This place is right in the center of El Fuerte, across from the main square. It's a very pleasant place, the service was good, and the dinner was very good. I recommend it if you want to eat when you go to El Fuerte, Sinaloa.

Our fault. We ordered way too much food ! We couldn’t finish it. It was very tasty. The waiter did his best with his translation app. Thank you sir. We were early so we were the only customers there. They were getting ready for the circus celebration crowds. It would have cost a couple of hundred less if we had ordered correctly. Oh well… we are slowly but surely learning !

I had lunch here yesterday afternoon on Thursday and the town was pretty much empty, save for locals. I was the only person in the restaurant. Its sort of outside dining, but a large canopy covers you from the sun and its pleasant. The staff was great and I ordered Chilaquiles Rojo con Pollo. It came with frijoles refrito on the side. The plate could easily be shared between two people and I could barely finish it, but it was delicious. The location is right off the plazuela and easily accessible. A great place to have lunch if you get a chance to visit this pueblo magico!

El Texano is my favorite breakfast spot in El Fuerte. Conveniently located in the city center. They have something for everyone. Excellent traditional dishes. Great and friendly service.

El lugar es bastante agradable, sólo que el servicio deja mucho que desear ya que los platillos tardan demasiado en llegar. Éramos la única mesa, se mantiene el acomodo de sana distancia, toma de temperatura y se proporciona gel antibacterial, bien ahí.

La comida estaba rica y a precio razonable, pero el servicio me decepcionó, entiendo cuando hay mucho comensal, pero éramos los únicos y se tardaron unos treinta minutos en servir.

We were staying at the Santa Elena Hotel, and this restaurant is right next door. Highly recommended, the atmosphere and service are excellent. We had a delicious egg and chilorio breakfast here, accompanied by chilaquiles and beans.

Beautiful location with colorful paintings and colonial architecture. The food and service was decent but I expected something a bit better to match the classy facilities. The price point wasn’t terrible but I hoped for better food based on the price we paid.

Food was good, the tamales were really good, beans were mid and burritos were nice too. The service was excellent, it was kinda hot because of the weather since they just put fans that kinda help. A complaint i have is that one person from the staff was hitting a dog so he go, when the dog didn’t go he start throwing water at him when the dog was in the street and it’s public property. Overall a great restaurant that need some improvements

Buen lugar, probamos la machaca de marlin y marlin a la caguama. Nos gustó más el primero. De tomar pedimos las uvolas que resultaron muy refrescantes. Lo que probamos rico a secas, nada espectacular ni fuera de serie. Sí volvería para probar otros platillos.

Los precios son altos y porciones pequeñas. La comida tarda bastante.

El lugar es tranquilo y tiene mesas dentro y fuera, mi comida estaba salada pero twnia mucha hambre, tardaron 40 min en entregar mi platillo y pasado de la hora aun no entregaban platillos de mis acompañantes, el servicio es demasiado lento, deberian mejorarlo porque vi mucha gente molesta ya que pierdes el hacer mas cosas por esperar, no tienen un orden para servir, algunas mesas que llegaron despues les sirvieron antes, el mesero se pierde muchisimo tiempo, creo que otra persona tomó nuestra orden (no el mesero) y por eso hubo tanto problema, quiza contratar mas personal no les vendria mal, mi bebida venia con una bolsa de plastico y no quisieron darnos la cuenta sin los platillos, tuvimos que esperar hasta que los sirvieran, que fue muy rapido despues de que el mesero supiera, si quedamos con mal sabor de boca.

Es un platillo aguachile con pobre expectativa. Mucho caldo poco contenido y tres camarones. Requiere mejora para el precio alto.

Mal servicio por parte de gerencia. Cuentan con poco personal para atender y muy mala organización. Visite el lugar y se tardo mas de una hora la comida en servir, no iba en orden de llegada de las personas, además la bebida venía con un plástico. La comida era un poco salada. Y al momento de pagar la chica de caja tenía un desorden.

I have visited a lot of places but the service here has been the worst of the worst. The waitress needs better manera and form of serving food to customers. The food that we all ordered was cold and the shrimp wrapped in bacon was raw, not to mention the rice as well was cold. The supervisor that was supposedly in charge just kept making excuses instead of offering a solution like cooking more the food or something else.
