Muy bueno y agradable. Terraza con ventiladores y música tranquila. El chuletón espectacular y opciones sin gluten como el pan o la tarta de queso, lo cual se agradece. Es bueno saber que aquí se sirven las mollejas como piezas de solo grasa, nosotros por ejemplo, preferimos con algo de carne, pero eso va de gustos. Los camareros y servicio, un 10. Volveremos!

Pasamos una noche espléndida, celebrando nuestro aniversario de bodas 35. En compañía de grandes amigos, y una exquisita comida acompañado de un gran vino en Restaurante La Vaquería. La atención de todos fue excelente, personal muy amable, cordial y respetuoso. En especial la señora Ana. Mi valoración para ellos si fuera 100 Puntos se los daría. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Fue una comida fantástica; cada plato (tanto entrantes, como principal, como postre) tenía una gran calidad y sabor, además el servicio fue rápido y agradable. Sin duda, volveré pronto.

Hemos venido 4 personas a comer calçots, cochinillo y chuletón. La comida muy buena, el trato bueno acorde al nivel del sitio. Mención especial a la atención de Raúl y Lucas, buenos y cercanos profesionales. Algo a lo que hacer especial mención es al precio de las botellas de vino, que no tienen un sobreprecio muy alto, siendo buenos vinos, salen rentables de pedir. Gracias!

Fuimos toda la familia a celebrar un cumpleaños y quedamos muy contentos con la atención. Nos habían recomendado la torrija y ya sabemos porque !! El camarero Raúl muy muy simpático y muy atento y el resto de camareros igual ! Volveremos!

Celebramos el cumpleaños de mi chico en La Vaquería y la experiencia fue espectacular. Probamos las croquetas de cecina, la flor de alcachofa braseada con jamón ibérico y, como platos principales, un chuletón de vaca vieja y unos canelones de carne y foie que estaban de auténtico espectáculo. Mención especial al pan de su propio obrador: crujiente por fuera, esponjoso por dentro y absolutamente irresistible. El servicio fue impecable, con un personal atento y amable, siempre pendiente de que todo llegara a tiempo y en su punto, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún mejor. Sin duda, un lugar ideal para celebrar ocasiones especiales. Repetiremos.

Deliciosos los calamarcitos y las croquetas de cecina, espectacular el chuletón y de postre, la tarta de queso y el mouse de chocolate negro. El servicio y la atención muy buenos, las recomendaciones de Luis totalmente acertadas. Volveremos sin duda.

La Vaquería in El Campello is a refreshing escape from the city’s usual dining spots. Nestled in a quiet location with a spacious garden and open-air terrace, this Mediterranean asador strikes a balance between rustic charm and refined flavors. The highlight is definitely their produce-driven menu. Many vegetables come directly from their own organic farm, and you can taste the difference — especially in the grilled seasonal offerings with romesco sauce. I highly recommend the calçots or grilled artichokes, when in season. Meat lovers won’t be disappointed — the chuletón is a showstopper, perfectly grilled with a smoky finish, and the lechazo (suckling lamb) is rich and tender. The torrija for dessert is creative and indulgent, served playfully atop a ceramic cow.

Food was very very good from start to finish.We started with lovely bread folllowed by grilled sardines which was very tasty. The steak we had was one of the best steaks iv ever tasted 800kg T bone cooked perfectly. The desert was really good as well the restaurant has a lovely ambiance to go with it. It’s not cheap there but well worth it and I’d definitely recommend.

Incredible service by Lucas - even though we were served on a Saturday night. The dining experience was quite unique, especially considering how little restaurants of such high class you find in the area, not even mentioning it has a Michelin star. Beautiful plates and cutlery, good price to value ratio amongst most dishes, quite nice shrimps and homemade French fries I had a chance to try that night. The deserts were absolutely on point as well, from Panna Cotta to the homemade Turrón ice cream. Overall - good experience both in terms of the food and the service, it’s worth giving it a go when it comes to La Vaquería.

We’ve eaten at several restaurants from the Grupo María José San Román, and La Vaquería Mediterránea is definitely the most hit-and-miss. The quality of the food varies much more than in their other places. The best example is the entrecôte, which we’ve ordered many times: sometimes it’s really good, and sometimes it’s pretty poor – both in terms of the meat itself and how it’s cooked. You never really know which version you’re going to get. The service doesn’t help either. The waiters might be the laziest I’ve seen: even when there are plenty of nice free tables, they tend to seat everyone bunched together in the same area, clearly so the waiters don’t have to walk too far. When the kitchen is having a good day you can eat well here, but the inconsistency and the attitude in the dining room make it hard to recommend.

Nice restaurant. The food was good but not espetacular. It surprised me that this restaurant has one Michelin star. Don’t get me wrong, the food is good but there was nothing extraordinary or different. I had chuletitas de cordeiro and my husband had the chuletoh. We visited this restaurant guided by the Michelin recommendation and expected a bit more. The main course itself was delicious - well balanced, flavourful and beautifully prepared. The kitchen clearly knows what it’s doing. However, the service fell short of what we would expect from a place featured in the Michelin Guide. Dishes were not cleared promptly, and we often felt forgotten - the waiter did not check in on us. Basic items like salt and pepper had to be requested separately, and the waiter’s shirt was noticeably stained. The sorbet and fresh fruit dessert were disappointing in both presentation and quality - a few slices of pineapple for its price felt unjustified. The restroom condition was also surprisingly poor for this level of restaurant. Overall, the cuisine is commendable, but the service, cleanliness, and attention to detail need significant improvement to truly meet Michelin standards.

Very good food but service was a letdown and it clouded the whole experience. We had a reservation but have have been left waiting at the entrance, without any acknowledgment from staff for 15min. It took 3 attempts to get wine glasses refilled which meant wine with starter and dessert only (coffee wasn’t offered at all, I didn’t bother asking). I gave as many stars as the Michelin ones – today we visited the restaurant. The drinks were okay, though the mojito had way too much mint – I drank more mint than the actual cocktail. The waiter was slow and absent. Every other table was served before us – maybe because we’re young? And not wearing shirts? Thank God we got a different waiter after the drinks, who was much friendlier than the first one. He didn’t speak English very well, but he managed to make us laugh. The wine was good – and he described it nicely. When we received the croquettes, there was a hair inside one of them (photo attached), and we didn’t get any kind of apology from any of the staff. That’s really disappointing for a place claiming to have Michelin stars. Sad and disrespectful. Thankfully, the main course was not that bad. The baby lamb was overcooked and lacked flavor. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. A waste of money and time. Very disappointed. They ruined my weekend. Don’t go here! I ordered a pluma and a presa and I asked both of them to be very well done grilled. I received them like medium rare! And when I raised these issues they asked me several times for better quality images, for higher quality as the photo is too "small". Attaching all the pictures that I sent to them to see what they called "photo too small" to tell if the meat was cooked as very well done or not.
