Waba Grill

This waba location is great! The service is quick and the food is always fresh. It is also always clean.

I eat at Waba two or three times a week. I get the chicken and beef combo plate with brown rice and with extra salad instead of the fruit. I really like how you can help yourself to all the green onions and pickled carrots you want. I get the very delicious raspberry tea.

Just wanted to share how great manager Lydena and her staff are. Always very kind, great service and food. Lydena takes to next level as she remembers her clients and makes you feel so welcome.

They did a great job with my catering order. The food was prepared very nicely and organized. They even walked my order out to my car. My guest really enjoyed the food and we will definitely be ordering again. Thank you!!!

People told me Flamebroiler was better and they completely lied. Waba Grill is so much better. food was very fresh and Waffles was very good, he took my order.

Yesterday I came in for lunch and placed a to-go order. I ordered 2 chicken bowls w/ brown rice and an extra side of chicken. When I got home I noticed that the brown rice wasn't cooked all the way. I went back expecting to have a debate about the rice and try to get it remade. I was shocked. They apologized and told me to come back in 30 minutes this way they could make a fresh pot of brown rice. When I came back the remade everything fresh, including the extra side of chicken. Great service isn't being great when everything goes right. It's being great when things aren't great. I truly appreciate the service I received and very thankful for the way the situation was handled. Thank you!

First good impressions of the place once I walked it was all neat and the tables were clean. Food was surprisingly good for my first time hearing about the place and the workers are really nice compared to some other places I went out to eat at.

Used to go there a lot, Food was good and I like the Salmon. The only complaint I had was that the Veggies wasn't cooked enough, but other than that it was good.

Good foods. Clean environment. Hope they serve more menu choices than Beef Plate or Chicken Plate along with veggies or fruits. Healthy menu choices compared to other fast food place. Friendly Staffs.

Cheapest meal with perfect macros around. Saves me when I fail at meal prep that week. I like Waba better than Charbroiler. They are considerably less greasy & their chicken seems to be higher quality.

The restaurant is clean, modern, and simple with huge windows and some word art. I saw touch screen kiosks at the counter and went to them first, but when my sister asked for a customizable plate that I couldn't find on the screen, I had an employee take our orders instead. I'm glad there was a vegetarian option, and that we could pick and choose sides and sauces. Even then when I picked up our tray, the cashier had given us a handful of other sauces to try. We also ordered the dragonfruit mango lemonade which tastes and looks as good as it sounds. If it was a refillable fountain drink, I would've gone back for more. If all you want is a quick and healthy meal, this is a good place to go.

Well, I had'nt been here or others in a couple of years, and now I remember why! Had a steak bowl and chicken bowl. Steak was very dry, even the teriyaki could'nt help this any. You get 1 cup of white rice, and about a handful of meat. @ $7.25 per bowl, they are making a killing. Chicken was'nt that good either. They charge EXTRA for brown rice too. Never again.

I understand, not allowing none customer to used restroom. But now even Doordasher can't use the restroom anymore. That's very bad business practice.

Customer service has gone out the window! Now you order at the kiosk, takes 2x's longer and employees are annoyed if you ask for anything. Time to find a new place to eat that wants to serve customers...

I used to actually like coming here. The food was great and staff were friendly. But today makes 3 times in a row that I've shown up only to leave without getting an order in. 2 of the times I've shown up late afternoon only to see the doors closed much earlier than the posted signage. Today is probably the final time I (try to) visit. I came in and I was told that they're no longer taking orders. I asked if they were closing and they told me no. It was 2 hours before closing, and the place wasn't exactly bustling with activity, but it is what it is. I don't know what's going on, but this place is not worth the time it takes to stop by just to get told no.

Bad. The employee never smiled. Soda machine not working. Had to go back and tell them my bowl was made wrong (wrong item/missing item). They remade it, still wrong. I gave up and ate it. The rice was so hard. I won't be returning.

Placed an online order and they charged me for the order. However, when I arrived at the restaurant, they were closing. When I asked if they could just give me the order, they said no. When I asked if they could issue a refund, they also said no and that I would have to call to get the refund. I liked their food but this experience was unacceptable and I'll never order there again.

We have ordered from several WaBa Grills and always have been satisfied. Today we ordered from there Eastvale location and honestly it actually was so bad we could not eat it. The beef was burned to a crisp and the rice was undercooked. How is that possible it's steamed rice in a pressure cooker????? It's suppose to cook itself. Absolutely disgusted. Aside from that it was also missing the sides we requested as we ordered online. Never trying this plane again.

If you order for delivery through the Waba app - please be aware that if they mess your order up (which they likely will) l, that you have to deal with the store directly to get a refund. I called the store because I was missing 2 drinks and 2 sides. They told me my only option was to come in and get the missing items. I specifically ordered delivery because I am not able to get to the store. I should be able to be virtually refunded. The manager said he was “busy right now” but would try to do it later. What kind of answer is that? If you’re going to order for delivery go directly through Uber or Doordash so that you doing get the runaround when an issue happens.

UPDATE: usually places don't charge you for removing items, Chik-fil-A even charges you less when you remove lettuce or tomatoes ... not here, they charge you extra of you don't want cabbage added to your bowl. They are always inconsistent at this location. Today they had NO chicken.

Honestly if i could give them zero stars i would. I have been to so many waba places and they are all different. People at Limonate Waba in Eastvale were good up until yesterday that i had to deal with the cashier. I asked her for “two waba bowls” and a chicken bowl with extra sauce. I repeated it 3 times because she looked like she didn’t know what she was doing. I paid and went to wait for my food. I looked at my receipt and she had charge me for 3 chicken bowls. I went back and told her i wanted 2 “waba” bowls. And had to explain to her that the waba bowl was the chicken and stake bowl. She went ahead and charge me the difference for them so i went back and wait. When they called my number they were giving me 3 chicken bowls with barely any chicken in them and barely any sauce with them but for sure it was a whole lot of rice, it was more rice than anything else. If i wanted a rice bowl i would of said it. I explained the guy (i wish i had the names) what happened and he took care of me real quick. Thanks to waba i went late to work because they wasted my time and i had to deal with stupidity.

Why bother paying more to order online when nobody has any idea what you’re talking about when you show up, then you have to wait even longer to have them make it all. 90% sure the employee eating in the corner just took my food instead which is why mine was “missing”. So stupid. Won’t be back.
