I love coming here for salad and sit and eat especially when Rita is here she so fun & you could tell she love her job..fyi:just come here if you having a bad day they will serve you right all the time.....

Got a healthy salad. They held the cheese because I asked them to and I got it with grilled chicken, bacon and avocado, no dressing and a free senior decaf coffee. Service was fast, courteous and accurate.

My daughter just had had 2 teeth pulled. She need something cool to eat/drink that would be soothing. I came up with the Frostie. It did the trick. With a spoon it was the best thing that she could have for the next 6 hours. It was soothing, cool and made her feel soooooo good. That's one for Wendy's and Mom. Yeah!

Great service and always has good company in the dining area. The spicy chicken sandwiches are always well put together and tasty. The workers make great friends also.

Love this place. Most of these people are from the wendys that used to be in five towns and they moved over here. Good customer service for sure. Like ordering food here. My only issue is that the outside need to be renovated to the more modern wendys look.

When I walked into this restaurant the cashier with the lovely wavy black hair Stalin waved at me and smiled with his beautiful white teeth. He made me feel so welcomed and he even gave me a large drink instead of small and didn’t charge me for it. I know that he should get a raise. Recently had an outstanding experience here. Whoever was working the overnight Thurs-Fri you rock!!! I got sandwiches on the app no buns and extra lettuce and they lettuce wrapped the sandwiches for me! This is a very nice wendy's and has been remodeled. Friday is free fries Day, Any size with a purchase. It's On the app. You also get points for your purchases by scanning the q.R code on your phone for the offer You're redeeming or just for purchasing. Food is good. Just request Hot fries if that's what you want and you can also get free extra lettuce and tomato or just regular. Senior drink is only 50 cents. And there are Always great deals on the app !

This is a great Wendy's location. They always have fresh ingredients and have the good specials through the Wendy's app. Quality is there and the price is also the best out of the fast food chains in my opinion. Clean dining area and bathrooms. Friendly staff. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, and their 4 items for 4 dollars special. Good value and food is great. Paid about $17 for a Jr hamburger, medium fries, a Jr cheeseburger, 4 piece spicy chicken nuggets, a small strawberry lemonade, and two regular spicy chicken sandwiches.

Rachel is a great host and has a pretty sweet smile and gets my order right all the time I love to go to Wendy's all the time Tom.

I go out of my way to go to this one because they actually keep their soda lines the same when they change their canisters. And they actuallu remember to put salt on their fries every single time is if that is the hardest thing to do for other places. I love going into places that don't know how to put salt in their fries and ask them how the hell didn't need it in life to not remember how to put salt on fries I mean oh my God it's just put salt on the fries and yet failure at every other place but this place.

Consistently quality food and very friendly service. Parking is usually very easy to find and drive through service is very fast and friendly. I gave four stars because the building can use a update and looks a bit old.

Better than the one in Lynbrook. These guys will do a burger in a lettuce wrap for those of us who don't eat carbs but who still want to pick up a burger to eat it. The other location just puts it into the container and you need a fork and knife to eat it.

For a fast food chain, Wendy's is awesome. They have definitely improved their fries, and the bourbon burger is delicious. Their food is salty, but that's all day food. Get yourself a seltzer and you're good to go.

This drive through is always busy but the service is rather quick. I had a simple order and the order was correct. I didn't sit inside so I cannot remark on that.

Its Wendy's. Same food as in all Wendy's. If you are going through the drive through, be prepared to wait. There is a line all times of day and night. It does move reasonably, but its always long. On one occasion, I went inside. The staff were very friendly and upbeat. The sitting area is clean. There were a lot of people enjoying their meals inside the restaurant.

Busy, busy, busy, only one person at the register in Easy Rockaway which I went to instead of being behind 14 cars. It took 15 minutes for my order and when I arrived home it was all wrong forgetting my Asiago chicken sandwich but the frosty was delicious.

They got the order right. Which I consider a challenge especially at the drive-through line with long complicated orders like mine. I think we had about $70 worth of food that day. If you have the choice to go to the one in East Rockaway versus the one in Lynbrook, choose East Rockaway.

Took grandchildren there. It is their favorite. This was my 2nd time to Wendy's. Same observation. Food was good. Kids love their fries and chicken nuggets which they say are better than McDonalds. Only complaint, Cashier, not friendly, nasty, no patience when trying to figure out the best way to order for them. And there was no one waiting to order after me.

Old decor & filthy chairs at table. Sometimes it's not enough to sweep floors( as I saw employee doing) & clean tables. You have to check chairs as well.

Drive thru line was long so we inside. Only one person doing inside orders. Not sure they are rated on inside orders on how quickly they get them out so girl was efficient but not that quick.

Only one person up front running the single register and getting the food, even during the dinner rush. Obviously slow because of it. If you have only one register then you need to get another person getting the food. Food was good other than being slow.

Asked twice the weight of the burger and the order person kept saying yes, finally another worker had to answer. Apparently she didn't speak or understand the English language well enough to converce.

Only 1 cashier and a lot of people so a bit slow. Worst part though is the place smells very musty. Not sure why but it always smells when I go here but today was particularly bad.

The only reason they get 3 stars is because the food was good but it took a half hour to get my food from the time I got on line with 1 person in front of me! There is always something missing from our order or something wrong with our order when we go to Wendy's. Last of which was they got each burger wrong and put onions on my sons happy meal burger for some ridiculous reason. Make sure to double check your order before so you dont have to go all the way after you've gotten home.

