We went for breakfast, and churros aren't really my thing, but I tried them and they were very, very good. If I had to go there for lunch, I'd go there. The coffee was good, and the toast was also good. My friend ordered hot chocolate with her churros and says she loves the ones there.

The service was very good, very attentive, and fast, even though it was a holiday. The tostadas were large and delicious. The churros were very good. Parking was a bit tricky, but it was worth it. They also offer takeout, including churros with chocolate.

I recently had breakfast at this establishment and sat at the bar, where a blonde waitress served me. From the very first moment, it was clear that professionalism wasn't her strong suit. I repeated my simple order of half a slice of toast and a coffee three times, and she still didn't seem to understand. Far from improving the service, the waitress was busy arguing with her colleagues in front of the customers, using profanity and maintaining a tone unbecoming of a restaurant. It was uncomfortable to see how tense the atmosphere became because of her attitude, more focused on the arguments than on providing service. Despite there being few customers and quite a few employees, the atmosphere was chaotic. It's obvious that the work organization is very weak and that there's no good distribution of tasks. I even saw kitchen staff come out to help at the bar or at the tables, which clearly indicates an internal problem. When I ordered a specialty toast, it turned out they'd changed the ingredients without updating the menu or notifying me, so I ended up getting something different from what I ordered. The coffee was pretty good, but I highly doubt I'll be having breakfast here again.

It's true that the churros are very good, as is the hot chocolate, although it must be said that the hot chocolate is expensive for the amount served. However, the matcha tea is the worst macha tea I've ever had. The waiters are pleasant, however, the boss has a bigger temper than the ones in Granada!

Today I visited this place for breakfast with my family, and unfortunately, the treatment we received was very disrespectful. As customers, we expect professionalism, courtesy, and a friendly attitude. Good service isn't just about the food, but also about how customers are treated. If this attitude continues, the business will lose customers. The employees don't lose anything because their salaries remain the same, but the one who really suffers is the owner. I hope you take this as constructive criticism and improve the customer experience. Remember: a dissatisfied customer doesn't return, but they do spread the word about the poor service.
