Golly, stepped in here rear quick to grab a drink while waiting on a train. Mind you I had 30plus mins, just enough for one beer. I walk in go straight to the bar and its not crowded, however the bartender was heavily distracted, some spots were people had clearly eaten and left was not cleaned up. Now I ordered a beer, saw that it was filled and sitting there but bar tender left the drink to go make another one and have a side convo. For 10 minutes, no kidding, I was legit looking at the beer glass FULL 😄, I was just dumbfounded tbh. Ok so I get my drink and immediately just pay as I know this will be another 20 min process. Don't get me wrong bar tender was nice, positive attitude ect, but very easily distracted.

The steak here is extra small, I asked for my steak medium it came out well done. I did not send it back because I did not want them to throw it in the trash. It wasn't that bad just not what I asked for. My 8oz looked like a 3 oz steak. Mash Potatoes was good The price was to much for a small steak and two small sides. The service was ok This is a good place for drinks and appetizers.

Clean, organized and welll decorated. Simple layout, and all the usual elements you find at most applebees. Food was consistently good, and speed was reasonavle. I found the service to be the weak link. There was no friendly smile, greetings and we did not feel very welcomed. This is probably a training issue, as the wait staff seemed to know what they were doing. All in all, service can, and should improve... the food will consistently be good.

Service is horrible and wait time is crazy most nights from 6pm - closing time. The waiters always take forever to take your order. Food also takes a while to come out as well. I think this is mainly due to being understaffed. The employees are all nice it’s just they are so backtracked and busy with so many customers. I usually always get steak bowl and I’ve gone like 5 times here already and it’s not being cooked right almost as if it is soggy and sometimes the food is cold.

The customer service here was insane horrible, I was sitting at the bar for 25 mins not one bartender attempted to help me out with ordering some drinks then I got up ready to leave asked to speak to a manager Manager 10 minutes in such a total of 35 minutes in the establishment zero service manager was doing something who knows then I come to find out that the store managers in doing nothing horrible service. I can’t wait for the inspector to come check tomorrow.

We walked in and half the tables hadn’t been bussed, it was half dead and the staff were standing around even when I tried to get their attention upon learning that they had given us someone else’s check. It took us 20 minutes just to get water and the plates from our appetizers were left there almost the entire time. My partners burger was overcooked, I asked for my steak medium rare and it was undercooked. You’re paying exuberant prices to be ignored and be given subpar food by a staff who act like you’re inconveniencing them. 72 dollars and some change.

I am very disappointed based on the experience that me and my friend had while going to Applebees today. The host(Kai) was very kind, respectful and sweet. When i went to ask her how many minutes it was going to take for us to be sat, and she was talking to us. There was a server named Mary storming towards the host stand and was very upset about the hostess not telling the costumers about them not having burgers. I felt like it was a little weird because how do you guys not have burgers ?? But anyways, to keep this short, she was very disrespectful to the host and I also felt like it was unprofessional for her to do it in front of customers too. I asked the host if she was okay and she said that she was but I felt really bad. Every time I see this particular host, she always has a smile on her face, keeps the conversations going, do her best to make me and my friend happy or comfortable,and sit us in a fast pace.

Order # 40819441288822798 Made an online order at 7:04pm Arrived at the restaurant around 7:25 (the same time the order was estimated to be complete. I arrived, asked for the order, and the desk lady said to please allow her 5 minutes. I said, “Sure, no problem.” It is now 7:35pm. I asked for an update, and a gentleman said, “Yes, Pamela’s order, we are just waiting for the drinks.” Time passes: 7:45 pm, 7:55 pm, “still waiting for the drinks.” Mind you, there are multiple people at the corner of the bar making jokes and laughing. At that point, the best option was to request a refund. If you are looking to stop by or do a pickup order, please think twice and find somewhere else. Go to a place where customer service is provided. And no, a courtesy was not provided either. You can hear the same employees complaining about the bad service as well.

If you want to deal with incompetence. This is the place to come. Was directed to come by the bar to place a to go order. Staff by the bar continuously walked past me and didn’t offer a menu. Even though there were individuals that could’ve taken the order they proceeded to shrug their shoulders and say that’s not their part of the job. It’s clearly an inconvenience to disrupt their conversation instead of them doing their job.

Nasty bathrooms, no soap/toilet tissue in the restrooms. Asked someone for over 20 min if they could assist and no one did. Food was trash. Finally, someone came to put soap in dispensers and our host was nice.

I'm honestly upset that a friend and I went for dinner and the food ended up being awful. When we got home we ended up getting sick from the food. I spoke to a manager about it and they said they would call me back about getting a refund. Spoke to two different managers within 5 days and they keep saying they would get back to me. Up till this day they haven't gotten back. I find it disgusting that as a manager name Anthony you wouldn't get back to a customer who eats there, and has gotten sick from the food. I would not be going back to this restaurant.

I dined alone and I'm disabled. The female waitress I had treated me different than she did the men tables. She made me wait long periods of time while she flirted. My drinks did not taste like there was any liquor in them, and my food was mediocre and not hot, probably because she dragged and forgot to go get it. - - Inside is very nice , outside they have huge rats that cross the door from the tree and go under the patio banner to the seating.

We had a server her name was shimra who walked past us multiple times without saying a word to us after we called her over multiple times just to fix our drink order which was a sprite and a water with lime and she couldn’t even get the water right and I mean come on it’s water and I needed her to replace my sprite because there was none of the syrup in it. This was my FIRST and last time at apple bees after being ignored by staff for over 30 minutes for a literal drink change not even to take out order. I also have worked in service for a while and I’m very patient and understanding but this was just completely avoidable and her attitude was horrendous. This is my first time also ever leaving a review so this is just quite sad I actually would recommend the chipotle next door which had me served quickly with yummy food because I actually ate there and not apple bees all because a server didn’t want to do her job. Hopefully none of the other staff is like her.

Today my son was so happy because we were going to one of his favorite place , when we get there the lady in the front told me that the waiting time was going to be 10 minutes . It was ok so meanwhile we were waiting other family came in and a person came to the door and proceed to sit them. So I ask the lady in the front how this was happening if we were first and she just said “he is the manager . I got so mad , did he was being racist? Or what so I left the place very disappointed. I definitely will not recommend this place and definitely will not coming back.

If I can give zero stars I would ! Very unsatisfied customer. Asked for caramalized onions and ended up getting fried onions. Asked for a medium well steak and got a well done steak. Almost my shrimp had the shells still on it. Ive went to a different Applebee’s a couple days prior to this visit for my daughter’s birthday and their food and service was a thousand times better. Horrible food. Not what I was expecting for my family.

This happened on 06/07. Asked for Parmesan sauce and shrimp on both the steaks and salmons and was up charged for it but wasn’t presented. The steak was so well done I could barely pull my fork out and the potatoes were cold as well as the broccoli was cold hence the cheese barely melted. We tried to get the MOD attention but he walked past up several times and kept saying he was coming. We waited and finally got him to come but had he came the first ten minutes we tried to get him my plate could have been done over but after waiting so long I didn’t even get to enjoy lunch with my husband before he went to work. This was such poor service and we frequent this location often because it’s close by and we love the outside area.
