I came with a very large party to Thyme Matters this past Fri night & I (as well as everyone else) enjoyed myself immensely!! Our server, whose name I believe is Daniel, did an amazing job catering to all of us. We were ordering drinks like our life depended on it & he was really on top of it. Their jalapeno margarita (pictured), cu-tini, & piña tini from their drink menu all tasted wonderfully. What I liked especially though is when I ordered a lemon drop & they used vanilla vodka - it tasted amazing!! How did I not think of that before! I personally ordered their airline chicken curry (pictured) & O.M.G. This the best curry sauce I have ever tasted. Dead serious. My husband is determined to recreate it now. I get full extremely fast but best believe I ate every single bite of my dinner that night. And the cinnamon churros... Mmmm. What's not to like about churros?? What I'm most impressed by, besides the whole getting food & drinks for a party of 25+, is how professional the staff was despite the fact we were loud (& annoying) as fu**. I really had such a great evening & feel it's a huge accomplishment making this many people happy. I will absolutely come again!
The chicken parmesan was fantastic and we also really enjoyed the sauteed tilapia, both dishes were savory and had excellent plating. We needed a break from Tex-Mex. The service from our waiter was top-notch and the atmosphere was slightly upscale, but still relaxed. Will definitely visit again.
My lunch experience at Thyme was nothing short of spectacular! Having not set foot in this delightful establishment for over six years, I was eager to see what had changed—and I must say, the improvements are remarkable. From the moment I entered, I was warmly greeted by the hostess and allowed to choose the perfect table that suited my comfort. My waitress, Zerelda, was an absolute gem. Her kind demeanor and attention to detail made me feel instantly welcomed. Unsure of whether to try the Saku Ceviche or the Hamachi, I asked for her recommendation. Zerelda confidently suggested her personal favorite, and it did not disappoint in the slightest. The lunch menu boasted an impressive array of choices, but the Shrimp Diavola caught my eye. Let me tell you—this dish was a revelation. The shrimp were perfectly cooked, tender, and bursting with flavor. I only wish there had been more! As I couldn’t finish everything, Zerelda kindly boxed up the leftovers, ensuring I could savor the meal later. Thyme continues to exceed my expectations with its exceptional food and impeccable service. Without a doubt, it's still one of the best restaurants on the Upper Westside of El Paso! Highly recommended.
We enjoyed our dining experience here. Our meal was pricier than expected, but it was worth it. The drinks were strong and good. My husband had the tenderloin and it was delicious and tender. The tuna ceviche was good as well, even though the tuna could have used a little more seasoning. The customer service was great. The staff checked on us consistently and even brought my husband some tres leches cake for his bday. We will be back.
ABSOLUTELY love this place. It's my 1st time here, and I will DEFINITELY be back. The food is AMAZING, and the prices are reasonable. The music is the perfect vibe for this place, and the staff is great, very professional 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 I will go back 💯% I would love to see what a Friday or Saturday evening is about. ***UPDATE *** Went today 8/18/23 after not going for a year due to a family medical emergency, and I must say STILL A SATISFIED CUSTOMER. The food is still delicious, and the staff is still awesome 👌🏽⚘️❤️🍾🥂 *****2nd UPDATE ***** Under new management and I still give it a🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 ********UPDATE 3******** Jake (not from State Farm lol) Is AMAZING 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
I haven't done very much fine dining but the staff really made us feel at home. The menu's not overly complex and everything sounded really good for the price. The cocktail lineup was great, I had a martini that had a combination of mezcal, gin and some other goodies that was straight up phenomenal. I got the surf and turf and my steak was a perfect medium. They even bring out a blowtorch for the compound butter which just added to the fun. Give em a try !
Amazing, 10/10! This was my first time here and my boyfriend and I came for their special Valentine’s Day Dinner. Overall I had such a great experience! Great service from our waiter Christian and the food was out of this world 🌎💕 Sam, the manager is an absolute gentleman and also made us feel very welcomed! Will definitely come back soon!! ☺️
I made a reservation for my birthday online. I was looking for a modern, upscale restaurant which had good vegetarian options and Thyme Restaurant was a great choice for me. We sat at the patio where you have a nice few at the mountains and enjoyed the sunset. The food was very good and the service was exceptional. Everyone was extremely professional, polite and very friendly. They even acknowledged my birthday. The prices are absolutely fair and we will definitely be back. Thank you for a great birthday dinner.
