they got it ready. For two chicken biscuits. Then I go inside and the manager is double teaming the drive thru window with an employee to help that area while ignoring the long line at the front counter. Understaffed, dirty facility, and mismanaged overall. I also noticed a smell of BO or roaches. Idk which. I won’t be back!

I know to keep my expectations realistic. However, my recent visit Whataburger was beyond disappointing. It's clear that management has let things slide significantly.Upon arriving, I was taken aback by the disarray from not having any buns to not having any cup holders as i approached the window, I couldn't help but glance inside, only to be met with a snarky comment from the employee: "Why are you looking in here" "You just place your order." This kind of attitude is a clear indication of how little they care about customer experience.From the messy counters to the indifferent staff, it seems that the management has completely checked out. Fast food doesn't have to be gourmet, but basic cleanliness and courteous service should be a given. Unfortunately she failed miserably on both counts.Save your time and money and go somewhere that values its customers and takes pride in its service.

This review is more over this location's lack of being able to do breakfast. Not so much in the food is bad but repeatedly, I have tried to pick up food from here (usually around 1230 to 130 in the morning or so) and I am told that it isn't ready, started or any other number of excuses. I can understand this happening possibly once or twice, but I have went by this location multiple times within 3 weeks and have had the same run around of no breakfast. If you're unwilling to do breakfast, then just close up and open back up at 12 in the afternoon. Stop wasting everyone's time.

Don't use the mobile app for curbside pickup. Apperantly they have a whole computer set up to let them know when someone is there but it doesnt work lol. Waited the other day over 30 minutes ( not the first time either its everytime we go now). The food was ice cold . My partner and I just watched them from our car sitting in the dinning area laughing and talking amongst themselves. Manager finally notices us . Once we got our food had to immediately go back in because again ice cold. A lady was sitting inside and told me word for word. " the manager knew your food was cold and still went out and gave it to you..". They said they would remake the food but I'm pretty positive they only put the same food under a heat lamp or something and made us wait a little while longer just to recieve it cold yet again. I realized when getting in the car and at that point I just wanted to go home. It had been over an hour at this point. I'm just not coming back to this location. It's just fast food I get it but they lack basic respect for their customers. Thanks for cookie and brownie I guess?

Sad sad time when whataburger of all places has failed an entire community. We used to only use the one in Sunnyvale but they hire nothing but careless children. The service is horrible and the food is not fresh. We’ve now started using the location on Kearney. That location had always been good but Sunnyvale was closer. The last 2 times we’ve gotten food from the Kearney location the order was not correct. The meat on the burger tastes old. A large fry should have a large portion. Every time I get a large fry it is half full. For years whataburger has always been the go to spot for fast food. I’ve been failed too many times now. I won’t be back.

Pulled up to the Whataburger location near Mesquite High School in Mesquite. Ordered grilled chicken sandwich. Team member came back with " that sandwich will take an extra 10 min". 5 cars in drive thru and looked like two parked in front. Why longer? So I selected the fried chicken sanwich meal. Long wait in line. Finally got up to window. Asked for extra mayo and salt and pepper. Cashier chuckled and said "It's too late for that" Told her I just wanted some packets of mayo. Said don't have it. So I did not explain that they put mayo on the sandwich so they did have mayo. Asked for salt and pepper. She put a handful in the bag. Got home, every fry was as hard as rocks. Salt and pepper turned out to be just pepper. Ice gone from ice tea and sandwich had a dirty grease flavor. I love whataburger. Not this location. Maybe you should add 10 min extra to your sign for ck breast order. Also - you better ask for extra condiments when you order or you won't get them. Very dissapointed in food quality and service.

This place has fallen off so hard, im reposting this review. Literal hour long wait times for a chicken sandwich, (including the window employee telling me 45 minutes later, that they were out of texas toast.) Completely unprofessional and frankly unacceptable. This location either needs to be SHUT DOWN or purge the staff here so they can start treating their customers with respect and the bare minimum human decency to treat their guests in the way the employee would like to be treated. -1/10. Do better.

It understanding why the drive thru is a so slow. People behind me have already left after ordering their food. Four cars in front of me and the first one was there when I pulled in to order and I've been in line for 10 minutes and the first car just moved. The food is cold cheese isn't melted st all. Fries and burger has way way too much salt in it. I will let corporate know

Has to be the worst place to try get an order correct and will be the last time we visit this location. The staff is so unprofessional and try to blame customers for their mistakes. They are more interested in being on their phones are making fun of customers, then blame you when your order is wrong, then wanted me to say please if I wanted my order corrected. This location is a joke and people should avoid this location at all cost. Sunnyvale location is a little further and the service is way better.

