Wonderful AC oasis with plenty of two-seater tables, a decent amount of plugs, and friendly service. It's popular but well-staffed. The only downside is one bathroom. Remember to sign in for free Wi-Fi.

Great service. There was an error on the free refill, but the cashier nicely returned the money after talking with the other employees. Overall, great experiences!

I came here to do a zoom class and walked in with earbuds in, session already in full swing. I found a table, settled in and did an app order. A few minutes later Clare came over and offered me water (triple digits today). I told her I had ordered online and she asked for my name so she could keep an eye out for my order. When it was ready she brought it over for me. I was so touched by the consideration and her bringing my order over so I didn’t have to miss any information. I whole-heartedly appreciated her and her wonderful service and fabulous smile! :-) Thank you, Clare! This is my new official spot for my 1st Thursday meeting! <3

My wife gets the iced matcha latte, and I like the passion tango because it's caffeine free. I guess people like their coffee because they can't seem to live without it.

Sunday night crew here are the best. They made us fantastic beverages and were attentive to our needs. In their busyness, they managed to keep the place clean and kept it inviting and comfortable, even though we weren’t allowed to sit inside. Kudos to whoever scheduled this particular crew. Keep up the great work, you are what makes this brand the best in the business.

We stopped by with a to-go order. All of our drinks were perfect and the same as every other location.

I placed an online order in the morning and was not able to pick it up. I called and spoke to Mandy and she was very understanding. She stated I could pick it up on a later time or get full refund. I picked up my order after work this afternoon and received excellent customer service from both Mandy and her staff. Thank you

Best around. Fast and nearly perfectly accurate all the time when order from app and at intercom. The one on Archibald gets a C. Archibald location: they’re nice but they often miss items utensils butter oatmeal toppings etc. there’s definitely one cashier who says stuff is in the bag in a condescending way and then I don’t feel comfortable asking about another item and that one is missing something. The line here takes forever which is crazy Because during certain hours they only except mobile orders.

This is my go-to Starbucks; they’re the fastest one in Eastvale I promise lol. And the drink quality is super good compared to other ones I’ve been to. To boot the staff are super friendly.

I just wanted to thank the lovely people who worked the 10:00-10:30am shift today. I came in with red eyes and a quavering voice to get a chai latte and the gentleman who had been cleaning the windows was by the desk. He took one look at me and told the cashier to not charge me for my drink. In that moment, your small act of kindness meant the world to me. I had just gotten word the night before that my brother had lost his battle with cancer. As a result, I was tired and emotionally drained. That small act of kindness stuck with me all day. Thank you so much for your compassion. You are good people.

This is the Eastvale Starbucks on Limonite. Never mind the Corona address, for whatever reason Google isn't acknowledging our five and almost six year old cities yet. It will say the Jurupa Valley Starbucks is in Riverside I like this Starbucks to meet a client who lives in Chino, and also when we need to go to Eastvale for various other reasons, i.e. Urgent Care in the same shopping center. Because it is newish it does have more plug-ins for laptops than some Starbucks do.

Great coffee and friendly staffs. New baristas needs lot of training in making coffee as their coffee cup is not consistent and customer service. The old crews are perfection in making their coffee. Keep up good work.

Like the relatively quick drive thru of this place. Because it’s in a grocery store parking it can get busy. So they make errors at times and have for us. I have to say that the slang “Fam” doesn’t take place of “yes sir”, “yes ma’am” and “yes I’d be happy to help you”. So I would prefer the conventional greetings.

Precisely completed the order and provided our drink on time. The cafe was clean and staff efficient snd customer friendly. We never had issues with the order from this chain. The location is comfortable and always works for us as a good passthrough for quick caffeine load.

Got 1 caramel frappe. Order took too long and barely any caramel in the frappe tasted like milk and ice.

Been getting extra ice lately. Even when I say light ice I get more ice, or the order gets messed up and I'm having to return and be that person who needs a new drink. 🤕 Just hasn't been the same anymore. I know employees are being overworked and they're most likely overwhelmed.

Every time I go to this Starbucks it feels like I'm taking forever. Even the Starbucks inside of target is better than the wait times here, could just be that they're busy. Other than that food and coffee is the same as every other Starbucks.

Busy store with very limited seating. Not recommended if you want to meet more than one other person here. There is only a single table for more than 2 people.

Why is it that every Starbucks i go to, they make my drink different. There is no consistency in buying an item that is listed on their menu. I don't add anything to it. I order it as stated on the menu and still it is either to watery, not enough carmel, or both. I don't get it. Don't they all have the same receipe book? There must not be a procedures book or a training session that teaches them the standard for making their products. Frustrating.

Which was odd because other locations allow me to do it. Needless to say she advised the inside that i wanted to order a traveler rudely, and then waved us off. We went through rhe drive through and got to the window and advised that we wanted to order a traveler, we advised that we wanted Blonde coffee, didnt ask us about cup sizes or anything took our payment and told me we needed to go inside. We park and go inside and the traveler was not started, after 5 minutes they started making it. 25 minutes later we are finally walking out with our coffee. Take it to my event and it is NOT blonde the coffee was dark and muddy. I am writing this because Starbucks typically has great service but in this instance, we didnt get the service from inital impact through receiving my order. To top it off, wrong type of coffee. To soend money and time for an incorrect product is beyond me. Called the store to obtain manager information and i was put on hold multiple times. I will not revisit this location again and will stick with the stores that were able to support me with customer service and a product i purchased.

