Starbucks

It's was morning early. And whole staff was bright eyed and bushy tailed. A got a cheese Danish. IT was warm and delicious. And my usual. Venti white chocolate mocha made with sweet cream. Which they nailed it.

Loved this Starbucks!!! Parking. And clean restrooms. Friendly staff. Outside, looking good too. I felt welcomed and I could see the diverse clientele. Not rushed. Not bothered. Just enjoyed a fresh cup of coffee. Would return

This Starbucks is hands down my favorite in the area! First of all, it's always super clean. Every employee is friendly, welcoming, and always greets you with a smile. The service here is honestly the best everyone is so polite and kind. I come here often because of how consistently great the experience is. I also try to let the team know how much I appreciate them whenever I get the chance! Sincerely- The nursing student that studies at Starbucks with the pink backpack ;)

I order my first drink it was a Matcha Latte went through the drive through Brandon was so sweet, very conversational. My boyfriend was playing cricket at Hertiage Park. My latte was not to my liking there was no syrup in it. I came back in the store this time. I encountered Juliette, I told her about my previous drink she made me different drink. Juliette was so sweet even came around the counter to give me the drink. I love the service they both provided.

This Starbucks is hands down my favorite in the area! First of all, it's always super clean. Every employee is friendly, welcoming, and always greets you with a smile. Love this location. There's at least 4 other starbucks within 5 minutes of this location, but this is the one I always come to. The staff is always friendly. The customer service is consistently amazing, I've never had a bad visit. My drinks are always good! Thank you starbucks!

When going through the drive through you need to by pass it and back to it depending on the way you are coming. Otherwise it is hard to get in and you will need to back up and maneuver your way in

I ordered a caramel macchiato and it tasted like cigarette butts, refunded it for a matcha and it was super chalky.

Hi people. I don’t like to post bad reviews but sometimes it’s happen. Let’s start with Ms. Manago or whatever she was. Blonde lady, for me she took something, she was hyped sooo crazy, interrupted to conversation with barista at checkout. She said no pic in here and in the middle of conversation she just quickly quit. 😑 she is in wrong party. They made wrong size of my coffee, it’s typical 😑 location isn’t clean. Entry door with long thick white stain, frond glass of bar- DIRTY, tables don’t remember connection with cleaning towels. Floor could be more clean. So so…

Might as well have ordered a grande if they were not going to give me the amount that I paid for. I did not want to argue so I just left with them not full.

This morning. I went through the drive through to attempt to order a traveler. The person who stood outside to take orders, immediately told me that i couldnt order it through rhe Drive through. Which was odd because other locations allow me to do it. Needless to say she advised the inside that i wanted to order a traveler rudely, and then waved us off. We went through rhe drive through and got to the window and advised that we wanted to order a traveler, we advised that we wanted Blonde coffee, didnt ask us about cup sizes or anything took our payment and told me we needed to go inside. We park and go inside and the traveler was not started, after 5 minutes they started making it. 25 minutes later we are finally walking out with our coffee. Take it to my event and it is NOT blonde the coffee was dark and muddy. I am writing this because Starbucks typically has great service but in this instance, we didnt get the service from inital impact through receiving my order. To top it off, wrong type of coffee. To soend money and time for an incorrect product is beyond me. Called the store to obtain manager information and i was put on hold multiple times. I will not revisit this location again and will stick with the stores that were able to support me with customer service and a product i purchased.

Is this the type of horrible service Starbucks is doing now, you put whip cream at the bottom to eliminate having to put actual product??? this is horrible and if I wasn’t in a hurry, I would’ve went in and demanded a refund. I will not return to this location. I knew I should’ve went to Dutch Bros.

Why do they put scan outside the window for a tip? awkward so i can add i get a small amount. I will make my own drink at home now, so uncomfortable. Also this location seems to have dirty ice cubes. How they can test this water and ice. Thanks

I can't believe this but I felt so uncomfortable the minute I walked in. I mean the tension was thick .The lady up front didn't even welcome me the first thing she said is "Do you have a mobile order". I was so polite with all the workers why would they treat me poorly? I noticed they treated the customers after me better. So I told my boyfriend who is a different color than me to go in and order a drink they gave him so much respect and also gave him a venti instead of tall. I would never be back at the Starbucks again.

I have to ask for a to go cup since at least one of the night baristas does not give 2 F's at all what they serve you. I wish there was another one closer to my house. I enjoy reading and doing extra work in a coffee shop. GET BETTER!!!! Is the point of this post. You shouldn't be okay with this dirty business practices.