If you don’t mind awaiting 20 minutes + for food, this is the place. The wait time for your food is always extensive here. Really sad place and management is horrible and don’t like you to speak your concerns regarding wait time. Either hire more employees or shut it down. No one should ever have to await 20+ minutes for hot food. Just sad!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I had order my burger with cheese and when at the drive through, I asked to fix my burger and they declined, said they couldn’t fix it or give me a new one because the burger was made already. I don’t understand, why they couldn’t just add the cheese if I’m paying for it??? Plus my fries were cold. DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS WHATABURGER

This location is the worst. Every time we come (which is like once every 4 months) we have a issue with the order and unfortunately it’s one of the only places open past 10 near us. We came here on Saturday 07/06 at 11:15 pm and there was only 2 other cars in the drive thru. When we pulled up to get our order taken we were told it was a 25-35 minute wait JUST TO GET OUR TAKEN! Yes! TAKEN. I thought that was ridiculous for a fast food place. We obviously left, but will never try to give this whataburger a chance ever again.

If you are in management and you’re reading this, understand that you’re store has completely gone rogue and abandoned customer service. They’re pretending their system is down, they’re taking 30+ minutes to get an order out. They are unapologetically slow and could could not care less. They’re making you look bad. We want better from y’all. Please do better.

The food was horrible everybody there all want to be just standing there where they prep the food. The cashiers are on there phones or talking to each other the store is not clean I think the manager needs to do her job. And there was a Hispanic lady that applied for a job and she told me that they gave her the run around about hiring her. It's sad how this place use yo be a good place to eat and now they have all this young people working here getting payed to do nothing.

Drive thru order, pulled up at 12:00 midnight, didn’t leave until 12:35, for a simple order a chicken tender combo and one sweet n spicy burger. We got home 4 minutes away and all of our food is cold. Do t recommend this location gave it a shot because it looks traditional and it let down so hard what a waste of our time and money!

Ordered online and still had to wait in line for over 30 minutes! This place needs new management and new staff! Then people want to get rude when asked what's going on and taking so long.. Will have stay with the Sunnyvale location for now on

I wish I would have to give 1 star ! Mathew one of the manager has no care for his guest at all. I hate to see what the margins are at with all the food they had to replace tonight. 3 people after me while I'm waiting for them to fix mine was wrong! The guy up front was like really again. I wouldn't be so made but, I called 9 times and the 1- 800 to let them know I was going to let the kids eat them come up to fix it. No answer! When I asked Mathew to have the GM call me he was like you can call in the am. Ya! I

If I could give zero stars I would...!!! This location is horrible!!! The wait is always long and the quality of food has gone down significantly. They have extra tinted windows at drive thru. I guess that is to prevent people from glaring at them while they wait 10 mins or more for someone to open the window. That's after waiting 20-30 mins to get to the window. Do all of us a favor and close this location!!!

Went through the drive through ordered my food and then waited like 25 minutes in the line once I got my food the burger was made incorrectly and the fries were the wrong size then I went inside to correct the burger and waited another 10 minutes bringing my total time here to 35 minutes. you would atleast think waiting almost 30 minutes in the line they could get the order right but I’m proven wrong every day unfortunately.

I love me some Whataburger but steer clear of this one after hours! We enjoyed an evening at a haunted house and were dropping off a friend near this establishment. We arrived at 10:49p and decided to wait 11 minutes to order breakfast. Mind you, there were no other patrons inside or at the drive thru when we placed our orders. Tell me why it took well over an hour to get our food?! My friend jokingly said, "We aren't getting our food til tomorrow." He wasn't wrong. There were 8 of us and we didn't get our food at the same time either. Some of us finished our food before the next 2 rounds of orders came out. Just ridiculously long wait! What made the wait worse was that we had to keep hearing a rude, loud-mouthful, unprofessionally speaking employee with a tat on her neck with no regard to the patrons. At one point a teen walked in asking for his drinks and one of the employees told her he was waiting and the neck tat employee loudly responded, "He's going to have to wait. I'm going to the restroom." We were sitting in the far back tables and could hear every foul thing coming out of her mouth. Definitely not returning to this particular restaurant. It's a shame too because it's one of the few A-frame WBs left that takes you back in time.

