Let’s start from the positives: the staff is friendly and having both KFC and Pizza Hut in the same place is great. That’s about it. It’s pretty sad because it’s in a great position, and I entered with a positive attitude… until: The pizzas are the typical pizza hut ones, but with a funny twist, they’re greasy as if they were dripped in oil, but that’s the small problem. THERE WERE DOZENS OF COCKROACHES And not the small ones, the medium ones, the acceptable ones. They looked like straight out of a Monster Hunter video game, some alive and thriving, and others dead. Thank goodness I noticed one that was next to my seat, then I started panicking and looking around when I noticed all the other ones. It’s a shame because as I’ve already mentioned, the staff is friendly and the location is great. Please fix this problem.

Good experience. Delicious food and good service. In my next visit, things have changed. They gave me another type of burger that is available in the offer. I asked to speak with the manager but they said he is not available.

It's a spacious and typical KFC place. They may not have exactly what you want in stock and you will have to choose something else like in my case. The staff a bit indifferent and not very benevolent. Sometimes even ignorant. When taking the order, the girl talked to us like at the fair - she doesn't have what I wanted. When the order is ready, the girl at the till (or a boy who came out from the back dressed in a black T-shirt with a bag) shouts in a big mouth echoing the whole restaurant, a bit primitive for these days. The hall was not very clean, there was garbage on the tables - I understand that this is how the customers left it, but still - although soon he saw someone cleaning on the floor. Good thing the coffee was ok.

Made a bit of a error due to hunger eating here. The food is ok, but it's sad to see such blatant racism. A drama was made when we placed our order accusing us of queue jumping....in front of a Spanish trio who were clearly standing back from the tills while undecided over what to order. Seeing expressions change from complete confusion to fake indignation just added to the whole performance. I do wonder if the same concern would have been shown to us, if someone actually jumped on front of us.

What happened to the original 11 herbs and spices recipe?? Chicken here seems to be coated in the zinger coating minus the zing. Not impressed. Much better back home.

when we left, we realized we left our speakerbox behind, and after we came back and asked about it, were told that none were found, even though we were the last people in the restaurant. the employees of this kfc stole from us and refused to give back our speakerbox, even after we came back to check once more if they'd found it, blatantly lying, laughing at and provoking us, saying we should go to the police. 0/10 stars, don't go here if you value your possessions

worst customer service. Worst everything. We have been stolen by some of the workers and the boss or whoever that person was tried to cover it up. Don‘t leave anything in worth behind because the other workers even laughed at us looking for our stuff