Super nice in every way. The atmosphere is comfortable, classy, and welcoming. Food is beautiful, amazing presentation and exquisite. Service as well, Eunice did not miss a beat, and her personality is lovely. Now Desert, ooh lala, tres leches and carrot were to come back, and I will. Enjoy, you will love it.
We had such a great experience that evening! Even though we went in October, the weather was absolutely beautiful, so my friends and I sat outside. Our drinks were exquisite and our food, delicious! Our waiter Andres gave us excellent service and the dish he recommended me was so tasty. They had a large crowd that evening, but it didn't even feel like it. we were well taken care of. Thyme matters has never failed to impress me, I totally recommend it.
Came here for lunch for a self-care Saturday after a taxing week. I called to see if I needed to make reservations, and the hostess was friendly on the phone. She mentioned there was an event going on inside but they had patio seating available. It was a gorgeous day, and when I arrived, I was promptly seated outside. Derek provided exceptional service, along with a new server (did not get his name). Between the two of them, they handled another larger party outside and the small tables. They checked in on us periodically and the food arrived timely. Service was 10/10. I got the mussels (very tasty and good for dipping bread), the pesto chicken sandwich and the tres leches. I couldn't decide between fries and kettle chips, and Derek was kind enough to bring me 50/50. All were good choices and I was super satisfied. At one point, Derek asked if I was "in my happy place" and yes, I definitely was! Everything was delicious, I had a glass of wine and a view of the mountains. Would come back again!
First time there. Celebrated mother's day on Saturday. Our waitress zerelda was very attentive to our needs. The food was perfect, wife, daughters, son and grand kid loved it. No complaints from any of us. We all tried a variety of plates and all very well prepared and very tasty. Atmosphere was very nice. Plan on going back again.
The ambiance feels very high class. There is a giant glass wall full of wine and adds to the vibe of astonishment, also the staff was so thoughtful ~ they checked in constantly and were very personal. The food itself was cooked to perfection. I would totally come again. The wine I tasted was super delicious happy I went with someone who has divine taste. 🍷🙏
Party of 2 for dinner with reservations at 1800. We were sat immediately by the cellar. Beautiful area and great view. Timothy kept our water full, man of few words but was great! The dinning area was elegant and beautifully decorated. Our waitress, Zerelda, was the best!! Knowledgeable and steered us in the right direction. For dinner we ordered the filet mignon, medium, and the saffron scallops. Our dishes were so well prepared and extremely savory. I do not have one complaint of this place nor its staff. staff. Great dining experience and will return!!! For dessert we ordered the churro with a side of carmel. So delicious!!!
I went in on Friday night for girls night. The drinks were amazing. I had a Swiss and chipotle onion hamburger. It was cooked to perfection. Best burger I've ever had. Will DEFINITELY be going back!
This is such a cute restaurant on the west side of El Paso. They always offer a consistently delicious meal, and at this point I'm sure I've tried over half the menu. My favorites are their corn poblano soup, salpicon salad, and clam linguini. I tried their ahi ceviche appetizer this past visit, and it was excellent, served with perfectly toasted tortilla chips. They also have a phenomenal tres leches cake for dessert.
Excellent service, they were attentive on my reservation instructions. The food was incredibly delicious, I'll definitely come here again.
This was a great place to eat food was hot and great flavor. I got the Combo platter with sausage, turkey, 2x baby back ribs, potato salad, and coleslaw. Our waitress was great awesome personality and always checking in with us. To top it off she remember all 6 of our orders no writing down.
Cute place with great food. The service and atmosphere were top notch. Our waitress, Eunice was lovely and made the experience even better.
This is a hidden gem. I was traveling on business so I did call ahead and ask about reservations and they said since I was a single I did not need. When I got there they were packed. Always a good sign. I had a jalapeno margarita and the calamari at the bar while waiting on a table. Sebastian took care of me at the bar and when I moved to the table he continued service. I had the roasted corn poblano soup and ordered the sea bass as the entrée. Everything was so good and service was top notch as well. Will definitely go back when I am in town again.
This place!!! If you want fine dining, knowledgeable, friendly staff from the greeting to the Manager and the best tasting food, this is your place! It's not expensive, it's an experience.