Went through the drive through about 10:30 p m friday 4-4-25 The service was really bad this time. The burgers were sloppy. The fries were old overcooked and cold. Never had service like this. I didn't even get a receipt. They were polite but I will never go in the evenings to eat. At this water burger, off Water burger 80 store number 128 e kearney st Mesquite I live near in a water burger off a Galloway. By the town east mall I don't go there before the same reason the food is sloppy. And cold and bad severe I do not recommend you to go in the evenings at after 10. I bought two waterburger Cambo's money wasted We did not even eat it.It looked awful

They continue to make mistakes on my orders. I come here for the Cobb salad with chicken and it states the ingredients yet they want to charge me extra for cheese and bacon when it states on the menu that it comes with it. Tonight I ordered the same as usual and the guy repeated my order back and yet the forgot the chicken on the salad that comes with chicken. Are you serious? Anytime I come in the day, they get my order right. Everytime I come at night, they mess up my order. Unacceptable and incompetent.

Don't come to this water burger.Unless you want your order messed up , they don't know the difference when somebody asks for wings and can charge you for this sauces.Why would I need buffalo sauce and ranch sauce with no wings

Went during the epic ice storm. Glad they where open but dont understand why inside was closed there where plenty help inside. Sat in drive thru for 1 hour and 14 minutes. Food was cold both burgers where wrong fries where just as cold as cold as the cheese on the burgers. Lol the /family. Owned locations in mesquite gave become a joke. Wow do better

Went to this location to get an order for me and my wife. We placed 2 separate orders since we had offers in the app. I was told my order was done but that they were still waiting on my wife’s even though we got the same thing and she placed her order before I placed mine. I waited for 15-20 minutes before asking what was taking so long. I was told her order was finished 15-20 minutes ago and that the front register lady didn’t ask for it. She was also playing on her phone while I was standing there waiting. When me and my wife went to eat our food, they were both cold to the touch. They also didn’t put mustard on my wife’s burger. I recommend going to any other location because they mess up the orders often and are VERY rude at this location.

My mobile order from August 8, 2025, was incorrect and unsatisfactory, even though I paid extra for the additions. I did not receive the extra protein and cheese I was charged for, and the accompanying fries were cold. Despite reaching out to Customer Care two months ago about this failure to deliver what I paid for; I have not yet received a reply.

I’m usually not one to leave bad reviews but honestly it was such a bad experience. I was there for 1 hr waiting on my food plus 30+ minutes trying to get a refund. I came up to the window and payed and it seems they were having problems with my food, after 30 minutes of being at the window I honked to see what was the hold up and they just looked at me and ignored me, twice ! While I was at the window I noticed one of the workers eating fries and picking at his hair. I decided to go inside and get a refund. It seems like their system was down, but they had my order ticket so they knew what I ordered . Even if their system was down , the grills and stuff was working so I don’t understand why they weren’t taking out orders, they already had my money. There was at least 6 people working and yet still no one could find a solution to their problems. Their manager had to call their regional manager to come in. When she came in, she realized that one of the issues as to why their tickets weren’t printing is because they had the wrong printer paper in ! Anyways, I’m a human, I work in customer service too, I understand sometimes things aren’t working out . But at least communicate with your customers. Let people know that you are having issues, whatever the issue might be. Don’t just continue taking orders and making people wait for over an hr and ignoring people when you don’t know how to handle a situation. This location definitely needs to be looked at , trained for better customer service, drugged checked , and maybe upgraded on their technology. I got my refund after and hr and a half, went to the whataburger off 80 and got my order in less than 10 minutes.

Waited 40 mins over my scheduled time to pick up my online order. Girls talking about gossip while I stood at the counter waiting. Once they came and asked for my order name I then waited 40mins it seems they only started cooking it then. Then I came back in to get some items they forgot as my bag had no sauce or ketchup or napkins. Then when I was gonna eat my cinnamon roll it was super stale, dry, and hard. The label clearly shows this needed to be discarded over 24hrs ago! Crazy this location needs to be under new management this is the only fast food place that consistently has these issues.

Not happy half way through my Burger I decided to take some onions out of my burger just to see a bug in it ,😩 service was good tho but I won't be coming back to this location no wonder the manager keep getting on to them back there .
