Amazing experience! We went first on a Food Tour and it was so good that we had to come back the next day. The place is lovely and it feels like home from the moment you enter. The service is kind and friendly and on point (our glasses never managed to get empty!) But the food.... The food! Incredible and delicious. We tried the full experience menu, and I can fully recommend it. Every step was fantastic, light and tasty, and in the end we were satisfied in all senses. Thank you for the beautiful and delicious evening, we look forward to coming back!
Absolutely incredible. Food was creative, unique and perfect. Service was nice and relaxed rather than overbearing, which can often be the case with fine dining. I hate the stuffy feeling that can accompany fine dining but Ibiza Food Studio is not like that at all, the atmosphere is more like you are in someone’s farm house kitchen which is brilliant. We dined here in September 2023 and July 2024 and it was perfect both times. They catered for gluten free needs too.
A fabulous little place built into the walls of the old town. The team are producing great & interesting food from a tiny kitchen. We ate at the bar & it was fun to see them work. A really lovely experience. Very good wine list but be prepared to pay a little more.
An amazing little place that has only just recently added a sign so that it can be identified from the outside!! Boris owns this place and also cooks there. I had two vegetarian dishes and both were lovely. There was a lovely atmosphere and everyone seemed to be enjoying there food. The funniest thing though is finding people ambling around outside being lost and trying to find it!!
Best food experience so far on the island. Not only the food, the experience in it’s all actually. The owner, the chef, the all team is simply amazing. So much passion over there. So much talent. Everything was so yummy and mastered! Ok it’s hot in here, it’s true, but I am telling you it’s almost part of the experience, it bounds and in a way a meal like this, you need to earn it! ;) Long story short: A MUST DO! Thank you so much for this amazing evening.
An unexpected recommendation led us to this hidden gem: service was lovely and very good, the food was delicious in an old house setting. It’s off the beaten track of your usual Ibiza restaurant but if you appreciate good local food- this is it! We got an amazing bottle of verdejo - cheapest on the menu Matched perfectly with the oysters (fresh& tasty), a charcuterie board (top notch local produce)& lobster ravioli& porc ribs - for 2. Warmly recommend
Fantastic dining environment in Ibiza's old town. The staff is attentive and the food is great. This is a required stop on any trip we take to the Island!
Tucked away from the rest of the scene El Taller de Tapas is hard to find; but when you get in you loose track of time. This warm wooden interior laid in stone block walls refuge charming & passionate staff that will guide through what's on that night. Seasonal, local & organic Boris Buono knows how to source the best ingredients for its kitchen. The all cooking show is happening right in front of your eyes. I strongly suggest the food pairing with all natural wine experience was a blast of flavours. that also allows you to try multiple dishes.
A diamond in the rough. Perfect scene, gorgeous and delicious plates, considered local wine selection. We had a late lunch so ordered a la carte. Without first hand experience, we'd suggest the degustation would be the best way to go. Possibly the highlight of a week-long trip, certainly a standout dining experience. Heartily recommend!

Boris buono is a legend and the food is so nicely presented. The location is magic you couldn't get a better situation in Ibiza. Absolutely not expensive for what you get, I would definitely suggest this to a friend or a couple of friends.

Juste les meilleurs! Dans ce studio à la localisation quelque peu improbable, dans la vieille ville à l'authenticité rugueuse, on vous envoie un menu de tapas gastronomiques, accompagnés de vins nature. Une vraie expérience sensorielle que vous pourrez compléter d'une visite à la finca de Boris Buono, autre ambiance mais même équipe et même exigence gustative !
Pricey but the food is excellent. We did the 7 course tasting menu and everything was very good. Some of the best food we had in Ibiza.

There is a line when a dish is no longer food but a piece of art. This line is crossed here each dish is a masterpiece on its one. We had a exceptional evening. Thanks a lot for the wonderful time.

