The food quality and flavor is the best I had in a very long time. The service was amazing, professional and super fast. I booked half of the restaurant for a business meeting and I was not disappointed. Everyone thanked me for my great choice and for the wonderful event that we had.

They have a singer perform almost every weekend, which adds a fun and lively atmosphere to the dining experience. It's a great place to come with friends and family for a night out. Another highlight of this restaurant is their $40 buffet that's available Thursday to Sunday during Ramadan. While the selection of dishes was good, I did feel that the price was a little on the high side considering the limited selections they have in the buffet. However, the quality of the food more than made up for it. The service was excellent and the staff were friendly and accommodating. They were happy to explain the different dishes on the menu and offer recommendations based on our preferences. Overall, I highly recommend this Mediterranean restaurant for anyone looking for a great meal and a fun night out. Whether you're a fan of Middle Eastern cuisine or just looking for something new, this place is definitely worth a visit.

I had a ok experience at Flame Bar & Grill! Hookah was ok food was ok but customer service and allowing some people to sit anywhere and others are limited was kind of sketchy. Won’t be coming here again

Honestly I have been to many middle eastern places like Alibaba, Malalsham, etc but I never had a bad experience like this one. They took more than hour to bring food, ones the food did came finally, it was cold and the onions were burnt. They can use better customer service and food quality.

Those guys are clueless They dont know how to organize an event The tables are placed in a way you cant see anything The vip tables are so cheap The service is so bad when you place an order for something, you have to wait forever The prices are too expensive The food is cold ,heated multiple times and taste bad And lastly the parking lot , barely have enough space to park

We went on a Thursday evening. Place had a lot of seating, but was completely empty of customers. We were greeted by a few nice staff near the front entrance. I noticed interesting decor & heard music playing, but music couldn't drown out the loud drilling happening in another part of the restaurant. When it was time to order, we requested a chicken shawarma, but host then says they ran out of chicken. Instead we ordered a burger plate & beef shawarma plate. Host came back later to say they didn't have beef patties (for the burger). We never got the drinks. We got up & left to find a different restaurant willing & ready to serve. Server said they have live music there on some nights. We clearly caught them on a slow & unprepared evening. They should have closed their doors if they weren't ready to provide their service. Doubt I'll try them again.

Great food live music but the customer service is horrible we got a reservation so we went in for my friend’s birthday and when the waiter came we were trying to order and he goes do you know how much is that? Like we can’t afford it I didn’t say anything I said hey can I get a hookah? He goes the total would be $200 are you sure you have money? I told him hey we are 4 men sitting and having a party you think we don’t $200 on us? Seriously dude and he goes well don’t forget to pay! Like wow

This place doesn't deserve even one star. We suppose to have fun and enjoy our time, it turned the worst experience. We paid for tickets for a night with a singer and including dinner. We didn't get the dinner until after the people started to leave, and after many arguments with the people responsible for the place. This is very disrespectful. Within half an hour, the place smelled bad, full of smoke from cigarettes and smoking hookah inside the hall with no proper air circulation, it was very unhealthy environment. We will never come to this place again and it was the worst experience.
