It's a small store in a very busy business park so finding a place to sit is often a problem, especially in the morning hours. The quality of service and hospitality can be good or bad depending on the day/time. Some baristas are very good/kind, others not so much. They often have straight/serious faces, no smile as if they just don’t care. Zaccheaus is super friendly, always has a smile on his face...The store is very close to where I live, that's the only reason I still go there.

If you enjoy early morning disappointment and condescension I invite you to come to this Starbucks! The woman who often takes orders between 9-1 has an attitude and makes condescending remarks when you ask simple questions. Also they put in about zero effort at this location and so my food is never how every other Starbucks makes it. Or they’re out of what I want. I’ve wasted close to $100 on food and drinks that are less than subpar in flavor. Undercooked bacon and basically all milk lattes and what looks like curdled cream to me. You judge by the pic. Also they make you decide on a tip at the drive thru when they did nothing out of the ordinary and went zero extra miles. Instead I have specifically asked for bacon to be cooked more or a more toasted bread and I’ve literally been told “we are not allowed to toast food nor any extra time or take the bacon out of the sandwich to toast it apart for you” What place that sells food would ever not cook it more for you. Kinda despicable if you ask me. Lastly, everyone can probably relate to this; But I do believe im paying mainly for the ice and the logo’d cup, because I get about 2 maybe 3 good sips from a medium. 5$ drink for 3 medium sips. NOW I get why people are boycotting.

This lady I ask for matcha with no foam . If after shaken pour into cup and then empty foam and pour the rest of the drink into my cup instad of throwning it away. Once the foam is gone that they put into your cup your left with 70% drink. I've done this many times at other starbuck no issues. They rude girl had the attitude of telling me she would do her best. That it must have foam to make matcha. Like I didn't know the process. And yell across the room to the girl who made the drink he request no foam with her attitude facial gesture. Loud and rude to try to look down on my request. REALLY?? See the difference below I drink hundreds of dollars a month trust me I know as many of you drinkers out there also know. Stopped here this morning. Ordered an Americano..paid cash. Sat at one of thier tables for 40 min. Young lady never put the order in and no one ever made it. After 35 min told he i want my money back..she says it must be sitting up thier..after she realized it was never made she wanted to.get it for me..for 5.25 for an American and to be treated like that I was no thank you I wil stop at another coffee shop...custo.er service at this place should be ashamed

Slow service. Drinks are never correct and have to be remade 2-3 times. Do not come here unless you have 20 minutes for them to continuously remake your drink until it is right. Service is extremely slow as well compared to other surrounding Starbucks who make drinks correctly the first time.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location as a Black woman. When I walked in, no one greeted me. There was a guy working there, he was gay and had a very nasty attitude. I was just grabbing a piece of content, and while the other workers didn’t seem to care, he singled me out to say I couldn’t record. It felt personal and completely unwelcoming. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this Starbucks at all there are way better coffee shops that don’t treat you like an outsider.

Finally, the drive through guy came over, but my patience had been exhausted. Well I usually go into this Starbucks for just a complimentary cup of water and when I have my son with me I’ll get him an apple juice and treat . Well this time , Today, March 1st , an employee by the name CASSIE , denied me of a cup of water . She said “ their policy started in January, where I now have to buy something in order to get a free cup of water” I told her that’s not true because I’m a value member and I literally go into this Starbucks once a week , sometimes I have my son, sometimes I don’t . Anywho , Cassie (the lady at the register with blonde hair ) was super rude and whispered to talk about me with other employees ! I will not be back at this Starbucks if they lie to their customers and I also now have to pay for something to get a cup of water ! SMH very rude .