We visited this fine restaurant with the Meet-up El Paso Wine and Dine Group. We all thoroughly enjoyed our delicious meals and the ambience that was so cozy and homelike. The wait staff was well trained and their attention to details was impeccable. I will definitely be returning here with my family.
Came in from out of town, and saw that this restaurant had an impressive rating. We decided to check it out. They were very short staffed, but the service was awesome! They were very quick and had great customer service. The food was great as well, but the service gave it that extra push for the 5 stars! Will definitely be coming back whenever we come back to El Paso!
Everything was OUTSTANDING. The menu has a big variety and was absolutely delicious. The service was also outstanding.
I had a great time with my friend here at Thyme. We had dinner and a bottle of rose. The baked brie and the pasta primavera were amazing 💯.
Classy place with great wine selection and beautiful atmosphere. The wine cellar is way cooler than the more entrenched fine dining places. Great prices considering the quality of food and service. I recommend the linguine with clams, very tasty. Perfect for a date night!
Thyme restaurant is absolutely gorgeous, the food is exquisite, the ambience is elegant, yet inviting. I had the best scallop risotto with the rose by the glass, as suggested by the server, and I am glad I took his suggestion. Amazing experience.
Honestly everything was like 10/10!! The inside is just so gorgeous the vibes are calming and upscale at the same time! Gave very clean vibes. The service was amazing! Our server was so attentive and kept checking in on us I was never worried about how long it would be until he came back! The drinks were so good! I had the cutini I believe it was called and it tasted just like a lemonade!! The Filet and Shrimp Diavola were just amazing!! The filet was cooked perfectly and the pasta was not too greasy and not too heavy!! Flavors were IMMACULATE!
Our wonderful friends from LA visited us, and we decided to have dinner at Thyme Matters. They were impressed by the high quality of the food and service, especially coming from a metropolitan area. We all enjoyed our meal and the sophisticated ambiance. Definitely a 10 out of 10.
The food was delicious and there are very accommodating
Stopped in for lunch and we were so pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere, the service and the food. Definitely will be making plans to return for a dinner date night!
Great romantic atmosphere, quick friendly service, and tasty plates at a reasonable price. We got the calamari with a delicious sauce and I got the French rose which was great. For our main course I got the clam pasta which was tasty and my boyfriend got the beef medallions which were good. Tres leches cake was also yummy! Definitely coming back.
Absolutely delicious food, good price, and good sized portions. Beautiful atmosphere and really nice music. Good service, at times a bit too friendly, but overall great experience.
One of the few places that didn't overcook seafood! But the brie appetizer came with a whole thing of brie and only like 5 tiny chip sized pieces of toast and 2 tablespoons of jam. They charged us 9$ without warning for more bread and jam for it.
Thyme delivered on every level. I ordered the Land and Sea plate and it was absolutely delicious. Perfectly balanced, flavorful, and thoughtfully plated. The service was exceptional. Our waiter was incredibly attentive and made me feel completely at ease navigating the menu gluten-free. It was so easy, which isn’t always the case when dining out in most places here in El Paso. I felt cared for, not like a burden. Domingo, supporting the main waiter, was also very kind and supportive! We’ll definitely be coming back. This place knows how to take care of their guests!
From the moment you walk in, Thyme exudes sophistication, and their wine cellar is even better. We started our dining experience with the caviar and it was amazing! Our server, (even though he’s new) was very attentive and knowledgeable, making our evening truly memorable. Highly recommend!
Amazing restaurant! I can’t believe this was our first time here—definitely won’t be our last. The service was attentive, and the intimate setting made for a perfect dining experience. I had the salmon salad, and the salmon was cooked to absolute perfection—flaky, tender, and flavorful. I was also pleasantly surprised by the fresh, perfectly seasoned veggies that came with it. My husband had the torta, and it was out of this world. Highly recommend this place for a memorable meal!
I went here with my wife and another couple. We were all celebrating our anniversaries. Our waitress (Milly) was excellent! She did a fenominal job! We all ordered something different and everything was spot on! Definitely would recommend this place and look forward to going back there again! Thank you for making our special day such a memorable time!!
