Ya lo conocía y he ido alguna vez puntúa pero justo ayer fui a comer con una amiga y la experiencia fue muy buena. A pesar de lo lleno que estaba por las fechas que son el servicio fue excelente, con un ritmo perfecto al servir los platos y camareros muy atentos en todo momento. El ambiente es agradable y la comida estaba muy buena, nos sentimos muy a gusto durante toda la comida. Quiero hacer una mención especial a una camarera que, si no recuerdo mal, se llamaba Isabel María, que fue especialmente simpática, amable y muy profesional. Sin duda, un sitio totalmente recomendable

Fui con un grupo grande para mi cumpleaños, y la experiencia con todo fue de 10, servicio inmejorable y la comida espectacular. La verdad esque lo recomiendo mucho si tienes que celebrar algo y quieres un sitio de calidad. El trato a la hora de organizar los menus y todo fue super bueno ya que los empleados (en concreto la chica encargada) ponen mucho de su parte y siempre con una sonrisa. Muchas gracias

Hemos pasado por si…tenían hueco!! La mejor decisión, la verdad. Hemos estado súper a gusto,el servicio perfecto,la comida increíble,nos ha sorprendido,volveremos seguro. El servicio por parte de Andrea ha sido de 10,una gran profesional,cercana,pendiente de nosotros y atenta a todo. Gracias a los de fuera y a los que están en las cocinas. 🙋🏼‍♀️🤩

A really good find, a very reasonably priced menu del dia, and excellent quailty. We got there early which was lucky as it is very popular. A good choice on the menu, some normal classics as well as some with a twist. Will go again next time we are in Elche.

Great place with great service. Just bumped into it while looking for something to eat for lunch while visiting Elche. Attentive and pleasant service, nice atmosphere. Prices are very fair, I paid 20 euros for a menu (14.50) plus 3 drinks and 1 coffee. Food was excellent, especially the squid rice with alloli, and generous (I left full). It was packed, on a Monday lunch in August, mostly with locals. Highly recommended. Only down side for me, they don’t accept Amex (which is not commonly accepted in Elche I noticed), but definitely a neglectable detail. I’ll surely eat here again if in the area.

Great place to have lunch. We seated inside against our initial plan as the terrace was scorching hot - the interior has a pleasant, Parisian vibe. Good food! I had shark pasta, entrecote and finally a flan. Left feeling full and happy.

If you don't know what to choose as main course: take the arroz! ---- I posted my 1st review about this restaurant (here below) about a year ag, and 12 months later I must say the restaurant is as good as it was when we discovered it! We’ll be back! ———————————— This place is really great. Firstly, it nicely decorated and looks great from the inside and the outside. Secondly, their dishes are even better than the decoration. Tasty, well balanced and delicious. I had a fantastic first dish with fresh sardines and guacamole. Mmm... And their (vegetarian) rice dish with artichokes and asparagus was at least as good as the first plate. Thirdly, the waitress and waiter we had were as nice as you can have them. Service-minded, o so kind with our 22 months old daughter and joyful. Great to see they work with a smile... Last but not least, in contrast with what the interior would suggest: it's more than affordable! They even serve a 3 course "menu del dia" at €10,90 between 14h and 16h. Amazing! Don't forget to reserve your table in advance or you'll have to wait!

We had fixed price lunch and loved the French style and music. But best of all was the clear labelling of gluten free options. The staff also understand coeliac disease so I was confident they did not cross-contaminate. Good size portions, well presented...a lovely lunch thanks.

El personal muy amable, atento y profesional. No "creo" que haya sido buena idea meter en el salón de abajo 3 cumpleaños 🫣. Un lío total. La comida muy buena😋. Reservamos mesa con el menú Albufera: 27.90€ por persona con cuatro entrantes, un arroz a elegir, un postre y dos bebidas por persona. Hay opción de barra libre por 4.50€ más por persona. Los entrantes son: marinera con anchoa, brie rebozado, canelón de bogavante y huevos rotos con jamón. El canelón me sorprendió mucho. Como se pueden elegir dos arroces por mesa, pedimos arroz negro y arroz campero (de carrillera, pluma y pollo) con suplemento de 4€. Personalmente, me gustó más el arroz negro, y no tiene suplemento. Para terminar, brownie con helado de chocolate. Nos pareció un menú muy completo, con una relación calidad-precio genial. Hay comida de sobra. El servicio fue bueno durante la comida, pero a partir del postre estuvimos desatendidos. Pedimos la cuenta y esperamos casi 45 minutos la cuenta. En total estuvimos 3h 30 min aprox, me parece demasiado. El local está muy bien decorado, pero la acústica es bastante molesta. En general, fue una buena experiencia con un precio acertado.

Monumental is a great place to get out of the stifling Elche summer heat and enjoy good food, great service and a facillitated "sobre mesa"; that great Spanish tradition of extended lingering at a restaurant table after the meal to engage in conversation. One waitress with tattoos and pearcings dazzled us with her ability to manage many tables, carry two large trays of plated food, dispense the food and do so with a grace and aplomb reminiscent of the best French waiter. Moreover, she did it with a smile! This restaurant takes service to the next level. I will be back!

