The place smelled like cigarettes when I got in, and when I bit into my pizza I tasted the cigarette aroma. Not sure if whoever was smoking handled my food, but it grossed me out. It almost seemed like they are smoking inside. I also ordered boneless wings and got bone in wings. Will not be going back here.

place seems dirty, kitchen looked dirty, store smell weird, people have bad attitude. hard to order. rude.

I experienced horrible service from this place yesterday! My wife and I got home late and decided to order some pizza and wings. Almost 40 minutes later, and about 8 minutes past the expected delivery time... I called them. Their automated reply told me our food was delivered and of course.... it hadn't. I press whatever to speak to a person. A female gets on and I explained the issue. She places me on hold. Now I get a guy tell me that the driver got confused with my order and brought it back. (How do you get confused???) Here's what really ticked me off... the guy has the nerve to tell me they tried calling me 5 minutes prior. THAT WAS A LIE! I told him that I had been on hold with them and getting transferred from one person to another for 8 minutes and I asked him to please not lie to me like I'm an idiot. His reply was the most apathetic reply I've ever received. He tells me "well, that's neither here or there. We're making you another order and it'll get there in 30-40 minutes." That was a horrible reply. I told him to cancel it and make sure I don't get charged. He said "fine" and hung up. That's HORRENDOUS service! This is another reason why I rather pay more from Stone Fire Pizza, a local place that bends over backwards to give their customers great service! This is NOT a fake post. I'm enclosing a screenshot of the order confirmation as proof.

This was the worst food I ever tasted in my life not just the worst pizza ever it was the worst food I have ever tasted including other foods outside of pizza this location is the worst ever the food was disgusting and it taste like watery bread just so terrible the bread sticks taste expired these people are truly disgusting it’s sad making food with no gloves these people don’t need to work in food just sad SMH

Driver left my pizza outside the hotel and it was dropped. The safety sticker also wasn’t sealed.. crazy cause I tipped 50% of the cost

Not only did they deliver a burn pizza it was cold too. The manager also very unprofessional it needs to be trained on how he speaks to customers. I will never purchase anything from this establishment again ever. In my honest opinion this store needs to close permanently.

I placed my order on my mobile app at 9:43 for delivery a simple md pizza with some bread sticks.. i seen it was 10:30 i got no notification of my food being picked up , of who was bringing my food. so i called the store and told them i never got my order its been an hour. the employee tells me that he already sent my order out and that a pregnant lady picked it up.. then tells me she must of stole it would you like a credit back or for me to re make it and send it out. i said re make it i have no problem waiting again! he goes and tells me he put my order out again it should be ready in 15 min and delivered in 25 minutes. its 12:13 the store is closed and i never got my order!!!!! i always order from this location this is the first time this happens to me ive been coming to this same spot for a Year plus and never till today.

I placed an order online and received confirmation email saying it would be delivered within 30 min. At 45 minutes I called the store was informed there was a delay in delivery cause of a name mix up. I canceeled order He did not even make attempt to rectify the issue accept that he would fix the issue with the name and try to get it delivered.i cancelled the order. Customer Service definitely not there.

We ordered an XTra Lrg big NY pepperoni duo for delivery since we flew in for a cruise. We'll we got the pizza and it was just barely warm but definitely hard and the meat was hard crispy and some burnt. We still tried to just go ahead and eat it anyway after one slice I couldn't do another one. It seemed like it had been sitting up since earlier today then sent out. I called the store to speak to someone to tell them about the pizza. You would think that they'd say sorry at the least but no. He told me well that's what happens when you order delivery and then hung up in my face.

Order online take out.. walk in and im ignored. Made eye contact with a big tall guy and he just walked away as I was saying hello.. didn't even acknowledge that I was there.. he started prepping crusts without gloves and didn't tell anyone I was there.. really kind of him.. 3 min later i opened the door for the second time to hopefully alert one of the 3 staff members.. I tried to stand in the corner so im seem from the kitchen.. when a green haired person called out to me saying I'll be right with you... tbh our pizza looked terrible. Very heavy vegetable oil.. the cut of the pizza was even weird. It looked as if the pizza was Frankensteind together. No more from this location.. pizza hut has truly died.

Never again in my life will I buy from Pizza Hut, the customer service blocks your phone, I called 3 times to file a complaint and they blocked your call. I attach photos so you can see that it is not a lie. I called them and told them to come get the pizza just looking at it.

Anabell, door dasher, delivered my pizza to wrong house. I called The phone number she sent, and got nothing. I called the store and they said there was nothing they could do. Finally, 15 minutes later, my neighbor brought me my pizza they delivered to his house. THIS STORE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT SERVICE!!!!

Ordered a Big New Yorker for delivery and what I received was terrible. Greasy as can be. Had next to no cheese or sauce on it. $23.38 for ONE garbage pizza delivered that nobody wanted to eat. Last time ever ordering from this location.

I ordered online, chose contact less, and estimated time was 22-30 mins. I get the very loud knock on the door, pizza boxes where there, I grab and bring inside and once I opened them, I see a huge mess. The pizza wasn't even a circle. It looks like came out the oven and they just threw it there or the delivery person flung the boxes across the floor. I called right away and spoke to the manager and she was going to have the order remade but now we still have to wait more time. Also, when the driver came to drop off the new pizzas, his facial expressions showed that he was inconvenienced more than I was.

We ordered carry out. 1 large pizza. It was cold by the time we got back to the hotel. It was super flat, like the dough wasn't done right, and everything seemed like it was cooked too fast. It wasn't even a busy night, we picked it up in 15/20 minutes. Super disappointing