Today was not a good experience at all. I ordered a hot tea and got a ice tea, I also ordered a Java chip that tasted horrible and a caramel macchiato that didn't taste good last time I had passed through.

Their mobile order service is the worst, several times they don't have it ready, they don't know how to search up the name, they don't listen, they always take too long to make it, and when they do eventually make it, the Frappuccino is messed up, pumpkin spice without the spice..... they need to step up

Barista was rude and had to wait 5-10 minutes because they were backed up on mobile order which means they were prioritizing mobile orders over the people physically standing in there.

I was ignored when I came in to pick up my mobile order. I kept standing at the pick up counter but no one seems to care to ask if I needed help. I saw they were busy so I was like, okay, they would be right with me but I was wrong. I finally got my frink when a lady next to me found it was ridiculous when I was ignored and my drink was right there ready for me. Second time, another mobile order - they did not even start making my drink, even thought I came in about 7-8 minutes after placing my mobile order

Will not be returning to such a rude service establishment. Your drink is Not perfect and you will take it, assertive, belittling and unapologetic attitude does nothing but disappoint me in every way. The male, hispanic, 5',5", heavy accent and his dictator persona come with a scolding projection of his own personal issues. Unfortunately, this is completely unbecoming of a barrista and are obviously a meer reflection of his own personal issues understandably. May he live forever. Amen.

Absolutely the worst Starbucks ever!!! The manager will sit and gossip while you're waiting for your drinks and here is a huge line outside.. And don't count on getting the drink you wanted .. They don't listen and they have huge attitudes when you tell them they made a mistake. I have called and complained numerous times.. Last time I come to this location.

horrible service, got my drink wrong once again. also the guy stated my card was not working. i asked what the message its saying if it was because of the chip and to run it again. he goes no its not working i said is it saying declined or what is it saying, he said ya it is.( he didnt even bother to run it again) I called my bank right after asking what happened and they stated they show no attempted charges and it never came thru. my point is make sure your employees let alone know how to make a drink and know how to run a damn credit card and not say false messages and to read the correct message that the card reader is stating. Common sense A credit card only states decline if it is 100% declined.. smh

Flies, Flies,Flies, and more Flies. When it was brought to the attention of the staff the response was your food does not come from there as a pastry was pull from the box full of flies placed in a bag and headed to the drive through window. I am glad the drive through line force me to go in so that I could avoid having flies with my breakfast!!!

Was given caffeinated drink instead of decaf twice in the past month. Not sure if these times were accidental or not. I don't think so because I made it very clear as I have an over-sensitivity to caffeine and also they weren't busy at the time. They also tried to overcharge me for a drink but again, could have been accidental although it doesn't seem like it.

I was stuck in line for over an hour the other night because their systems went down. They didn't let us know or give an opportunity to get out of the drive thru line. The person in front of everyone was waiting for their systems to come back up to get their coffee. Unacceptable

IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND LUNCH HOURS, DON'T COME TO THIS LOCATION. By far the slowest Starbucks I've been to. The drive-thru is very inconveniently placed in the parking lot where traffic gets blocked. IMPORTANTLY: I PLACED A MOBILE ORDER 30 MINUTES IN ADVANCE GOT THERE AND HAD TO WAIT 10 MINUTES TO GET MY DRINK AFTER 2 DIFFERENT SERVERS PASSED ME.

I drink mostly chai tea lattes from Starbucks. 3 months ago I posted a bad rating at this location due to fermented chai tea syrup. Thought I would give them a second try today. Well, I should not have wasited my time. Without failure syrup was fermented. I dont know if they do not clean out their pumps adequately or if they let the syrup sit too long. Either way I'm not wasting my money here anymore!!!

They Always messing up the orders. I notice if you don't tip them. They mess it up as well. And when I tipped them the majority of the time, my order always comes messed up. I hate when places ask you for a tip like. It's a normal thing for them to be tipped. When you haven't even received your item, this should be illegal

Never order on your MOBILE. For some reason they never do it on time. I order my drink on the app hopeing I would just walk in and get it. I was wrong. I asked a lady with long black hair in a pony tail and glasses. She said to give her a sec. I actually waited 5min. I knew she forgot about me so I went where people order. I asked a guy if there was a drink for me. He then had to ask about 3 different people where to locate my drink. After 27min waiting I finally got my drink. Its ridiculous! Plus, when I was there, two employees had their aprons over their shoulder making drinks for themselves!... Come on, customer service here. Next time I should just go back there and make my own drink. Seems like it's the thing to do there.

So disappointed that this location has some how been able to slip through the cracks of quality/customer service. They continue to do nothing to fix it. My fiance and I ordered 2 strawberry refreshers, they said they were out of the drink, so we asked for 2 very berry hibiscus instead, we were give clear drinks and when we asked why it's clear they told us because they are out of berries! I can't believe this but I felt so uncomfortable the minute I walked in. I mean the tension was thick .The lady up front didn't even welcome me the first thing she said is "Do you have a mobile order". I was so polite with all the workers why would they treat me poorly? I noticed they treated the customers after me better. So I told my boyfriend who is a different color than me to go in and order a drink they gave him so much respect and also gave him a venti instead of tall. I would never be back at the Starbucks again.