Very impressed by the professionalism displayed by your manager , Denise. She is polite , eloquent , head to toe world class.. Your restaurant was spotlessly clean, Altho I did ask 3 times for an ice tea refill.. I guess if that's the worst thing that happens to me today I'll be doing all right. I look forward to dinning here again soon. Robert Mason El Paso, TX
Every aspect of our experience was fantastic. Food was great, ambiance and music was perfect, and service by all staff especially Millicent was exceptional.
The service was very good. The only thing i would suggest is to recommend courses. We were there for a celebration and it seemed like they only offered the basic drink and meal. For example once the drinks were ordered. No recommendation for a starter. Seemed I had to flag down for dessert and after dinner drinks. The meal itself was absolutely delicious, cocktails and wine selection was wonderful. Overall a great experience and definitely will recommend.
I recently visited for a much-needed dinner out with old friends and was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of the experience. The ambiance of the restaurant strikes the perfect balance between cozy and sophisticated, making it an ideal spot for both special occasions and casual evenings out. The food was amazing! The attention to detail in both the preparation and presentation of the food is evident, and the quality easily rivals that of high-end restaurants in much larger cities. What sets Thyme apart, though, is its service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our evening was memorable. Their recommendations were spot-on, and their timing was impeccable, never leaving us waiting or feeling rushed.
Lovely place and even better food! I came for a work meeting here. Derek helped me get set up outside since it was such a beautiful sunny day. The outdoor patio is gorgeous, highly recommend. Derek was our server and his hospitality and attention to our table was so greatly appreciated. Get their guacamole and tuna ceviche! - you won't be disappointed! Thank you Derek!
Service was extraordinary. Scallops were cooked perfect. Ambiance, romantic.

Excelente comida y buen servicio

Clay was wonderful. I had been here once before and the other waiter at the time recognized me. Felt that went a long way. They were considerate of my toddler son in every way possible. Great service great food. Will return for sure
Second time we have been. Food was not bad, but could have been way better with a little effort. Cold store bought dinner rolls on a deli paper lined dish.... the mussels were good, but hard to overlook cheap side on a not cheap dish. Wine selection was extensive, but either the cheap juice or 100-500 dollar bottles on the Pinot Noir section. Service was plain and unenthusiastic.
I liked the feel and staff at the restaurant. Food was good, but a little pricey for what I ordered. The roasted poblano soup was delicious! My steak was cooked perfectly and had a good seasoning. We ordered two salads at our table and the dressing and salads were a bit boring, it needed a little kick or one ingredient to give some pizazz. We did request some ground black pepper and that helped. That’s why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.
Good food, but the place is a bit cramped - though it does have a nice veranda. I like to sit at bars, and the bar area is rather small. Friendly people, but for some reason most times I've been there (I've been there maybe ten visits total) the place has had jerks in attendance - sometimes loud jerks. Maybe it was just (bad) luck of the draw. The staff, by contrast, is first rate, very friendly, and happy to accommodate requests concerning food preparation and drinks.
I went to a private party there and I must say the wait staff were super friendly and great. Several people got the beef medallions, others got the duck, and others had the shrimp diavla. They all said the food was really good. I had the scallops with risotto and was very disappointed. There was sand in the scallops and the risotto was way undercooked. I'll go back again for sure, but I certainly won't order the scallops. The rest of the menu looked really good.
My sister and I went in for a late cocktail and an appetizer. The margaritas we ordered didn't even taste like they had any alcohol in them and the guacamole we ordered had no salt in it at all (or any flavor for that matter). Once the waiter saw that we weren't going to keep drinking he never came back to check on us. We waited over 30 minutes until I could flag down another waiter to get him for us so I could ask for the check. He then proceeds to tell us "you're still our guests so you're welcome to stay as long as you like and pleaselet me know if you need anything else." It would've been great to have had some good service to begin with.
Restaurant very clean and upscale. Ambiance very nice. Seated immediately. If we were supposed to get bread we didn't. After waiter took our food order we never saw him again. I even went looking for him and told him to bring us refills. Even after that he never showed up. Food took a while. When Food finally came out it was absolutely delicious. Unlike most el paso restaurants the food was also presented beautifully. Would have given 5 stars if not for poor service
You have great food and service but can’t go for a drink cuz your prices are higher than the food!!! $22 meal $31 for 1 drink had no idea that’s what one drink cost….. ask price before you place your order!!!👍🏼
Dined at Thyme Matters last night. Great wine selection. Attentive server. Nice ambiance. Food was a little on the salty side. Salmon was cooked to perfection. Loved the whole wedge salad and 4 oz salmon pair. Tuna ceviche was excellent as well. My only advice is to take it down a notch when it comes to salt. Overpowering and destroyed the quality taste of some of the food.