Nice restaurant at the heart of Elche. It's located in the main square of the city. We went there two weeks ago and we parked near the restaurant. Our table was ready when we arrived. We really liked it's 1920's ambiance. The service was very professional. We enjoy a good Ribera del Duero wine. The restaurant has got a varied menu, including special menu for people with allergies and vegans.The meals are small, great flavours, nice salad, excellent steak and average dessert. The restroom was very clean and spotless. The bill was a bit on the expensive side because we ordered 3 bottles of wine, but was reasonable for the service. I recommend it to everybody who likes mediterranean food.

Wheelchair accessible (including toilet). Gluten-free and vegan menu available. English menu available. Outside and inside seating available. The menus are a nice way to share a bit but enjoy your main dish for yourself. The portions of the starters are quite big, so if you're three people, I'd recommend two share one Menü where all mentioned starters will be served and the third person only orders a main dish and shares the starters with the other two. If that third person is still hungry after the main dish, of course, a desert can be ordered as well. The atmosphere is lovely, with French music and interior furniture commemorating the 1920s. Located a bit away from the main square, the atmosphere is calmer, especially if you're seated inside. Concerning our food: the starter of fried eggplant with soy sauce, honey and sesame was delicious - really recommendable. We didn't like the cheese fondu with bacon and tomato too much. Also the Cesar salad with croutons and the egg with bacon (and fries) were not our favourite but ok. The red tuna with algae and the porc solomillo had a good taste and were nicely prepared. The vegan burger tasted ok: I missed a bit of sauce and would have preferred a vegetable patty instead of tofu - it doesn't tell on the menu - but ok. Unfortunately, only the patty was hot, while bun and tomato were not. :-( The deserts, Oreo Cheesecake and chocolate brownie, made a good ending! In total, there are things to be improved, things we subjectively would do differently next time, but also things which we really liked. It's up to you: Try it!

The salad was good. Everything else we ordered was salty tough and impossible to eat! Service was rushed as if they needed the table when the place had maybe 5 tables used. What a disappointment…

El ambiente es muy bonito y acogedor. Hemos ido a cenar el menú de San Valentin. El personal era muy amable y la comida buena, aunque el plato principal era pequeño para dos personas. Pero hay cosas que no nos ha gustado. Mi pareja quería bebidas todo incluido y yo solo las que entraban en el menú. La camarera q nos atendió no ha comentado, que si un comensal pide bebidas incluidas a otro automáticamente se aplica el suplemento. Aunque admitió su error no hizo nada para solucionarlo. Al final una cerveza extra nos salió x 9€

El restaurante tiene una decoración muy bonita, muy acogedora. Los camareros muy atentos, pero el menú muy justo y la calidad también. Pedimos el menú Opera y nos resultó bastante simple y la Ensalada Cesar deja mucho que desear, la lechuga estaba pocha y muy muy simple y sosa. Calidad precio regular.

Reservé (reserva online) con la idea de coger el Menú San Valentín, dejando detallado en un comentario intolerancias que afectaban a dos platos del menú (marinera y ensalada). Al no recibir ninguna confirmación, llamé al restaurante para comentar si había opción de modificar esos dos platos (intolerancia marisco y pescado). Me respondieron que era mucho lío y que al ser solo dos no iban a hacer ninguna modificación (ni cambiar la ensalada por una normal), me dijeron que mejor pidiese a la carta, sin ofrecerme cualquier otra opción ni alternativa. Finalmente cancelé la reserva y opté por otro restaurante que sí tienen en cuenta las intolerancias y aceptan pequeñas modificaciones en los menús (con haber cambiado la ensalada de bacalao por una ensalada normal ya hubiese sido suficiente, como comenté). Normalmente recomiendo el restaurante por calidad/precio, pero esta vez el servicio y la atención me ha pesado más.

Hemos esperado en mesa 25 min. Para ser atendidos una vez sentados. Lo que evidencia falta de personal en la zona para tomar nota y atender a los clientes, las veces que he ido está claro que hay menos camareros atendiendo mesas. Y ha bajado la calidad del servicio. Por lo demás bien y la cocina muy rápida y buena. Gracias por la respuesta. Una cosa no quita la otra.

LAMENTABLE una vergüenza , iba a menudo por el tema sin gluten ,me desplazaba desde lejos para ir allí . Pedí unos calamares , cuando llegaron tenían un olor a podrido , los pruebo y aún peor . Estaban en mal estados . Lo comunico y me lo cambian por unas berenjenas aún peores insípidas y sin sabor . Con lo del postre ya fue lo peor , pedí un brownie y me pusieron menos de un bocado , me quejo por tercera vez y me dice la camarera que ya se había dado cuenta que ese no era mis Postre . ¿Eso es normal ? Si no me quejo lo pago como un brownie grande cuando eso era ridículo . Ningunas disculpas , 60€ tirados a la basura

Decent food, a little dated but good flavour profile, the service on the other hand was below par. Extremely slow, I went at lunch and it took more than an hour for a starter and a main from their daily menu, then I had to wait 20 minutes for the bill and asked 3 different people before someone listened to me.

We booked our table online. We found ourselves almost contiguous to a table of 20 people who were celebrating a wedding (which is completely legitimate) while the part of the restaurant in which we were was almost empty. Due to the enormous noise generated by the table next door, we had to cut our meal short (impossible to talk to each other). When we asked why this seating plan, we were told that the empty and set tables were planned for the next day!!! This argument is totally invalid and the person in charge of the room should do some training in catering. I do not recommend.
