The environment is clean, modern, and well-maintained, making it a pleasant stop even for a quick bite. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to greet you with a smile, and the service is quick and efficient. The menu offers a wide variety of typical McDonald's products, from classic burgers to newer, healthier options like salads and vegetarian sandwiches. I particularly appreciated the freshness of the ingredients and the careful presentation of the dishes, something not always a given in fast food restaurants. The restaurant also has a well-equipped children's area, perfect for those visiting with their families. There's also convenient parking nearby, making a visit even easier, especially if you're just passing through.

For a Mc Donald's, the cleanliness is good, and the service is friendly. Perhaps a coincidence, but the food is freshly made (even the fries), which isn't often the case. Overall, it's above average.

This McDonald's in Edolo opened around Christmas 2024, and we've already been there a couple of times in the last few weeks. The staff is really, really friendly, as it's probably their first experience with fast food. They have seating available both inside and in a walkway between the inside and outside. There's also outdoor seating, but given the location (and temperatures aren't particularly warm in winter), you'll have to wait until late summer to enjoy it, or at least a sunny day! There's a Cuban bar outside for the kids to play in, so I think that's a plus. The restaurant has kiosks for ordering, so you can also use the app's offers. It has parking, but be very careful when you enter because as soon as you enter you have to turn right immediately. It happened that as we were leaving, a very young guy thought he was going straight and almost ran into us, so I advise you to be careful!

Clean environment, beautiful outdoor veranda with children's playground. The only downside we've encountered so far, unfortunately, is that you have to be careful with your drive-thru orders; more than once, something has been missing.

Terrible service, uninterested and rude staff, trays were slammed on the table and they didn't even provide napkins. The place was dirty and orders were prepared without hygiene measures (gloves), quite disgusting and a terrible experience.

Absurd, never again. Yesterday, January 20, 2026, we entered at 3:45 PM. We recognized a friend of ours behind the counter and he greeted us in front of the manager at the cash register and another person who was there making coffee. I'll start by saying that there were just the two of us and one other person in the entire place. Not a good morning or a polite nod... just a cosmic nothingness. My advice: change jobs. Never again, avoid them altogether.