Our mojitos were basically limeade with mint. The “jumbo” shrimp were an intentional oxymoron and to top it off, they were burnt. The carrot cake could be compared to an overrated bread pudding. The best part of our meal were the tostadas that were served with ceviche. We came here for a date night but ended up feeling disappointed due to the pretentious atmosphere and poor food experience.
Overall the food was disappointing and the service was alright but needs improvement. The steak flatbread was VERY good. The chicken parmesan was a mixed experience as the chicken was great, but the pasta tastes like leftovers (dry, not enough sauce and mushy noodles). The sauce should be added right before serving to avoid the noodles soaking it up. The creme brulee was made in a bizarre way by adding a berry compote to the top which made the caramelized, hard top turn soft. The point of creme brulee is to have a crunchy top and creamy custard underneath. A better way would be to put the compote at the bottom so you can enjoy it with the custard and still have that top to crack. The wine by the glass was disappointing. The Malbec was much more sour than the average Malbec and the Cabernet Sauvignon was from an old bottle which tasted of cork and generally as though it was past the point that it should be served. The hostess wasn't rude, but she seemrd as though her job is the last place on earth she wants to be. Sitting at the front table staring at her phone isn't terribly professional and makes her less approachable. The server seemed to take offense at any feedback that was offered on the food quality and made no significant effort to correct the issues. They also made us wait to get the check for almost 20 minutes and I had to ask the hostess to retrieve our server so we could pay and leave. This place has potential, but with performance like this, I will not be returning.
Wife and I used to go often for date night, last 3 times we went to have dinner there, we could not park, no open spaces, not even handicap parking. They should or someone monitor that parking too, I recall it is reserved for the handicap, and have proper plates or decal. Each time wife and I went, we couldn't park, so we went to Holy Grail, at least we could park. I hope they fix the parking issues, we won't return or recommend until they have parking.
I have always loved this place in the past but this evening was a great disappointment. The poblano soup was so spicy you couldn't get it down. We ordered 2 beef plates, Med Rare, and they came out medium. Not appetizing and tasted like ground beef. The filet steak was not appetizing so we sent it back almost full mashed potatoes were cold. My beef medallions had the same experience but I managed to eat half. At the end of our meal we requested they remove the one plate off our tab, only to be offered a dessert instead. Obviously ,if you spend over $150 for dinner, you expect a good meal. On the + side, the waiter's service was very good, no complaints. However we noticed that he was also playing duel roles behind the bar. Probably why the service was somewhat slow.
It was highly recommended but it fell short on service. Food took a bit to get served. The food and desert were ok. I expected more. However not terrible.
The ceviche was amazing. The main courses of salmon and beef were very average not worth the price tags. This is a wannabe fine dining restaurant not worth going to more than once. The waiters also took a long time to come by the table to get the check.
I wish the food matched the service and ambiance... I got the duck, which was good, not great. My mom got the salmon, same. The best thing we ate was the ceviche, which I will def come back for. Honestly, the service is amazing and everyone was so attentive. I will support the location.
Excelente servicio y la comida exquisita. Por lo que le doy 3 estrellas es por querer cobrar $35.00 por cortar un pastel de cumpleaños que llevamos. Se me hace un cobro ridículo.
Service was mediocre. Every table received bread basket except for us. Atmosphere wasn’t great. Burgers were good, eggplant Parmesan could have been more thoroughly baked. Was charged 20% tip automatically for a table of 5 even if the menu states gratuity is added at 18% of parties of 6+. You’re not really missing out on anything. Was in town for the weekend & could have probably found a better place to take my family. So if I were y’all, I’d do just that. Thanks.
Nice ambience. Good wine list. I ordered the grilled salmon salad. It was a very small portion. More like a side salad than a main dish. Service was terrible. Had to be waving down different waiters. Couldn't tell which one was ours because he never returned after taking our order. We wanted a side of bread. Finally had to go to the hostess at the door to ask for it. She called a waiter. The waiter told us their bread was "Little Cesar's breadsticks." And he wasn't kidding. Much later 2 breadsticks that were hard from over warming were delivered by another fleeing waiter. We had been there once before. Same problem. Bad service.