Out of the all the restaurants in Ibiza, my old friend, who lives and works in Ibiza and has done for at least 20 years, recommended, this was the must go to. Ibiza Food Studio changes its menu seasonally and the Folklore menu that I had, a set menu, changes weekly. The ingredients are sourced locally and this is my favourite aspect of any restaurant that does this. I was given a seat right by the kitchen which wasn't as hot as I was expecting, there are plenty of fans inside. I got to watch the chefs cook - I am a big fan of the open kitchen. What can I say about the food? It was exquisite. I probably ordered a bit too much. Note to self, the additional side of cured meats will probably take me over the edge again in terms of how full I felt. However, the food was so good that I finished it all. I had four starters (you get them all with the set menu): - Sourdough Breads . Aioli . Butter with Herbs - The Food Studio Ribs - Kale with Dill - Baba Ganoush with Black Tru ffle ...to which I added: - Local Charcuterie with Pickles & Condiments ...then main: - Pollo Payes (local organic, free range chicken) served with Condiments Fresh from Local Markets & Farms ...and to finish: - White Chocolate Cake . Ibiza Strawberries . Sa fron The food flowed brilliantly from one course to another with attentive, descriptive service when each dish came. All the starters had complementary tastes with one as sublime as the next. I didn't sample any wine, but the wine list is well thought out and a lot larger than I was expecting for a small restaurant. Overall a fantastic experience. I will definitely come here again next time I am in Ibiza. Highly recommended. In fact, in my friend's words, this is the closest to London high end in Ibiza. I would say it's right there with them.

Este es uno de mis sitios preferidos, la calidad de la comida, la pasión del chef y el espacio es una experiencia especial y no otro ‘buen’ restaurante. Perfecto para una ocasión especial.
Lugar con encanto y buena energía, donde encontrarás una cocina de buena calidad y un trato excepcional. Sin duda volveré!

Tesoro en pleno Dalt Vila con platillos exquisitos cocinados a nivel de alta gastronomia. Imprescindible probar la pasta con trufa y zucchini flowers. El servicio súper atento, Adrián impecable. El local guarda el ambiente típico de la Ibiza antigua y es una ocasión estupenda para una cena romántica y acogedora. En invierno abren también.
Un lugar fantástico. Sandro, Boris y el resto de personal te hacen sentir como si estuvieras en casa de unos amigos. Cocina de mercado creativa, buen producto y muy buena presentación. Y para disfrutar aún más, tienen una gran bodega.

Sin duda visitar y subir por las calles de La Marina hasta llegar a Taller de Tapas es toda una experiencia. El lugar es espectacular, una antigua casa reformada donde anteriormente vivia el chef que regenta el restaurante Boris Buono (entre otros trabajó en Noma). Ambiente auténtico, familiar y muy cool. Cocina abierta donde puedes ver como cocinan tus platos y charlar con ellos. Hay carta y menú degustación por 50€ con 6 platos. El menú y la carta función según el producto de temporada y que han encontrado en el mercado ese día. Producto local. Echamos de menos durante la cena algún plato de carne en el menú degustación. La sensación al final es como si te hubieran invitado a cenar a una casa ibicenca exceptuando que hay que pasar por caja y aquí es donde la cosa se complica. La relación calidad - precio es mejorable. Aunque ya sabemos, estamos en Ibiza...
No es un restaurante al uso ni un sitio de tapas. Es un lugar con encanto, difícil de encontrar, donde disfrutar de un menú de producto ibicenco. Sólo para unos pocos, que puedan permitirse el precio.

The owner is quite cool but the waiter was not great. The food is good enough but the place is scary to get to. And the kitchen smoked the whole restaurant at some point. I would not advise.
Interessante Location, von außen deutet nichts auf Gastronomie hin, ein Geheimtip. Hatten das 10-Gänge-Menü, alles wird liebevoll und mit Passion erklärt, ist aber am Ende nicht wirklich raffiniert oder spektakulär und damit für das was es ist aus unserer Sicht deutlich zu teuer.