The employees here are nice people but the speed of service and occasional rudeness from management can use some work. I understand if it’s busy and everything but ignoring the one person in your lobby and still getting the order wrong has no excuse

This place frequently will get orders wrong or notoriously take a long time at the drive through or both. They will often ask you to pull away from the window and park so they can mark the order as completed for their "timer" and will then walk the food over to your car. Many times we've waited almost 10 minutes for food to find out the order was done wrong by the time we get home. Many times we've had to call and let management know of the situation and they will continously offer to redo our order for free but I would much rather my order get done correctly the first time rather than having to call and go back multiple times.

This was the slowest fast food place I've ever been to. The condiments on the burger were minimal. The order taker acted like he was bored.

Asked if it was possible to get fries without salt. I was told it wouldn't be a problem. I still received fries with salt. The rest of the food was as I expected it to be. I know it's not fine dining, but it was a simple enough request.

This Wendy's is insanely slow. They never fill the fries up properly. All the food is thrown together sloppily. I don't expect fine dining from a fast food restaurant but at least make something that is edible. I've never had a good meal from this location.

Make sure you don’t forget anything in your order because if you ask for a change they get annoyed with you. Drive through person during 730pm shift was very rude. Btw, it was a drive though with no one behind me.

I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding the way I was treated at your Wendy’s location. At approximately 10:00 PM, I drove up in a red Toyota Prius (30 series) to place an order. According to Google Maps, your restaurant is open until 2:00 AM, so I was expecting regular service. I attempted to order from the promotional menu advertised clearly on the signs near the ordering station and on the lawn, which featured two burgers for $8. I even spelled out the item — J, B, C — and explained that there were two different burgers in the offer. Instead of helping me properly, the staff member seemed dismissive and chose one of the two burgers without confirming my choice. When I tried to clarify, he told me he didn’t understand me and called another employee. As an immigrant who has lived in the U.S. for nearly two years, I know the difference between a genuine misunderstanding and someone simply not wanting to work or being disrespectful. This experience made me feel humiliated. I wasn’t asking for anything out of the ordinary — just a basic level of respect and service that any customer should expect. I hope you take this seriously and ensure your staff are trained to treat all customers with patience and professionalism, especially non-native English speakers.

One specific worker named Tiana, full name Tatiana was very disrespectful with a sarcastic tone of voice. I did not appreciate the way she spoke to me as if I was causing her an inconvenience for simply ordering my food. She snatched my money from my hand and slapped my receipt in my hand. I was confused on what I said wrong to her for her to be acting in such a way, she was also disrespectful with my friends on line behind me after receiving my food. The manager Rachel was an amazing help and was very professional about the situation and one worker named Erica even stated that’s how Tatiana is and this isn’t her first complaint which is unacceptable when it comes to customer service. This is my first time ever writing a bad review but she’s definitely bad for business.

Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Rushed out the drive thru and didn't even get the sauce I asked for. Went inside to get sauce and one of the mangers were angry at some of the customers because they were dancing. So they have time to yell at customers but will rush you out of the drive thru.

Do yourself a favor and go to the island park or Baldwin Wendy's. They mess up EVERY TIME. They also lied to me about not having barebeque sauce. I know this because in the same night they forgot a ten piece nugget and a double stacker and when I went back the MANAGER said they have a couple left and gave me some. Why would he lie about sauce?

One of the worst Wendy’s you can possibly go to. I ordered through the drive-thru and they rushed me through the whole order and payment process. I did not revive the correct drinks or condiments I requested, and Half the order was wrong. This has happened to me several times and when I complained to The manager there was no response or remedy. I guess this is typical for the type of people working here.

I come to this Wendy’s often, and always have had normal interactions, however today I had placed a pickup order and a girl with tacky pink earrings refuses to give me my order, tells me to go inside and get it, rudely ignores me and slams the window, however I was recently injured and literally was not able to go inside even if I wanted to. Wasn’t able to get my order or a refund. Customer service is a 0.

First of all, we pull up to the drive thru and ask the lady if the new chicken tenders is real chicken and she responds and says the chicken is plastic, so I dont understand if she was being humorous or not, but I felt offended. & then proceeded to ask again and she tells us to go on the website. Now why in the world would I go on the website if she is as an employee there and should know whether the tenders is similar to the nuggets or not. Im sorry but that is unacceptable behavior, and if she doesn't know the menu items then maybe she shouldn't be working the drive thru.

After 40 years Wendy’s still continues to disappoint! I’ve literally dealt with this store since my children were babies! They will always short you an item. So I never left the drive thru without looking in the bag before I left. My now adult children know not to leave without checking- and they are always told to “pull up to the stop sign.” You wait at least 10 minutes to get your shorted item. My husband and I in town visiting for the holidays and he decided to try them. I forgot to warn him. Of course he came home without the fries WE PAID FOR! The cheeseburgers were cold!!! This is a health hazard as I used to be a licensed cook. Will make sure the dept of health pays them a visit!!!!

Soda machine no ice & soda warm! Then ordered chili and get home to see it watery. $23 in food and service horrible. Told them if you’re gonna charge for soda tell ppl it’s broken instead of selling warm soda no ice. Management didn’t care. Lost my business.