It was our date night and we wanted to go somewhere we haven't gone in years. I had the shrimp with pasta (added marinara sauce since I couldn't have cream sauce). Pasta was tart (felt like sauce I've had from a jar) and shrimp was over peppered. Prices were high for the portion of shrimp (in my opinion). My husband liked his steak but the bread was dry and cold. Overall, we weren't impressed. Won't be returning.
Ordered the Scallop risotto. 27 dollars waisted. Scallops over cooked one one side and then not even cooked on the the other. Flipped my scallop over and wasn’t even cooked on the other side! Risotto was so salty couldn’t even finish it. For 27 dollars expected a lot more. Won’t be going back here any more. The chef was behind the bar joking and laughing. Wish he would have been in the kitchen actually cooking. Zero stars 100%
The food quality was poor. I ordered the feature item chicken saltimbocca that came with fingerling potatoes and Brussel sprouts. The dish tasted like leftovers. I let the waitress know and she went in the back awhile and let me know "they" prepared it this morning. My visit occurred @ about 1500 on 10/22/22.
Made a reservation for a party of 8... after consuming more than $600 on drinks and appetizers charged some of the guest a "sharing fee" of $8 each for a sandwich! Never heard something like that before... waitress very rude and manager unhelpful!!
On Saturday February 24th my family and I went to have dinner. At the time we got the bill we noticed something was wrong, we paid and left. The food was okay, but the drinks were something else. We were charged $3.50 for 2 olives; for mixing a mojito we were charged $2.93; for a serving of bread $3.00. I think that if you want this restaurant to succeed, you should put these petty charges in a way the customer doesn’t see how ridiculous appear in the final bill. And you should check the spelling in the name of the restaurant outside. The word is “cuisine”.
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received yesterday. My wife and I arrived at the restaurant at 8:50 PM, well before the posted closing time of 10:00 PM, with the intention of enjoying a bottle of wine. However, upon our arrival, we were informed by the staff that the restaurant was closing and not accepting any more customers. Despite observing that there were still diners present inside the restaurant, we were turned away without a clear explanation. This discrepancy between the advertised closing time and the actual service provided was both misleading and disheartening. As a customer willing to spend and enjoy the offerings of this establishment I believe it is essential for the management to ensure that the staff adheres to the stated operating hours and provides consistent and fair service to all patrons. This experience has left me with a negative impression and reluctance to revisit. I hope that the owner will address this issue promptly to prevent similar incidents from recurring and to uphold the reputation of the establishment. That's basically why I write this. Sincerely, SFL
Food is delicious but service is not the best, they took for ever to even ask us for our drinks, during the course we of the meal we were only approached once to deliver the food and to pick up the plates. During the meal we ordered a bottle of wine and our request was ignored and was never delivered, I had to wait for the manager to approach us and ask if we were good so I could ask for another glass of wine since it was too late for the bottle at that point. Waitress was no where so I could ask for the check but she was very attentive with the two couples right next to us. It’s sad that the food was delicious but thanks to the horrible service we will not be returning to this restaurant.
The atmosphere and ambience were very nice. Unfortunately, our server and food were not. The server was difficult to understand and brought us our entrees approximately 5 minutes after serving the salads. The server did not appear to have any knowledge of serving customers. The salads were sparse, it appears that they were taken from the window before they were ready. They were missing Feta, olives etc. The server completely forgot to bring one of the salads and brought it after the entree. The medallions were chewy and entirely too fatty. This was an utter disappointment. We will never be back.
My wife and I have been coming here since 2007 when Thyme Matters opened. We went on a night during a set menu earlier this year. Food and service was phenomenal as always with a set menu, a set price, and we were told gratuity was included. The next morning, we see that our card was charged an extra $100 more than what we signed off on. $100 isn’t anything to complain about but it’s the principle at this point. Hopefully this isn’t the new standard with Thyme Restaurant.
Positive: Atmosphere is very nice, pasta was very well made. Negative: We were unattended the entire meal. We waited about 15-20 minutes to place our order, and our waitress was almost completely absent for the entirety of our visit. We felt very neglected at a place that looks like it should have excellent service. My partner and I were celebrating an exciting anniversary and it felt very sad to have a night like this here.