Hi. We came in August 9 this summer with my husband and our 2 kids. We made a deposit that you never reimbursed (300eur). Could you please fix the issue or contact me. It starts to be really annoying… Thanks a lot!
Not good food at all. Expensive for no reason, I don’t underestimate the artistry and appreciate the thought process but the food is really inedible . I can’t express how distasteful the food is. The waiter is very kind and well versed but the food is not up to any standard.
Reserva por la web con el concepto a la carta. Por si acaso confirmé y vi tres menús degustacion y un menú de carta. Llegamos y nos comentan que no hay carta. Supuestamente me han llamado para explicarme el concepto. Nos empiezan a enumerar 4-5 platos sin precios hasta que se los pedimos. Terminamos pidiendo un entrante de raya donde predominaba la mantequilla. Tras esto pasta a la trufa con marcada falta de sabor. Por último lubina en mar y montaña, bastante rica. Total con agua filtrada 89€. La botella de agua a 7€, los dos principales a 35€ y las cantidades escasas. Sorprende, por muchos motivos, que tenga recomendación de guía Repsol aunque es del 2023. Nada recomendable. PD, el cuadro del baño sobra.
Sintiéndolo mucho no estuvo a la altura de los precios que cobran. Con el tema del covid no había carta, sólo menú degustación. 95€ por 10 platos y ninguno estaba al nivel que esperas de un sous chef del Noma. Ni por creatividad de los platos ni por elaboración/cocción. A parte 3€ por un café de segunda, 5.5€ por una agua de 1/2 litro y 15€ por una copa de Picaro (pvp botella de 21€). Obviamente cada uno es libre de cobrar lo que cree por sus productos, pero yo personalmente no volveré ni lo recomiendo a nadie que aprecie una buena calidad/precio.

Food was good. Nevertheless, it is a shame to price 7 EUR a bottle of water and 5 EUR a glass (yes, a glass not even a pint) of beer. This important information is not present in the menu; the list includes only the tapas.

ristorante chiuso, nonostante avessimo una riservazione. IMBARAZZANTE! E ovviamente, questa mia recensione ha ottenuto risposta perché la riservazione non era a mio nome. Mio marito invece (la riservazione per il mio compleanno era a suo nome, l‘11 aprile) non solo non ha ricevuto risposta qui, ma nemmeno alla Email scritta in seguito. Gli errori possono succedere, ma saper fare il proprio lavoro vuol dire prenderne atto e non ignorarli. Qui si parla proprio di persone non professionali e maleducate. Una email di scuse era quanto meno dovuta.
I made a reservation for my wife's birthday at Ibiza Food Studio well in advance, receiving both email and SMS confirmations. However, upon arriving at the restaurant on the scheduled date, we were met with locked doors and no staff in sight. This lack of professionalism and disregard for our reservation ruined what was meant to be a special occasion. The absence of any explanation or apology only compounded our frustration. It's baffling how a restaurant can confirm a reservation and then fail to honor it without any communication.
Half the menus was missing because stove was broken but the bill wasn't broken. Food was very small portions and overall table of 6 went for pizza after. I guess the chef had a bad night. We won't be back to give him a good night.
Locale molto accogliente, varietà menù molto limitata. Prezzi altissimi, addirittura acqua euro 7 (sette) a bottiglia. Mangiato quasi niente e pagato un’esagerazione. Se siete a dieta e volete buttare via soldi è ottimo!!!!

Un quiero y no puedo. ESTAFA TOTAL por indicaciones momentanias de unos amigos ingleses terminamos hay ,mi marido y yo como Donostiarras nos dimos cuenta desde el primer segundo del error de haber entrado 😒 Quieren ir de estrella michelín en un restaurante con mucho calor ,sillas y mesas incómodas. Los tiempos entre tapa y tapa son ridículamente apresurados ,te sientes en todo momento observado .. Es un menu degustacion de tapas ridículas y la malloria sin carácter;en los cuales repitieron 3 veces gambas,una de las tapas era una mini tostá sin tostar ,sirvia y caviar sin sabor...para terminar una tapa de cordero q estaba tierno pero ácido..El maridaje pésimo una champán para empezar y después vinos baratos que te los venden como súper vinos todos blanco y una de tinto... 🤣🤣 y lo mejor el hachazo de la cuenta me esperaba unos 200 y algo por que se les venía venir ... 414 euros 🤣🤣🤣 Por habernos embutido una cena sin sentido ninguno. ESTAFA PARA LOS DESPISTADOS. NO LO RECOMIENDO DE NINGUNA MANERA,CUIDADO
Relación calidad precio malo. El local muy bonito, pero mal acondicionado y con problemas de extracción de humo. El servicio diligente y atento, pero escaso de personas. A pesar de las buenas intenciones y de un par de platos buenos, no nos pareció nada recomendable.
Un atraco para Guiris en toda regla; copa "degustación" de vino a 15€, cuando la botella cuesta 9€...éste es el nivel!!! Eso sí, te montan un númerito... Propio de gente que no sabe lo que Sí vale la pena pagar!!!
